We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Anse Marcel. It was just as pictured. Beautiful views, heated pool, kitchen was well stocked, quiet neighborhood, check in was easy, and Stephanie was quick to respond to any inquiries we had! The location is perfect nestled up on the hillside. The villa faces north overlooking the bay. It is about a 10 minute walk to town where you will find a convenience store, a few shops, restaurants, and the beach. There is also a few hiking trails within walking distance from the house! If you are looking for a place to relax, this is it!

The villa exceeded our expectations and was our favorite thing about St. Martin. The view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the Anse Marcel location was pleasant, and the pool was a welcome bonus. We suggest that Stephanie provide a pair of binoculars so guests can better appreciate the surroundings. Guests should be aware that the Anse Marcel roads narrow and steep and that they should bring bottled water with them to the villa.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It was just as beautiful as always. Property is exactly as described and pictures are 100% accurate. Property manager and concierge were always very helpful and willing to help out with any needs. Will be back to stay again!

Property and photos were just as presented, great location for us. a bit of a challenge in the drive over to Anse Marcel. Driveway up to villa challenging, four wheel drive a good idea. Kitchen and amenities were perfect.

The.villa was clean, very spacious, and the view is amazing. The layout is perfect so that anywhere you are, you have that view-even in the shower which was so nice! We loved having the option to sit in the sun or shade by the pool as well as a large covered area with seating for relaxing (the the sound system was excellent for that also!). The location was great for us to walk down to the beach area (we rented beach chairs and ordered lunch) but also a short drive to Orient beach and others. Stephanie was very responsive to our questions before we arrived as well as throughout the trip. We used the chef she recommended and would definitely do that again. We had Laura one night and Quentin the other night and both provided great food and such a nice experience! If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay I would highly recommend Stephanie’s villa.
She also has two condos next door that you could rent if you have friends or family you want to include. There’s plenty of room at the villa to gather and everyone has their own place for privacy. We plan to do that when we return!

This was by far the coolest place we’ve ever stayed! The view was amazing, and the villa had everything we could hope for to make our vacation incredible. The outdoor space and pool was where we spent most of our time and we loved going out for the day and then getting home to happy hour here! We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at this beautiful villa. Stephanie was the perfect host. She communicated everything perfectly and was there if we needed anything but gave us our privacy. It was nice knowing she was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. The villa is spotless and is full of all the amenities we needed. The heated pool overlooking the Anse Marcel bay/ marina was amazing. Breathtaking views! Perfectly situated a short walk down to the beach and shops & also directly between Grand Case & Orient Bay. Perfect location! Thank you Stephanie for making our stay so wonderful!

We just got back from 8 nights in paradise. Stephanie was a great host, she was always available to answer our questions about the house, and its systems. This house is the perfect place for a relaxing, romantic getaway. It was immaculately clean, and very well furnished. All the rooms are large and bright and have amazing views. The outdoor living space is huge, and well designed. Plenty of shade or sun, for whatever mood you’re in. The sound system and tv are both top notch as well. The pool is great, big enough for 2 people to lounge on floats without feeling remotely crowded. It’s easy to see that a considerable amount of thought, and $$,went into designing and building this property. Well done!!

This was our best overall experience in renting a property. I had a few questions before booking. All were answered very quickly. We were met at the property and Stephanie went over everything for us. She is an incredible host. The property was absolutely incredible. And the pictures do not do it justice. Staying in Stephanie's villa was a fantastic in every way. The home is modern and immaculately clean. We loved the inside layout; plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and living room. The outside was nothing short of spectacular! The view is mesmerizing from both the sitting areas and the wonderful pool. This is the total package for a relaxing island getaway.
To top is all off, Stephanie is a a wonderful host. We have stayed in many vacation rentals with very good hosts and Stephanie is now on the very top of our list. Her hospitality sets an unbeatable standard. A huge thanks to her for everything! We are already planning our return in 2024.

We have stayed on the island in a different villa, and we have stayed on many other islands in many different villas. This one is the best of the bunch. Thoughtfully constructed, modern, functional and comfortable.
As others have pointed out, the owner is both gracious, helpful and professional. A real class act all around - friendly and just a good person.
I fear we may not be able to rent this villa soon as the word gets out. It will fill up quickly, no doubt.
It is perfect for couples looking for a quiet, private and romantic stay. We will be back.

Exceptional property in Anse Marcel St. Martin
The property was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The property owner, Stephanie, was wonderful to work with and immediately responded to any questions we had. Stephanie was there to greet us upon our arrival and walk us through the property and explain all amenities. Our stay was for 2 weeks and Stephanie arranged house keeping around our schedule. What fantastic host and home, we can’t wait to return next year. The best VRBO rental we have ever experienced.

