Nuestro fabuloso apartamento frente al mar está localizado en Bosque del Mar, una comunidad exclusiva y cercada que cuenta con seguridad 24 horas al día.
Nuestro apartamento está totalmente amueblado y equipado. Tiene un balcón (primer nivel) con acceso a todas las áreas verdes del complejo y con vista al mar. El complejo Bosque del Mar toene acceso directo a la playa (a pasos de nuestro apartamento), y tiene piscinas, canchas de baloncesto y tenis, y área recreativa para niños. El apartamento tiene dos estacionamientos para inquilinos.

Nice condo in a great place, the beach is next door. All the tourist places are within 30-45 min

The good: the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need both inside and at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient for many tourist activities.
The disappointing: while basic “everyday” cleaning was fine, this apartment is well worn. The walls, upholstered furniture, and touch points are dirty. The patio door and window wouldn’t lock, so we used the hurricane shutters for security. We saw ants and cockroaches during our stay. The pool was also really dirty like the filter wasn’t working or something, which left me nervous about whether the chemicals were checked properly. The beach is obviously not within the owner’s control, but it was full of sargassum and the water was very rough.

Perfect location for our needs and the adventures we had close by. The property was a perfect down time condo. Pool access and beach walk. The sounds of the waves crashing were amazing!

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the property. The unit itself was perfect in size and cleanliness. The property was a little hard to find but that was our fault. The property owner actually provided perfect instructions that we missed. We arrived at 2:00 AM and noticed an issue with one of the three air conditioners. The owner contacted us the next morning (before we had a chance to contact him), asked us if it was OK to have someone come in the unit, and it was fixed on the first day. In addition, the beach access was nicer that described. The only complaint was the mattresses could have been better. With that said, I would not hesitate to return.

Location was great. We could see and hear the surf from the patio and take daily walks on the beach. It was windy almost the whole two weeks we were there. The waves were good for body surfing but not swimming. The swimming pool is 21 yds. long and we often had it to ourselves. Condo is close to El Jungue rainforest and Loquillo beach, and not far from Fajardo or San Juan. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. I did not find the beds to be comfortable but I'm a terrible sleeper no matter where I am. The bathtub was slippery so I wore my flip flops to shower. Lots of towels. Washer and dryer look old but work fine.

Ideal location very close to the beach and pool. We loved the ground floor walkout. The condo was very comfy with all amenities we needed plus more. Carlos was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

This was perfect, exactly as posted. Had a lot of things in the apartment that we could use at the beach. Of the beaches we tried in the area, the one on site was our favorite! Would stay again!

Located in a 24/7 security gated condo community called Bosque Del Mar. Pictures are mostly accurate, actually even better. Ground level within ear and eye shot of the beach. There are now two new beds in the master bedroom and an additional bed alongside the bunk-beds in the 2nd bedroom. Well equipped with everything you need: towels, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon, grill w/ propane, cooler, large battery backup for power outages, etc. etc.
Carlos was very responsive and took care of us with any question or issue we had.
You will need a rental car, but it is well located for beaches, rain forest, bio bays, ferry, several restaurants, grocery stores, all within about 30 minutes.
Would not hesitate to recommend this location or Carlos as a host! Hope to be back to the island again!

It was located near the private beach and the pool. My grandson could not get enough of these two places and the play ground. The house was equipped with all the items you would need for the beach and pool. There were nice restaurants nearby, but since my daughter was pregnant she enjoyed relaxing in the beach and pool, so I cooked most of the time. Just one thing I would add to the address, it should say Bosques del Mar, so it's easier to fine. I have already recommended it to some friends.

It was located near the private beach and the pool. My grandson could not get enough of these two places and the play ground. The house was equipped with all the items you would need for the beach and pool. There were nice restaurants nearby, but since my daughter was pregnant she enjoyed relaxing in the beach and pool, so I cooked most of the time. Just one thing I would add to the address, it should say Bosques del Mar, so it's easier to fine. I have already recommended it to some friends.

A couple people in our group walked down towards the Rio Mar resort to get more waves for body surfing. The apartment had lots of perks like a hammock for out on the patio, a drying rack for towels, and a couple boogie boards.

You can see and hear the beach from the porch. The unit was perfect for our group of four with the 2' bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer was awesome! This unit has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, from beach supplies( towels, boogie boards, paddle boards, +) to entertainment (games, music, tv, +) We definitely recommend it. The only negative was VRBO wouldn't load, so checking in/ finding the place was a hassle. Luckily I had a screenshot of the owners # and we were able to communicate. I suggest you open the app and save all the information before heading to that part of the island. ✌️

Great property about 50 steps from a (mostly) private beach. Solid property that has the essentials and easily accommodated our 2-parent, 3 young men family. Fantastic property manager who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us on our trip.

Everything I could have wanted to have and more was already at the unit. Ocean was so close we could hear the surf. TV didn't work so Carlos brought a new one the next day and installed it. Unit is at resort called Bosque del mar ( not zarzol) very close to excellent golf ( expensive though $150-200 for non-resident).

This place is amazing literally steps away from the private beach and pool. Very well stocked from laundry needs towels linen games beach toys and chairs games and so much more. My kids had a wonderful time they loved everything here. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back!

The location was perfect. The apartment was as described and more!. We had private access to the beach and the pool was great. Highly recommended for couples, and families with children.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful. There was a beach less than 3 mins walking from us and the pool the same. It was all so beautiful. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful experience
