The house was very clean and roomy for entertaining. The location & neighborhood were great. The owner was fast with returning any questions we had.

Nick has done a very nice job remodeling this half of his duplex. All newer fixtures & flooring throughout. The property was very clean when we arrived. Good customer service is a high priority for us and Nick provides that. It is so nice have the owner of the property right next door if something goes wrong unlike so many rental agencies that a difficult to contact and slow to respond. Both king beds provided a relaxing nights sleep.

Nick your home is beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us. Great location. Love the scenery in backyard that leads to the lake. The home is very clean. We would love to stay again sometime. Nick was very kind and responsive when I had any question. I am glad we choose to stay here.

Lake House
Booking and contacting owner was easy and quick. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the ensuite bathroom only had a tub without shower.
We were 4 adults sharing one shower which was a little inconvenient for us.

Excellent Anchorage Home Base
Wonderful property. Comfortably and stylishly furnished. Washer/dryer in garage was clutch after spending the first part of our trip on a fishing charter. Safe neighborhood. Host very responsive. Would happily stay again.

We loved this house! Stayed in Anchorage for the last leg of our Alaskan trip, and this lake house was just what we needed to come home to after long days of driving and exploring. Loved how bright the house was and the high ceilings! Even though Anchorage is a big city, staying in this house made us feel like we were still out in nature with a nice backyard that leads up to a gorgeous lake. There is a canoe that guests can use and a fire pit. The owner Nick who just lives next door was very responsive and was generous enough to provide us firewood to use! We loved how clean, spacious and comfortable this home was for 2 couples, and loved how it had everything we needed. The location is great and really close to town and the airport. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Lake House
We loved this house! Stayed in Anchorage for the last leg of our Alaskan trip, and this lake house was just what we needed to come home to after long days of driving and exploring. Nice property, great location
Nice and clean property in good location. The only things to be aware of is the listing is slightly incorrect. There is only one shower, not 2. The jetted tub does not have a shower with it. Also previous reviews mentioned a hot tub and second living area, which this rental does not have. Other than that, the place is very nice and clean. Awesome having the lake, although trail to it was a bit muddy really requires rubber boots to get to.

This home was amazing. Had everything we needed for our full week stay. Owner was very responsive and hospitable. Will definitely book again next summer! The location was great and having the lake in the backyard was an absolute dream!

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood!
The home had elegant and modern touches with unique amenities! We enjoyed the awesome lake and mountain view, the hot tub, access to the fishing dock and convenience to Anchorage and surrounding points of interest. Nic was a hospitable proprietor and accessible by phone for any questions or support. Having the second living area and 2 TV's is nice when you have people in your group with diverse viewing interests. Highly recommend.

Beautiful lakefront location and spacious home
Owner Nick is wonderful about communication, any questions we had he was very prompt to reply too. The living space in the home is spacious by any standard and immense by Alaska homes standards. The master bedroom has a great bed and the second bedroom has a great view of the lake. I would recommend staying here and look forward to returning.

Huge house with 5-star view!
Spent a nice relaxing week at this house located on Jewel Lake in early September. The view is incredible, we saw northern lights from the dock and from the park just a block away. There is tons of room to spread out, a great deck with outdoor heaters we used for social time and grilling dinners and a huge media room for the nights we wanted to relax. Nick was very professional and accommodating, 10 out of 10 will stay here again.