Fantastic Property
My wife and I rented this property for a much needed anniversary get away. We could not have been more pleased. The house is as beautiful if not more beautiful than the photographs. Everything feels sleek and high end. It is incredibly well maintained and equipped. We found it easy to cook meals in the kitchen when we did not feel like going out. Stephanie is a wonderful and responsive, yet unintrusive host. The property is on a beautiful, quiet part of the island. The views from the pool and outdoor space are breathtaking. There is a really high quality lunch restaurant and beach club three minutes down the hill. We enjoyed renting beach loungers and relaxing there with delicious food and drink options. There are three wine stores and a full service grocery store with a 10 minute drive. We could not conceive of a more perfect and romantic spot to decompress with the one you love.

Simply Paradise!!
Ti Majeste is truly AMAZING, my only regret was not staying longer. The view is incredible overlooking Ance Marcel beach resort and harbor surrounded by untouched hills on either side. It is far from the tourist areas of St. Martin so you’ll need a car if you want more nightlife. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and relaxing place, this is it!! I also can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Stephanie and Thierry were phenomenal answering all of my questions in a very timely manner and even got me some groceries for my first day as it was Christmas so not a lot was open. My only suggestion would be to call Stephanie ahead of time on Whats App as the location is not easy to find and up some very steep roads so if you can get a 4-wheel drive, even better. I am back in Los Angeles daydreaming I am back at Ance Marcel. Thank you for a very memorable holiday!!

This villa is modern, full of amenities, and overlooks beautiful Ance Marcel bay and Anguilla. The bed was comfortable, the TV super-sized, the kitchen had every possible appliance, and the heated pool was relaxing. Quality all-around!

This is a gorgeous property that overlooks the Anse Marcel bay and beach. The house is large for a 1 bedroom. Large kitchen with gas and electric stovetops. Large living room with supersize TV and outside covered dining area. Beautiful patio area (a lot of it covered) with a nice pool. There is a 1/2 bath in the main section of the house. Beautiful Mountain Escape by the Sea
We loved our 5 days at Thi Majeste. The house was more luxurious than we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool, kitchen, and spectacular views right from our bed. Stephanie made herself available all the time to help with our questions. She even left us some beer, cheese, and apricot jam. We did have some trouble contacting her and finding the house when we first arrived, but only because we had no phone service. Luckily the one restaurant in town was able to help us reach her. The property faces north so it doesn't get sunrises or sunsets, but that didn't matter. It's perfectly warm all the time and the turquoise water is right there. We didn't need the a/c. Even the rain didn't bother us. Make sure you have a car that can get up that mountain. It's quite steep! Can't go wrong with this house. Totally worth it.

We have been travelling the caribbean for the last 20 years and this has been by far the best vacation ever! Stephanie was so easy to communicate with, even from our initial contact. She responded quickly and efficiently to any emails and what's apps. When we met her at the villa she had a bottle of wine ready to kick off our anniversary celebration. Her and her husband were warm and friendly and continued to be available all week if we had any questions. The villa is pristine, private and luxurious. The pool temperature was adjustable so we were able to have it warm in the evenings. The outdoor sound system is an added bonus in the ambience. The view is breathtaking and the closest beach, Anse marcel is beautiful. We encourage others to celebrate special occasions at this villa; a real jewel in the island of St. Maarten.

Thi Majaste is as special as the family and story behinds its name. We enjoyed our second fabulous stay at this wonderful villa. We gladly called Thi Majaste home for 2 glorious weeks. All communications with Stephanie were responded to immediately and thoroughly. No detail has been overlooked in this gem. It’s the perfect paradise for couples young and old(ish). Stephanie and her team are very attentive, the villa is kept exceptionally clean and comfortable. Stephanie can recommend contacts for almost any activity you desire.
Be sure to explore the area, Grand Case and Orient Bay Village offer fantastic restaurants. ScoobiToo will take you on a wonderful journey right from the Anse Marcel marina. Pinel Island is so close and should not be missed; great hiking, terrific beach and beach bar. And of course there’s Oliver at the American Tennis Academy...delicious breakfast!

Great Experience and Beautiful Location
Stephanie is great to work with. The location is well maintained and has exactly what it shows in the pictures. The Anse Marcel Beach is quiet and is not crowded as they work on the hotel renovations. This spot is the place you want if you are looking for a corner of paradise with your significant other or family!
