We had an amazing family vacation here. The view is beautiful and you are just a few steps away from the sand between your toes. Each day we saw dolphins and manatees that were close enough to feel their waves. The pool was refreshing and a nice break from the heat. Unit was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

This property is probably the closest you can get to the water without sleeping on the sand. The location was great. The owners and front desk staff were extremely helpful. The building is under renovation but that worked to our advantage as less people staying on the property translated into less crowded beach. The room was very clean and well furnished.

Perfect place for a little getaway. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues and the condo had everything we needed! The beach is not crowded in this area, so you definitely can rest and relax.

Had a great time. Perfect location form beach and restaurant’s. The only thing I can think of is the shower head needs replaced and I’m knit picking, however it feels like needles stinging you and no way to change flow or pattern. Most definitely would like to revisit. Very nice place for couples get away.

This is a lovely place to stay. It is right on the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants.
As people have said before me, you need a new shower head. The shower head shoots intense streams of water that can be painful.
Communication with property manager was excellent.

The unit was just what we needed for our stay. A great view of the gulf as well as amenities to make the stay very enjoyable. Note that the bathroom vanity sink is awful and the shower head a bit painful to endure, but everything thing else was great.

The view was absolutely gorgeous and well worth the stay. Could hear the Gulf water/ waves 24/ 7.
The room is really smaller than the pictures portrayed. Guessing about 500 square feet, if that.
The shower pressure felt as if you were getting sprayed by a power washer and no way to change pressure. Needs a different shower head for so pressure isn’t as strong.
Was unable to find local channels on the tv. Had to load my personal cable tv app. And there was a lot of semi final football going on at time.
In finishing, the sunsets were gorgeous and beautiful every night. Was a beautiful stay!

If you want to wake up to the sound of crashing waves, watch the sunset from your balcony, or hunt for shells steps from your room, this is the perfect accommodation for you. The location is surprisingly quiet for being located on Gulf Blvd. The room has all you might need to make your stay comfortable (beach chairs and towels, cookware, microwave, coffee pot). The property was clean and in good repair. Check in, check out, and parking were all simple. Loads of activities and restaurants within short distance by car. Even some within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

There were some issues with the place but all in all we had a great time ! I emailed owner about issues and they responded that they would take care of them ( hopefully they do or did) . The view is absolutely amazing ! Love having the tiki bar on the property. We were far enough away that the noice from others at the bar did not bother us . The pool water was cold so we didn’t use the pool much . However the seating at the pool are very comfortable! You have to get to the pool early seats feel up fast . We had a great time .

The condo was nicely updated with a great ocean front view. The shower was great, very high pressure, and the unit has some beach chairs. The kitchen has the basics, although would be nice to have a dishwasher. The air conditioning worked very well. Only real draw back was the air conditioner being located on the balcony, it took up a lot of space and was loud. We would temporarily turn it off when we'd sit outside and enjoy the view. The beach in front of the building was great and not too busy during our stay.

Great location on the beach. Property was clean. Could use a bigger and newer coffee maker though. Has a keurig for those that use them. Very quiet, no problem parking. Will definitely use again if we return to Treasure Island.

Perfect!
Amazing renovated room! You would never think the room would be so nice from the looks of the dated building. It was clean, classy, had an amazing view, was convenient to the ice maker and elevator, beach, pool, great restaurants, and shopping. The room also had everything we needed from silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, pots & pans, toaster, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and cooking utensils. Some other reviewers complained about occasionally having to park across the street, but it was a non issue for me as it was so close. My only small complaint was that I brought my Roku to hook up to the TV and the TV doesn’t extend from the wall at all, so fitting my hand behind the TV to get the Roku plugged in was quite a challenge, took my about 30mins…but that’s only a small complaint. My significant other and I will most definitely be back. Amazing room and an amazing stay.

Was not convinced this place was throughly cleaned upon our arrival. Coffee grounds were on the kitchen cabinets and there was a huge hair ball on the shower floor.
Over all, it was a nice place. Perfectly located to several bars, restaurants, shopping.

The Island Inn was wonderful! So many great things: service, people, view, pool, tiki bar, outdoor dining, view, and the room was really nice. Wish the area would recycle though. They need to get on board with that.

I was a little nervous to book with an agency because I’m used to booking with individual people but ITrip was amazing! They were super responsive and nice. The room was great, amazing view! I liked the location because it wasn't super crowded, but you could find cool places walking distance to have a good time. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful studio condo on the beach
The good:
Amazing views, it's right on an uncrowded beach with private access, nice tiki bar at the pool, a great beach bar/restaurant is an easy walk down the beach, nice balcony, unit is right next to the ice machine (no noise), and there is no neighbor on one side.
The bad: Not as well-cleaned as it should have been. After walking on the floor barefoot for a while after arriving, our feet were visibly dark/dirty on the bottom. Bathroom mirror was dirty, etc. The other negative issue depends on whether you'll want to use the small kitchen. It's not well stocked (no can opener, no salt and pepper, mis-matched glasses, really dull knives, etc). The doors to the closet are also broken.
Overall, still four stars. We had a lovely visit.

Beautiful Beach
Room was nice. Water was still in the Keurig and a few ants. Nothing that was a deal breaker though. Wonderful view. Parking wasn’t the easiest to deal with but we successfully parked in the parking lot every night and not across the street. Great view for sunsets!

Amazing views
We had an awesome stay in this unit! The views are simply stunning! Bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Check in was easy! Some of the reviews complained about parking across the street. I didn't think it was an issue at all. A couple nights we parked by the condo and a couple nights we had to park across the street. But it has easy access and it is literally right across the street. The only issue we had was we couldn't find the place for the free Dvd's but we were looking after dark. We just went to a Redbox and rented. I did have to text someone because we couldn't get the DVD player to work but it ended up not being plugged in to the back of the TV. It is kinda difficult to get to since the TV is mounted to the wall but we finally got it! We will definitely stay there again!
