the hotel is just amazing. every aspect of it. staff are friendly and extremely helpful, facilities are clean and tidy. all inclusive food and drinks were plentiful. Area is peaceful but just a short walk or taxi ride to 2 bigger towns.

The place was good - near to the pin forest and the beach but without the derangement of music and noise from other hotels. Swimming pool is correct and we did not lunch on the hotel.

The apparthotel should have a small kitchen but the equipment is very poor (only 3 cuts, 3 glasses, no coffee machine... very difficult to cook. The cleaning was not done every day and was very basic and we had to run after the staff to get it done. At the reception, everything is complicated and the slightest request cannot succeed...

Loved the all inclusive buffet, very nice and great variety. Also includes a snack twice a day which you can eat by the pool if you wish. Loved the spa with a beautiful indoor pool, turkish steem bath and sauna, very few people using it. Also a small gym, all free of charge. Hotel is cosy with lower buildings Mediterranean style, nice pool area with music playing. We had a studio on the 1st floor with a small kitchen and 3 comfy beds, TV and a balcony. We paid a little extra to stay till 18:00 the last day and it was well worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

it was a bit annoying that on all inclusive you had to pay for your glass at the bar.

The breakfast was amazing. So much choice. The hotel was very clean.

One bed was very uncomfortable, dipped in the middle. When booking the buffet for dinner and paying separately, drinks are not included, not even water. This wasn’t explained to us until after we paid for the buffet. Also, we rented bikes for three days and paid daily but weren’t told that there is a cheaper three - day rate.

Very nice facilities and well kept hotel area, extremely helpful staff at the reception and a very nice pool area, with natural tree shade and enough sunbeds. Most dinners were excellent, breakfast as well.

These are really small details, but the one thing we found a bit annoying was the evening animation. There were two young animators there who seemed very bored with their job. We didn't get the feeling any effort was put in preparation of those evening activities - like music trivia etc. We have big kids who did not need animation, but the annoying part was that these animations were taking place at the only bar area of the hotel, so instead of listening to music and enjoying the evening, there were these animations done with such a lack of enthusiasm and creativity, that it actually felt a bit insulting to the guests. We were there for a 10 days and we did go out for many evenings, but the ones we spent at the hotel could have been nicer either without animation or with some quality activities. Again, this was a minor thing for us, but I believe in constructive feedback, so I hope the management is reading the reviews.

One bedroom apartment with lovely large balcony overlooking quiet gardens. Pool area is great. Plenty of sunbeds. Staff generally happy, polite and helpful. Excellent choice of buffet food which was, in the main, tasty. Kitchenette was basic but equipped with what we needed - we were on HB. Outside seating at the restaurant was pretty and one of our favourite areas of the hotel. The hotel is set between Cala Millor and Sa Coma, ideal for promenade strolling. The walk through the nature reserve and up to the castle had fabulous views, well worth the effort and there’s a lovely little cafe/bar at the castle.

Rooms are tired and dated. Shower leaked onto floor very badly - leaving a big puddle on the bathroom floor. Childrens play area poorly maintained and grubby. Main issue with this aparthotel is that they wanted a cash deposit for so many things - the kettle, the safe key, even buying a drink at the bar we had to pay a cash deposit on the plastic beaker! A bit inconvenient as we initially didn’t take cash to the pool! We gave a credit card at check in, so if we had failed to return the kettle etc, they could have charged it to our card. Seems a distinct lack of trust as we have never come across this degree of deposit requirement in all our travels. The rooms weren’t serviced twice during our week long stay - would have been more convenient for us if they had told us about these apparently planned days. The interior of the restaurant was very basic and felt more like a canteen.

- Location of the hotel was fine and close to the beach. On one side Cala Millor on the other Sa Coma, hotel is in the middle - Outside pools were nice and clean - Airconditioning well placed in the room - Selection of the food (we had all inclusive) was okay - Hotel staff was nice everytime and helpful

- Rooms needs renovation! the bedroom sinks were almost broken. Airconditioning starts to make strange noises after some days, the balcony doors started to squeek. There was no proper kitchen equipment in apartman, the cooker couldnt even make the boiling water. The cleaning equipment (sponge etc.) was not available, but only for purchase 4 EUR!! The room unlock system was broken, even we claimed it broken, was not repaired. The cleaning service just changed the towels, doesnt make any cleaning. With 1y old child we got room above the noisy bar and outside stage - All inclusive - food selection was okay, but not that quality that expected in 4stars hotel. Everytime some meals were under cooked or overcooked and not seasoned. The drinks selection were standard but lot of time out of service. The drinks selection from all inclusive was okay, but there are two types of drinks. The paid Mojito is totaly different than all inclusive mojito, which is just prefabricated. The coffee was also two types, all inclusive cofee was not good - instant. - Hotel staff - was overall nice, but sometimes lacking information or confusing. Very low english knowledge - Transportation assistance - If you will use Trans Union shuttle, it needs to be booked 72 hours before, which is absolute nonsense. There is no warning about this. We have to take a taxi instead to airport. Hoteal team booked the taxi. Taxi came a bit late and refused to take us to Airport.......... we have to wait for another 45 minutes for another taxi driver which came without 20x requested child seat. - Bicycle rental - not inflated tyres, we had to pay for the tyres inflation in some bike rental shop... 2 EUR for 1psi of Air...
