Чудесный бутик отель в сердце Семиньяк. Об отеле были наслышаны. Полностью оправдал наши ожидания. Отличный завтрак, красивый бассейн. Просторные и очень чистые номера. При заезде попросили самый высокий этаж и нам предоставили лучший номер. Персонал супер любезный, любой вопрос решали в течение минуты. Отличный спа за абсолютно адекватные деньги. Рекомендую мастера Тути. Отдельный кайф это местная патизери. Выехали на сутки раньше и нам сделали полный перерасчёт стоимости и учли все экстра-спендингс. Отель хочется рекомендовать друзьям!

Прекрасное состояние номеров, удобная кровать, богатые завтраки, всегда доброжелательный персонал, все вопросы решают мгновенно, продлял 4 раза, и даже позволили сделать поздний чек аут. Кстати, хорошая прачечная. Было бы здорово если бы добавили тяжелый весов в тренажерный зал и поставили штангу для груди, и жим ног.

This place is amazing .. everything you want in a gorgeous hotel . Breakfast is fabulous and the staff go above and beyond.. Make sure you go up to the roof bar and get drinks from the wonderful Ga Ga he made our night even more fun. They even let me do a late late check out .. 100% the place to book . Central to everything

Отель встретил нас с сюрпризами. Напиток и сладость:)) не смотря что мы забронировали до буквально при въезде в отель. При въезде за оперативность отдельное спасибо Surya. Понравилось Абсолютно все, атмосфера, дружелюбный персонал который готов помочь во всех вопросах (даже не связанных с отелем) был такой случай поменяли $ на рупи по высокой курсу в день прибытия рядом с отелем. Мошеник из обменного курса ухитрился ловкостью рук убрать рупи в эквиваленте 100$. После прибытия в отель мы не досчитали 100$. Сразу сообщили ресепшен. Там была очень приятная девушка Winda. Она посоветовала пойти нам с охраной отеля. Охрана отеля Agustinos быстро решил вопрос. Чем мы очень благодарны Winde и Agustinu. 🙏.. При check out нашу просьбу о позднем выезда любезно согласился Wungsu. Отель при всех просьбах мило идет на встречу 👌 что очень важно гостям. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу они реально очень дружелюбные, приветливые, всегда готовы помочь. Если вернусь в Семиньяк Бали то только в этот отель.

The staff were fantastic, great location.

The staff at Kanvaz were great always friendly and ensuring the stay was perfect. They made sure even the little things were great such as messaging to ask if we want the room cleaned because they noticed we were out and had the dont distrub on all day. For my birthday they surprised me with the bed made up with red flowers and a very impressing towel art work as well a delicius cake. The buffet breakfast was to die for to the point out friends starting coming to our hotel for breakfast and the food got altered every day too. The rooms were very clean and comfortable too.

Absolutely nothing

Very nice resort on a very busy street in Seminyak with lots or cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff was simply exceptional, helpful in anyway possible and always available. Breakfast was perfect, big variety and the pastry 10/10( they have an exceptional pattiserie at the entrance)and it is served in a beautiful lobby open space facing the pool. Location is perfect, rooms very clean,spacious.

Maybe 2 things I can mention: -there was a smell of mold due to high humidity( I was aware of that before I booked), it wasn’t that intense so it didn’t bother us that much. -wi-fi is pretty bad. There was a problem on our wing, they assured me the IT department is doing the best they can to solve it. It was solved temporarily, to fall again next day. Also the lobby wi-fi is working pretty bad. I think this they should improve

Beautiful open shady building. Large well appointed rooms. Very good breakfast. Great croissants. Good gym. Fantastic >60m pool. Great location. Excellent value for money.

