The location was great but the construction noise from the hotel being built next door was not so good.

I requested an early check-in for the top floor. Both requests were denied. Ended up on the 3rd floor listening to people stomp around upstairs during the entire visit. Although signs stated, "No Pets Allowed", I witnessed 3 different people, bringing their dogs into the side doors and taking them up the back stairs. On the day of check-out, I requested a 30-minute extension because I was running behind. This was also denied. At 11:45am, upon returning to the room after taking some items to my vehicle, my key had been deactivated. Had to find a cleaning person to let me back into the room.

The overall layout of the room was great, but the bathrooms were excellent. The room was clean, it smelled clean and was a pleasure to spend the night there.

The room was a nice size and it had very nice amenities (cable, couch, large bathroom, king bed and great lighting.

There was some obvious wear to the hallway carpet and the upholstery on the couch and ottoman had some staining.

When we arrived at the hotel the atmosphere was exceptional. Everything was so beautiful. The smell of their air freshener was soothing, something I would love to be able to have in my own home. The employees were extremely happy and friendly. The room was like walking into the perfect place to spend quality time with my husband and grandson.

Breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool was a lot smaller than we expected. It was more of a little lap pool than a play pool. We were a little put off when they started putting away breakfast at 10 till the hour.

Close to great Mexican restaurant!

Design was terrible, glass door to bathroom so each time someone got up at night it was like all lights were on. Lights over sink and mirror was not good for putting on makeup. Room not very clean. Tv was terrible, they wanted us to stream our TV from home.
