Beautiful home. Most rooms have sliding glass doors with balconies. We really enjoyed the distant lake view from the living room balcony. There was also plenty of seating and comfy couches for lounging and watching movies. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We chose this house for the spaciousness and view. Reviews were pretty good until a few right before we were supposed to go, which had us turned out that those bad reviews were nothing like our experience. The property was well represented on the site and we got what we expected. Furnishing were older but the house was clean, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals.The view from the deck was wonderful and we spent a great deal of time out there, whether it was with a book and coffee in the morning or appetizers and wine in the late afternoon. There were golf courses within reasonable drive and plenty of great restaurants very close by. We had no need to deal with the manager as we had no problems during our three night stay. The only two negatives for us were that the beds were not comfortable (too soft) and, since the house sleeps ten, it would have been nice to have more furniture on the deck to accommodate everyone.

We arrived and the garage was open, the house wasn’t that clean, things were a mess in the drawers. Sheets were stained, one room had a bra still in the room from the previous renters. The toilets didn’t flush unless you held down for 15 seconds, the water temperature changed constantly when showering in multiple showers. There were no beach chairs or beach towels. Multiple outlets didn’t work. Not enough seating for the deck outside for our entire group. Mismatched furniture that was filthy. For the amount spent on this rental we excepted much more than we got.

Upon arrival, bedsheets were wrong, one bedside lamp simply did not work, and the TV was unworkable with no explanation of how to work it. Mgt did come out to show us the TV and the thermostat operation (could have had directions in the welcome book) and explained that the wrong sheets on the master bed had been an ongoing problem??? We finally found King sheets in a laundry room closet and Mgt. did send someone to put them on.
The paper products (toilet/paper towels) were vastly insufficient for a two week stay, and several lightbulbs were out when we arrived. It happened to be hot and the two (inexpensive) box fans provided, as well as the MBR ceiling fan were so noisy as to not be useable.
Finally, the area internet / TV service failed on Monday AM, and while most of the area had it restored by Monday PM, ours was never attended to for four days. We finally found out the house was sold and escrow was closing Friday, our final day, and O'Neal Management had not even called anyone to restore it. We were lied to about this for four days when a simple explanation or apology would have gone a long way.
We will investigate the management company before booking in the future. We don't blame VRBO except that periodic review of the management company might be valuable.

The home is perfect for a family - a lovely great room/living room, with ample space, and a huge deck. The pictures on the listing don't show how great the views are! Saw some posts about wifi not working, but it worked just fine for us. Lovely community setting, and close to town. A great place!

This house is very spacious, with a great view and a location that worked well for our stay. There were some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed but did not really take away from our experience. WiFi is quite slow so don't rely on it for your plans.

The only good thing about this property it a good Location, in the rest we did not have the best experience, very old house with old supplies, dirty floors, dirty walls .We did not used the plates cups or forks so old and Cracked so obviously there was more garbage left than the property Management expect, they keept 220$ from deposit, I did not recommend this place

The house was perfectly located with views of the lake from most rooms. The location is great and house is nicely furnished. It has plenty of room for our party of 8. Although it is a bit dated, it’s fully loaded with almost everything you needed for a short stay. Communication was through messaging only. Checkin and check out was straightforward. Response from the management during our stay was timely. We did have some issue with getting deposit back but it was since resolved. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will go back next time.

Beautiful Home and Location
Lots of room for larger groups. The area and view are gorgeous. Management was great, we ran out of propane and they brought replacements right away. It was close to town and great beaches. We would stay here again!

The house is nice and has a wonderful deck, but having been there for 10 years we were hoping for some updates. Would be nice to have a newer sofa or at least have it recovered, the current one is dated and very dirty as are the pillows. The chair next to it is also very old, the seams are torn and some are held together with tape and or glue! Yikes. Some of the beds are newer but some are old and tired. We love the location and the overall layout and design of this home is lovely, but it could use some updates.

AIROLDI'S VILLA in Dollar Point was a great space for our 3 families (10 people). The house is comfortable, lived in and provided everything we needed over the week we were there. The only drawback, which was a big one, was the we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities of Dollar Point when we were there due to a recent HOA ruling. I'm not sure we would book a home in Dollar Point again in the summer, as we weren't able to enjoy the beach, pool or tennis courts while living in the neighborhood.

We had a good week. The property was satisfactory. The oven was not clean upon arrival. Location is convenient. Property was clean except for the oven. Property management is most helpful and courteous. I would recommend property. The $10 per person per day to use beach is to much.

Had a great time. Need better internet
We had a great time at the property. Interior is a bit dated, but the house is well stocked, and the location and views are pretty wonderful. As others pointed out, HOA charges for access to the beach, and a few of the days are off limits (Fri & Sat)
My main suggestion for the owners/operators is to consider upgrading the network connection. The "internet", was 10kbps (yes, kilobits per second), with a gigantic latency, so no Netflix, no Disney+, no VPN to work. I know we should be relaxing at our vacation, but sadly these days companies expect you to be at least partially dialed in at all times. Mobile hotspot was somewhat successful, but even then the connectivity was spotty at best.

We just got back from a few days in beautiful Tahoe. We had an amazing time and the weather was spectacular. We rented a large home on a corner lot in Dollar Point for a total of three families, six adults, six kids. The house is shown to sleep a total of 12. However, we didn't realize that kids would have to share full sized beds. We ended up having our youngest son sleep with us in the King size bed so that our 13 year old could have his own bed. Two of our friends' daughters had to share the other. The house would be a better fit for up to 10 guests. The interior of the home is very dated in decor and style but it was clean and the kitchen was great. There is an ant problem in the shower in the master bathroom but it did not bother us too much. The views are amazing from just about every room of the house! We loved the private beach area and spent one full day there. We knew there was a fee for the amenity center (pool/tennis) which we didn't plan to access. However, we were not expecting to pay a fee to access the beach. We paid $10 per person (adult and child the same) to get in on Saturday. We have fun wherever we go and had a great vacation. Overall it is a good house.