A slightly hostile atmosphere Junior staff were attentive but nervous, as if not well supported by senior staff Senior staff were defensive and unhelpful with requests Astonishing lack of thought about environmental impact - 4x small plastic water bottles in room, constantly replaced - almost unheard of in Bali. No water bottle refill dispenser in communal areas, and staff hesitant (and once refused) to refill bottle for us. Towels replaced daily despite being on rails (I thought every hotel in the world had the towel hang up, use again policy!) A fair proportion of the other guests were rude & unpleasant to the staff. Two large selfie taking areas overlooking the pool perhaps sums up the expected clientele! Minimal storage space in room

Cleanliness and safety

I love Kanvaz. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Everything about it is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet in the mornings are exquisite, the rooms are so comfortable and modern and clean. The hotel is also very central and is walking distance from any shops, spas, restaurants and beach clubs. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Bali.

Everyone was friendly and very hospitable. From concierge, Front office, housekeeping , breakfast crew. You cannot find any fault with the service. Truly an excellent stay .

There were some ants in the room. And the lizards at the balcony .

Staff were Amazing, service was 10/10 the staff went out of there way to make you feel like you were part of there family.

The hotel itself was wonderful. It had everything you need while enjoying a holiday in Bali. 24hr service, food, drinks, pool, spa and gym. The layout is stunning with the pool in the middle of the grounds. Staff were friendly and attentive, always asking us how our day was and if they could do anything for us. Room was cleaned everyday with all amenities in room stocked up. The AC is super cold.. much needed in these hot humid days. The breakfast buffet was amazing, sooo much food to choose from AND they make amazing barista coffee as soon as you sit down (and they have non dairy milk!) hard to find everywhere in Indo. We rented a scooter from the hotel which was in great condition and they provided us with helmets and good recommendations for spots to visit. The service was outstanding, you come to places like this and you start to believe you’re royalty by the way they treat you. Beautiful and genuine smiles greet you at every corner. Highly recommend this resort.

We upgraded to the tea room breakfast instead of the buffet but the buffet was actually much better.

The staff were exceptional throughout our entire stay. The breakfast choices were phenomenal as was the quality of food from the terrace restaurant for lunch or dinner.

The loungers/access for the pool is a bit weird and limited but it didn’t really bother us. Minor detail that wasn’t a big deal.

Amazing location in the heart of Seminyak. Clean rooms, friendly staff and love the concept of the pool connecting to the rooms. When booking the hotel, they were super accommodating with our request to stay in 3 adjoining rooms side-by-side with our friends. The staff are all so lovely and remember our faces. The breakfast buffet has a fair few options with a chef making you eggs to your liking upon request as well as a waffle and pancake station. Coffee is included with breakfast which is great (i.e soy latte). The resort also has its own patisserie which you must try! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

Amazing hotel - great facilities, lovely breakfast, modern and clean, location is perfect! Staff are so kind and helpful. The pool access rooms are worth the extra!

The location is great and accessible to many places via walking.

The staff were rude, unaccommodating and unhelpf. The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. There are Gekos everywhere and lots of loud screaming early in the AM by children in the pool, the rooms are super close so you hear every detail from next door.

A beautiful hotel - and you can realize this from the moment you set foot on the property. From the warm and welcoming reception team, to the wonderful f&b team - and the unseen house keeping team as doing a wonderful job. We stayed here for 5 days and we were recognized by name the each time we moved in and out. Well done Ms Winda from reception. The breakfast was brilliant - large variety of items and well very quickly refilled - even the deluxe resorts take time, but this team was just too quick. By the time you ordered eggs, picked some other items - your order would already reach your table, well done Mr Sandi & the team. The swimming pool is very long and the perfect depth through out making is very useful and less water consuming. They have some brilliant under water speaker technology which was the first for me to hear and experience 🏆 The location is very central surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, massage parlors etc. The roof top of the hotel was wow, they screened a movie every evening - regardless of the number of attendees. The roof top bar / sun beds with own water plunge, the spa - everything was so well organized and beautifully made, run and maintained. Overall a complete 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wi-Fi is not good, disconnection is often and everyday need to sign up again - so need to improve..!
