Great vacation, great owner , everything was as described.

The booking and check in process were smooth. Everything worked as described, we had no glitches there.
There was no description of needing to bring all of your own linens online and after spending what we did for a week (rates were upped quite a bit for the holiday week) I don't expect to find out last minute (48 hours before hand) that we need to find our own sheets or "we could rent them".
Both pools were pretty gross. Our kids don't care so we went with it to keep our vacation fun but the indoor one was filthy and the outdoor one had a huge area blocked off. I will say it was nice to have a super shallow pool for the kids to play in safely.
In the kitchen there were ants crawling around. There were traps but an exterminator is what is needed. When I wrote to him to at least ask for more ant traps all he said was he didn't have anymore in a one sentence reply.
The shower works as a shower but there is next to no pressure and the hot water was questionable at times.
The twin beds are quite wiggly. The main bed is super tall and slightly more stable.
Upper plug in each outlet in many rooms didn't work.
There are no instructions for the AC (we did figure it out).
It was probably better than a hotel due to the ability to cook our own meals and function almost as we would at home. But for the amount charged he could have a little more sense of responsibility to his guests.

Lower corner unit of apartment style condo was bigger than I expected! Easy accessible for unpacking( ie no climbing stairs) and close to the pool. Only 1 mile to Goose Rocks beach and like the option of having a pool to come back too!
James was very responsive when I had any questions before our stay.

We hoped for a clean condo and adequate appliances. However we found that The coffee maker was rusty, the washer dryer were old, floors were dirty, and purchased bug spray to kill ants and spiders to name a few things. The fitness center didn’t have decent equipment but that was not as important as the condo. Very sad my epic vacation for my milestone birthday had such poor accommodations.

Our stay in Kennebunkport was quite restful. The condo was very nice. Clean and well-appointed. Amenities were moden and as advertised. Getting in and out was easy. The host James was communicative. Made use of the pool one day which was lovely. Really enjoyed kennebunk shopping and dining. Goose Rocks beach is about 1 mile or so down the road, which you really need to drive to. It is a beautiful beach. Parking is limited and $25 / day, and no public restrooms. Clearly the community is trying to keep the beach as close to private as possible. There are other beaches Goochs (for example) which are short drive with more parking and amenities. Overall very nice stay, I would definitely return.

This was a delightful condo in a peaceful resort setting. We were all very comfortable with the queen and twin beds and the pullout couch in the living room. The pools were great and very relaxing. We took several car trips to some nearby beaches and some small towns inland which were fun to see. We even spent a day in Boston as the drive was easy. We were very satisfied with our Maine vacation and would highly recommend this VRBO . James Connelly, the manager took care of all our needs and was very pleasant to work with. We greatly enjoyed our visit.

Adventure in Maine
This was a delightful condo in a peaceful resort setting. We were all very comfortable with the queen and twin beds and the pullout couch in the living room. The pools were great and very relaxing. A lovely option close to GRB
We really enjoyed staying in Mr. Connolly's condo! The condo was clean and neat when we arrived and Mr. Connolly's communication made the check-in process seamless. We stayed here with our two young daughters and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything in the condo worked and was as pictured. Despite its proximity to the beach and the happy, busy atmosphere of the complex, the condo was quiet at night, all beds were comfortable, and we all slept great! We highly recommend Mr. Connelly's condo!

Overall definitely worth the stay!! Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our accomodations and the Kennebunk area. I deducted 1 * from the accuracy of online listing because linens were not included. This was the first rental we've been to that did not include lemons however I understand. We were traveling from Arizona to Maine so it made it a bit of a challenge to gather the linens we needed without overpacking our luggage. Thankfully we had family member a few hours away that were able to assist and loaning us the linens we needed for the condo. otherwise this is the one of the best vacations we've had and we've stayed at many VRBO's.

Clean, everything in working order including the Pools and Wifi. Relatively short drive to downtown shops and beaches. I would do this again for a longer period of time if possible.

Beautiful property. Nice pools and easy access to beach. More quieter location then some of the tourist areas. Owner was very polite and easy to contact and easy to work with.

The resort was a nice quiet area with friendly neighbors - both vacationers like us and some condo owners. There was a very nice outdoor pool and kiddie pool that we used everyday. Goose Rocks beach is superb. Not too crowded with nice tame waters / though parking is very limited but the condo is close enough you can easily bike. Kennebunkport is chock full of things to do, amazing restaurants and just a quintessential New England experience. We can’t wait to do it again. Thank you, James!

Perfect spot for a family. Close to fantastic beach and pools on premise.

The resort was a nice quiet area with friendly neighbors - both vacationers like us and some condo owners. There was a very nice outdoor pool and kiddie pool that we used everyday. Goose Rocks beach is superb. Not too crowded with nice tame waters / though parking is very limited but the condo is close enough you can easily bike. Kennebunkport is chock full of things to do, amazing restaurants and just a quintessential New England experience. We can’t wait to do it again. Thank you, James!

Perfect.
This was our 4th summer in Goose Rocks and we usually stay on the other side of the Hwy, closer to the beach. However, as we were only staying for a week this year and booked a little later than usual, we gave the Resort and James' place a try. We couldn't have been happier. The space was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids aged 7 and 10). The condo itself was spotless and had everything we needed: spacious enough so we weren't on top of each other, comfy beds (we didn't need to bring linens), well supplied kitchen with enough pots and pans for basic cooking, 2 washrooms and a washer/ dryer. We also appreciated the dining room table-- perfect for playing cards or eating together as a family. The kids loved the resort itself-- they made good use of the outdoor and indoor pools as an alternative to the beach, as well as the games room. While we missed being close to the beach, this was a great alternative with lots of different things to offer.

