We stayed here for a 30th birthday celebration in January with several adults. The main living was pleasantly surprising. Very open and lots of room for everyone. The hot tub was great! All beds were very comfortable! The only complaint would be the bathrooms situation. With so many couples sharing bathrooms it was hard to have them in personal rooms.

This was a great property. Martina (prop manager) was very helpful on check in :check out and questions during our stay. The listing was accurate and worked perfect for our soccer team
Only thing that is strange was master bedroom on main floor had both of bathrooms and showers in the room. You literally have to go into the master bedroom to access the 2 separate bathrooms with shower. Not a huge deal just strange

The house was well equipped and clean. Everything was well looked after. The only slightly odd thing was the bathroom layouts as we were 8 adults from 50-85yrs and some situations with sharing the bathrooms were a bit tricky but we made it work! Everyone was happy and really enjoyed all the property has to offer! I would definitely book again. Martina was very easy to deal with and made the whole trip easy to arrange.

Overall this property was great. Huge house with plenty of beds and bathrooms and plenty of amenities. Two downsides - no garage parking. We arrived during high winds (February) and it would have been great to pull into the garage to unload and load our ski gear. There is a train that runs right by the house and it runs all day and night. This isn't anything that the owner can control but be aware of the noise. On a positive note this house is only 30 minutes away from Schweitzer so it was super convenient.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful.! The view is amazing and it is close to everything in town. We can’t wait to come back. Hoping for a summer trip soon.

We enjoyed the house, lots of room for all. The only thing that kept me from thoroughly enjoying it was the expectations on how clean the house needed to be when we left. I really thought that was what the cleaning deposit was for.

This was a great weekend house. It had fabulous beds, beautiful views, clean and close to town.

We very much enjoyed our family weekend at the lakehouse. There were plenty of beds for everyone, cozy house for a large group. We loved sitting in the lawn looking over the lake and got great use out of the canoes! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of chairs/seating indoor and outdoor. The manager was very helpful with a few special requests and we are grateful.

Great location, the rooms were a great size plenty of space, and all the things you would need. ( towels, dishes) the backyard was great loved all the patio seating. Was bummed the fire pit was not there so we asked if we could bring one and we were allowed but was still bummed because we had to go to north 40 to buy one. It was one of the big aspects we wanted. Overall a great stay and a great place that I hope to return to visit again.

We loved our weekend getaway at the lake house. The house itself was immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and well laid out with a large kitchen, plenty of seating and comfortable lounge spaces. The rooms and beds were all comfortable and perfectly accommodated our group of couples with their own spaces. The lake and grounds were stunning and peaceful. Our group enjoyed the canoes and paddle boat and had great success fishing. Great location and excellent, well laid out house for larger groups or families.

This was a perfect place for our 16 member family reunion. Home well appointed, location perfect, beach and water toys were perfect! Owner and property manager answered all questions quickly! Highly recommend!

They have a lot of rules! They pretty much want you to do all of the cleaning and then still charge you a cleaning fee and if you was to rent it I would asked to have the comforters cleaned

What a lovely weekend. We watched a bald eagle hunt in the waters of Lake Pend Orielle. We enjoyed the peace of the home and the scenery. While there is a busy train line nearby, we were impressed with how little we actually heard it inside the home. We hope to return!

Our group of 12 really enjoyed our stay. Easy communication with our host, very clean upon arrival, all the necessities of a rental home. Just a quick 25-30 minute drive to Schweitzer, followed by a hot tub overlooking the lake, couldn't ask for anything better!

Impressive house that allowed us (4 families from Minnesota and DC) to have a fantastic time. Everything was super neat, kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub was hot and clean. We were lucky to find it for our ski vacation. Oh, and thanks for a perfect snow!

Great house for families. Cozy and warm. Owner lives next door and he was very helpful clearing the snow in the driveway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and air conditioning was fabulous in the triple digit heat. The back patio was very pleasant for morning coffee.
We were a bit disappointed that the water at the dock was not conducive for swimming as there was a lot of moss/debris in the water. We were grateful to have a boat to take us to a cleaner area of the lake.

Fantastic property right on the lake. They have it all at this property. Honestly they stocked the house with everything you need from spices to towels. They had Kayaks, paddleboat and jacuzzi. Inside the bedrooms are setup great and there are plenty of beds for everyone. We will be back!

Supremely comfortable beds and couches; beautifully manicured lawn and gardens. Boats and kayaks on dock ready to go; quiet place on a very calm river just a short paddle to the main lake and a short drive to Sandpoint. Martina was readily available to answer questions and had paddle boards ready for us to rent at short notice. It was a lovely stay!

We had a fabulous time celebrating our mother’s 80th birthday and our son‘s 25th birthday. The house couldn’t have been better. The weather was pretty bad the whole time we were here, but the covered outdoor patio and the wonderful living room and dining room area were perfect for playing games , reading, and visiting with each other. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family (of 3) met up with my sister and her family (of 5) for a Christmas/New Years getaway in the snow. The process to rent the house was easy and communication was great. When we arrived the house was clean and as described online. For us there was plenty of room, tons of beds, house is very well equipped and best of all (for winter) the hot tub was hot and ready to go. Martina (Host) was fantastic from booking to leaving with her communication and availability with any and all questions even helping us know the need to pre-purchase lift tickets due to Covid restrictions.
Over the week we were there the team who cares for the house was great in keeping the hot tub maintained and the driveway cleared of snow (we received 8-10" one day).
Thank you to Martina and the team for a great experience, we hope to come back for a summer visit.

Amazing place!! This place is massive! We were in town for a wedding and needed a non-communal place due to the pandemic. My daughters and I didn’t even use the upstairs. Great master suites! Hot tub was a big draw for both my girls and myself. They had a blast playing in the snow and then going in the hot tub. We’ll be back for a summer visit to play on the lake and take advantage of the dock.
