Perfect location and especially nice for what the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area just went through with the hurricane. Couldn’t beat the sunrise.

This is one of the spectacular vacation house that I rented before.....1000% clean, very relaxing spot and unbelievable views...!!!

This beautiful home had everything we needed. I was in a quiet neighborhood, which I loved. We had fun, but a relaxing time. We went fishing, only catfish is what we caught. Overall our stay here I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Our family and friends enjoyed the calmness of this property-the beautiful sunrises, the onsite fishing and the pool. Clean, spacious home with all the amenities you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful Home, the inside was spectacular. The patio could use some updating with their furniture.. The hard plastic chairs and tables don’t do the property justice.. The view of the water was mesmerizing.. Would definitely stay there again .😎

The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the grill was dirty… it wasn’t a big deal as I wasn’t planning on using it! And some of the screening around the pool area was torn! Very minor things! The house is absolutely beautiful! That view is priceless! Serenity now! 😁

We got in around dinner time after a long day of traveling. We decided to get to be bed around ten after being exhausted. There was this terrible noise that got louder every minute or so on some sort of cycle. It was miserable and we were unable to find out why in the dark. None of us slept at all that first night. We thought it might be the AC and tried shutting it off. Didn't work. It finally stopped somewhere around 4 AM. but started back up the next day. We finally figured out the pool was very low, very cold and this was causing issues with the pump and heater on a timer. My husband spent a few hours filling it and that resolved that issue. This definitely should not have been our responsibility. We felt as though we lost a day and a half. At some point the next day or day after, a woman came in and walked through the screened in porch from the outside. She checked the pool. I was thankful my kids were not out there. Owner maybe? Why wouldn't someone just knock at the front door first? The many remotes for the tv are a bit confusing. One sliding door is very very difficult to open. It would be nice to have a lamp on the night stand instead of only the main light in one of the bedrooms. The view, location and block are great. We decided to go for a bike ride one morning, but that was a no as well. I believe only one bike is usable. The others have flat tires and are in poor condition. So much for that! The trash can outside next to the garage has no lid. The flies and other bugs around it were a bit annoying. Overall, this wasn't a relaxing trip.

We were only able to spend a few days here, but every day was incredible. It’s only a short drive to the beaches from here, and when the weather wasn’t great on the beach because of high winds, we must headed back and hopped in the heated pool. The house is very clean and well-furnished. All the appliances are up-to-date and work perfectly. The garage is stocked with beach supplies, so don’t worry about hauling your wagon or chairs or umbrellas from home. The only sad part was that we had to leave so soon and that we didn’t see any manatees. Maybe next time!

If I just could just rate this rental for the inside of the home I would give it a 5 star - Very impressive!!! Very modern, very clean, and nicely decorated. The beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was modern and equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the view from the house overlooking the river was beautiful!! The area was close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants, and the beaches were a short drive. The rental had plenty of beach chairs for all 5 of us, a wagon to haul the chairs, and plenty of coolers available!! There were a couple of Iguanas that visited us daily to sun on the ledge by the river. Now for the reason I have rated this property a 3 star - Absolutely no curb appeal. Our biggest complaint was the pool/deck area. I feel you spend a lot of time around the pool and it was not very inviting - no landscaping whatsoever! I expected more than a stained plastic table and plastic chairs and with weeds growing in the rocks outside of the lanai. Not very appealing for a renter! The lanai is in terrible shape! Some of the top area has ripped away from the frame, part of the screen has pulled away from the screen door going out to the river plus there were 2 holes in the screen!!! Definitely not keeping any bugs or critters away!! Now for the pool - as a renter we were told to make sure there was enough water in the pool! We are from Minnesota and know nothing about taking care of a pool and felt that should not have been our responsibility. We were awakened early one morning because the pool unit was making a horrible noise and we had no idea what was going on!!! Would we stay again, and the answer is no. There are much nicer places for this kind of money in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great college/work spring break getaway! Great location with a spectacular view and we enjoyed the pool everyday.

This was our second visit to Cape Coral and we had the best time. The home is beautiful, has everything you need plus! The sunrise over the water is spectacular too!

We had a great time during our stay. Beds were amazingly comfortable (I’d like to know where I could purchase one as comfy). House was very clean and had many “extras”. Only thing we weren’t happy with was the living room furniture - couple recliners didn’t seem to work quite right and made some loud noises. Other than that everything was very good. For the price it was very well worth it.

Loved the this place! We had a great time with our family, who were escape from freezing cold weather country. Some of us enjoyed doing yoga on the pier every morning. The house were clean and very comfortable. Close to everything we needed. We will do it again next year

The house was very clean and updated the beds were very comfortable ( which everyone agreed on ) well stocked as well. The best part was the beautiful River view and sitting outside on the river and watching the sun go down. Great place for a private get away with family or friends!!

I rated 5 stars for cleanliness, but there were some stains on the walls in the kids rooms, the blankets had an odd smell (I’m thinking it’s just a water difference), but this can’t be held against the owners as they pay folks to do these things. Communication was super easy, the location is good, kids loved the pool and the pool/ping pong combo table. It was a very relaxing trip despite a tornado touching down 4 miles away lol. Would visit the property again. The only thing I feel like mentioning is if you plan to use the boat lift be sure to mention this to the owners as there no spot to pay for it on VRBO checkout and there is a fee for it.
