excellent location - walking distance from all major landmarks in Seville

not well maintained, flush was leaking, coffee machine was not working well, ac kept tripping, not much support from staff, rooms were never cleaned even once during our 4 day stay

Location and space

Electricity failed many time the AC broke down in a over 100 degrees weather and 90s at night and was told that nothing could be done about it. I imagine they got some good night rest. The elevator broke down, we couldn't see to get to the apartment. A nightmare, I only stayed that awful night because I had told my son where to meet us. Parking non existing. I don't think that those people should be leasing that building it has faulty wiring!

Really spacious apartment and really felt like home! The decorations were really nice and the apartment had everything we needed.

€150 cash deposit has to be paid on arrival. Over 1 month later I still haven't received my money after telling me twice they have transferred the money on different days. And yes, the flat was left in perfect condition. Now they do not communicate. Avoid unless you want your wallet emptied!

Everything was perfect!! I wish i could live there it feels like home! it was perfect for us a family of 5! Location is exceptional. Owner was very friendly and gave us some suggestions for the city. Super clean and organized :)

Great modern apartment on the 4th flour with elevator, right in the center. Cathedral, Palace, restaurants, supermarket and shops all a few minutes away. No need for a car. The apartment is very clean and spacious and with well needed airconditioning in all rooms. Good wifi also. Beds and pillows are very comfy, big sofas as well. Would definitely come back here again.
