This was our first year at this beautiful home. It checked all the boxes! The location of the house is on a lovely street and access to the beach was fabulous. The house was super clean, tastefully appointed, and well equipped. We enjoyed cooking in several nights and grilled as well. They provided beach tags, and beach chairs which was super convenient and an added bonus. There is ample parking for several cars. You can tell that this home is very well adored by it's owners!

Beautiful house with a fantastic location right by the beach entrance. The balconies and roof deck were awesome and provided great views of the ocean. It was very clean and well-stocked. Joe was very responsive. We would stay here again!

This place is an absolute gem, right off a lifeguarded beach with gorgeous water views. Perfect for a family like ours with tons to carry to the beach, and the adults especially appreciated the stunning deck views for outdoor dinners and stargazing. Everything was clean, well kept, and comfortable. A perfect vacation.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay here. The space was well thought out, the kitchen had everything necessary, and you can’t beat the location. With views and sounds of the ocean we will be staying here again!

This rental is at a fantastic location….minutes away from the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The property is three floors - first level is a sitting area with the garage and bathroom. Second level is the bedrooms, very spacious and accommodating with another bathroom. Beds were nice and well kept. Third level is the kitchen, dining, and living room area. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. Lots of steps which was a great mini workout with the good restaurants in the area! The third floor and roof balconies were awesome to sit and relax and get some sun. The place was very clean and well kept. Safe location with very close restaurants and shops to allow walking everywhere. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and in the heart of town (without being loud.) The access to the beach and boardwalk could not be easier. The ocean views from the family room and decks were a great bonus! The owners were easy to work with, nice and very prepared.

The location to beach and town was by far the best selling features. Given the current COVID climate place was NOT as clean as expected, MB bath shelf actually had hair on it...ugh. Stove was greasy. Owner was proactive in communicating until right before check in when I had to contact him for information. Had I not checked, we would have arrived without sheets and towels, and not even a hairdryer was provided. I've rented places for over a decade, never had to take my own trash/recyclables to the city dump when perfectly good cans were in garage. 2 of 3 deck chairs and those for beach use were broken. Refrigerator was so loud we couldn't even hear TV one evening. Hopefully he will spend a little money on making the small amenities better, but we're not interested in returning.

The only bummer was the frig was loud and the ice maker didnt work, that was a pain but everything else was fabulous.

Joe and his family’s stunning home was absolutely spectacular. With the challenges that 2020 has brought, we were anxious for a change of scenery and a relaxing family vacation and that was exactly what was delivered. A wonderful experience start to finish...20 yards to the beach and promenade, water views from all three decks, super comfortable beds and accommodations, house was immaculate, Pleasure Ave is the best street in the Jersey Shore, and awesome owners... A++. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!
