Hermosa villa en un lugar prominente en el estilo Key West con un gran área abierta de la piscina + jacuzzi, y dos ascensores de barcos, rampa del barco privado y zona de playa privada! Disfrutar de la Sonnaufgang en el porche! Desde el primer Piso tienen una vista maravillosa de la palma paraíso verde!
La villa cuenta con 2 literas en la zona superior se encuentra el salón con chimenea y zona de lectura, cocina, comedor, 2 terraza con vistas al canal, piscina y el río, así como 3 dormitorios (principal cama king, dos camas de matrimonio) y 2.5 baños (baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha grande) - en la zona inferior se encuentra otro dormitorio (cama de matrimonio), un baño con acceso a la piscina y una sala de estar con TV de 65 pulgadas, vestidor, lavadero y acceso a un garaje doble.
El área de la piscina RIESEIGE tiene una piscina grande de lo normal con jacuzzi y muchas oportunidades para tomar el sol, así como un pabellón con zona de comedor y una parrilla de gas en el mismo canal / Riverview. Otro punto a destacar es la chimenea con asientos en el barco ascensor privado.
La zona de la piscina tiene sol todo el día !!!

We love staying at the Kuper family's home! We vacationed there with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone. We made good use of the pool, which was heated and warm every day. We also rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock on the channel. We can't wait to go back next year!

My brother's family and mine stayed for five nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Our group included three teenagers and two couples and the space was perfect for us. Everyone could spread out and have their own space, and we appreciated the multiple common areas where we could gather, including the large pool area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Anni was very responsive to any question that we had. The location was perfect for us as our parents live very nearby. We all agreed we would happily stay here again!

The property manager was responsive in our requests. There was enough room for everyone. Great house, great pool and hot tub, stocked kitchen. We did experience a lot of bugs, “no see ums” in Florida due to vacationing in July! They were horrible and ate our ankles up. Def stock up on bug spray and citronella candles.

Very nice big home, had what we needed, heated swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. Host was very nice and took care of any needs that came up. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was so beautiful and beachy! Everything was clean and well kept, very spacious! There is a lovely pool and Jacuzzi on a large patio over looking the water. It has a large garage and a boat ramp!
The manager/owners were so patient, kind, attentive, and accommodating. We will truly miss working with them. We hope one day to return again! Thank you so much for everything you did to help us during our stay! We truly felt at home! :-)

Great house overall. Anni the property manager was GREAT, Very accommodating, awesome communication throughout the entire process. The property was absolutely awesome! We had access to (2) 13,000# boat lifts, and our own boat ramp with more than plenty of dock space to accommodate our 28’ Sea Ray we towed down with us. The pool was great along with the hot tub. I highly recommend, especially if you are a boater! WE will be back for sure!! Some others have Mentioned the bugs….I can honestly say, the mosquitoes were only out at sun set, and they really were not that bad

We really enjoyed our stay at the "villa" in Iona. We were six adults and the home could have easily fit a few more. The common spaces are large and beyond the supplied beds there is plenty of room for air mattresses. The backyard is the highlight of the home. Pool is great, cabana is nice spot to eat outside or get out of the sun, and firepit by the water is awesome. We spent most of our time outside around the pool. The home is advertised as new. While it is perfectly nice and clean we wouldn't call it new. Pool deck has some cracks and uneven areas to be careful of, showers drain very slowly, and we struggled with some of the technology like the TV in the house. Nothing that affected us too much and property managers were nice and receptive to feedback. Overall great experience and the home had all the space and features we needed for a great trip.

Such a great place ! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with dolphins in the back canal ! The heated pool and Hot Tub are a great combo. The best part is this place is 10 mins to Ft Meyers beach and 10 mins from sanibel! Spend less time in the car and stay here! It was clean and tidy and was perfect for 4 of us with tons of room left untouched! We would book this again without hesitation !

SW Floridas finest !
Such a great place ! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with dolphins in the back canal ! The heated pool and Hot Tub are a great combo. The best part is this place is 10 mins to Ft Meyers beach and 10 mins from sanibel! Spend less time in the car and stay here! It was clean and tidy and was perfect for 4 of us with tons of room left untouched! We would book this again without hesitation !

We stayed at the house with my sisters family. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the property as there is so much to do. The kids played basketball (the garage has a good amount of toys for the pool and outdoor activities), adventured around the yard looking for fallen coconuts and starfruit and played in the sandy area near the water. We rented a boat from a local company and they were able to deliver it to the dock for us. I highly recommend this property!

The location was great and city had lots of things to do. Only issue was property is not as described. The property could use a little updating. It is not a NEW Villa. Great location

Only a couple negative comments would be their was a broken patio recliner and hammock was ripped. Also, we were not told we would need to provide toiletries. Lastly, the pump on the pool didn't seem to work well to keep water circulating. I did have to reach out to the management company to come and clean the pool after a storm blew through and they where very prompt.
Over all, this house was simply fantastic! Great location, kitchen well appointed, plenty of baths and beds. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This house was superb. Very comfortable and clean. We rented a boat and made the entire experience a 10 plus plus.. We will try and rent it again in the winter months.