Great place!
Great condo, wonderful complex with two pools and hot tub. And so close to my favorite beach. Lots to do on the premise like volleyball, basketball, there are grills and even a little kids play area. Loved it.

A very comfortable, relaxing vacation.
We enjoyed our stay, and found neighbors very pleasant and considerate. We had 3-4 adults staying at various times, and there was plenty of room. Kitchenware was sufficient, oval dining table had chairs for 4, but comfortably sits 6-8 if you have folding chairs. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable, and 2nd bedroom had comfortable twin beds. Good size main bathroom. Made use of both indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the close beautiful beach. Stayed for a month and felt right at home.

A great place to spend a week
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is "out of the town" but close to all. A great place to do daily explorations in southern Maine.
We especially enjoyed the club house with the pool on site. We visited in late September so there was not much beaching going on but we could tell the beaches would be great during the season. The Tides Beach Club on Goose Rocks beach was closing for the winter soon but is a must go place for a great meal and cocktails. Recommended!

Nice stay, quiet condo, close to Goose Rocks Beach
Great stay in September. The weather was wonderful. Beds are very comfortable. Condo was clean and just as pictured. Very close to Goose Rocks Beach. We enjoyed ice cream one night at Goose Rocks Dairy just down the path. Took a day trip to Bar Harbor and thoroughly enjoyed Acadia National Park - worth the ride! Loved going to Ogunquit and walking along Marginal Way, you don't want to miss that. James was very good to deal with. We had no issues at all.

Wonderful condo in Maine
We spent a week in a two bedroom condo at Goose Rocks, near Kennebunkport, Maine, and our entire experience was wonderful. The condo was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We enjoyed the condo complex's outdoor pool and indoor pool/clubhouse. Regardless of where you go in the Kennebunkport area, including the beaches, parking is very limited and you'll pay for a parking everywhere. But the beaches are all gorgeous, and well worth the cost of parking. The area is beautiful and very family friendly. I can't tell you how much we hated for our stay at Goose Rocks to end.

Perfect, Quiet Location, Close to the Beach and all of wonderful Southern Maine
This was the perfect condo for our quick getaway to Maine, clean, exactly as described, with all the amenities and needs one would require when visiting the Southern Coast of Maine. The owner was great with his communication and help - and the unit was just what we needed for the week. On sunny days we were able to explore and visit the surrounding towns and beaches, rainy days we stay in and hung by the indoor pool and played games in the club house. At the condo everything was peaceful and quiet during our stay. Highly recommended this property.

Wonderful Week in Maine!
This was the ideal place for our family vacation! This condo is perfectly situated, clean, and well-maintained. The owner, James is incredibly nice and attentive; when the batteries in one of the smoke alarms started beeping, he was there in a flash to replace them. He was also ready with lots of local recommendations. The complex is great; the indoor and outdoor pools are terrific and and clean. There was one really rainy day on our vacation and we were thrilled to have the indoor pool and the game-room to keep the kids busy. There are lots of different beaches in the area and we had a great time exploring many of them. Kennebunkport is a lovely town and we'd definitely come back and stay here again!

Great property! Family friendly!
Condo was perfect for family of four (nicer than pictures convey) and club house with ping pong, pool, air hockey, and indoor pool/jacuzzi was great in addition to outdoor pool, basketball court, tennis court and open space Public grills were also nice to have! All nestled in one of the best coastal communities with lots to do (bike, hike, kayak, paddle, swim), great places to eat and friendly people everywhere! Loved that you could take a path to one of the best ice-cream places around- Goose Rocks dairy! Grabbed stuff to go at the Cape Porpoise Kitchen, local blueberries at the grocery, lobster roll at the Clam Shack (best onion rings too), and ate lobster on the porch one night at On Twelve. Local lobster to go also great along Rt 9 (one across from Nunan's.) Short distance to one of the best beaches ever- but let's keep that a secret! Owner very friendly and responsive - will come again!

Relaxing and Convenient
Jim the owner is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the beach and the coastal towns. The condo was cleaned and well maintained and includes wifi. The property has a nice pool, gym and game room. It's also a walk down a short path to a restaurant and ice cream stand. I don't rate many places 5 star but I promise you won't be disappointed.

Great Condo! Wonderful Area!
My friend and I spent a few days visiting the Kennebunkport area and could not have been happier with this condo. It was clean, tastefully appointed and well maintained. While we didn't really use the pool or clubhouse, we did take a walk around the grounds and found them to be spotless. The pool was clean and inviting, but we had a list of things to see in the area, so didn't take the time to swim. Maybe next time! The condo is perfectly situated for day trips and very close to several beaches.. We visited the Portland area, spent quite a bit of time in Kennebunkport and explored Ogunquit. I would recommend the Crab Shack in Kennebunkport for lobster roll connoisseurs - lots of lobster, a little butter and mayonnaise and no filler! Another highlight in the village was the trolley that takes passengers around the Kennebunkport and out Ocean Avenue. Ogunquit was also a nice surprise with it's spectacular walk on Marginal Way. And it was always wonderful to return to the condo! It is quiet, welcoming and just the right size. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Clean, Comfortable, Well-appointed
The condo lived up to its description, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. It was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. The grounds are well-maintained. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. The clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room all looked great - but we didn't get a chance to use them because we were always at the outdoor pool, shooting hoops at the basketball court, or down by the beach!
If you are getting a parking pass for the beach, consider the daily versus the weekly, as it is only good for Goose Rocks Beach, and there are so many others you may want to check out (Parsons is great; as is Ogunquit). So many great places to eat. Pier 77 was a favorite. Nunan's Lobster Hut was fun with the kids. And Goose Rocks Dairy is a must for ice cream any night, and breakfast on the weekend!
