Perfect location, access to the seafront with a mile walk to the nearest beach Communal swimming pool so kids could make friends but not be overcrowded and full of sensory overload!! Once you got used to the bar opening when they wanted it was great to have it on site right by the pool.

Sun beds by the pool had no cushion/cushioning, the outdoor seating in the apartment had no cushioning or padding and the sofa was not big enough for a party of 6 so it was not a comfy place to relax. Plenty of seating available just not comfy seating.

The villa was spacious, very clean, lovely comfortable beds. All kitchen appliances like new. Very good correspondence from villa property manager. Provided information and recommendations for our stay. Great location, we walked everywhere, fabulous views on the promenade.

There wasn't a lifeguard at the pool. No reception area either for physical point of contact.

Loved the location, villa was spotless, Diego was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The only improvements I would suggest would be aircon in the the other two bedrooms, apart from that it was perfect!

Big clean modern house

The nearest beach to the villa is Playa El Ancla which is very rocky good for a walk but not for swimming. The photo shown in the ad is of Papagayo beach which is miles away from Costa Teguise

3 bed apartment. Clean well kept although damp patches need attention. Room for table and six chairs outside plus siting area. Two good shower rooms.. Nice walk to town on front. 15 to 20 minutes. Nice pool area.

Some confusing communication with manager. He likes what's app not phone. The front area gets little or no sun due to trees. Seating in lounge is limited needs another chair or 2 seater sofa.

The best thing was that you could park right outside the property. The two bathrooms were excellent. Great to have a gate onto the promenade less than 100M away. Great fridge freezer. Beds comfortable. Very spacious. Has three bedrooms, so for six people, but only sofa space for 4.

First impression was bad. Plaster falling off the walls all around the property, garden had a liberal sprinkling of cigarette butts. I was so embarrassed because of the friends I had invited to share this holiday. Kitchen looks good but was basic. No easy way to make coffee, just a fancy machine for plastic pods, we requested a cafetiere from the host, but this was declined. Had to go to Ikea to buy stuff. There wasn't a flat spatula for turning food in the pan. TV only had 4 channels all in Spanish, we requested Netflix but the host declined. Bring your own entertainment! Pool area looks nice but water freezing in January. Essentially this is a very basic terraced bungalow and it does not deserve to be called a 'luxury villa' this is a total misnomer. No luxurious touches!

Beautiful property located against the coast and a 5 minute drive to various shops and restaurants. Very cosy, within a private complex with a stunning pool. Perfect for families and big groups

Pillows were too flat and there were no extra ones to use

The villa is beautiful and the location of it is perfect. The pool area and pool was clean, quiet (until my children arrived) and offered a safe swim for all ages. Ample sun beds. The on beach location was fab, with a short stroll to the nearest beach bastion and around 15/20 mins to the town. With a lovely little tapas place across from bastian on the way, to stop for a a refreshment drink (Park right in front for the children to enjoy). The main street exit again has ample bars and restaurants and shops a short distance meaning eating in or out was a breeze and made for less complaining from tired little feet. We even enjoyed a day at the water park in play blanca (as was out of season for teguise water park) and the bus stop outside the apartments again meant this was a breeze with no hassle. Great communication with the owner and property clean with all cooking bedding towels etc...

Check in and out times should be checked before booking flights and this could have caused issues with an hour or two, however the owner accommodated this as he had no bookings. So just something to be aware of when booking - we got it lucky really! The villa only has only set of keys which also can be a pain with older ones wanting to venture of. It is a gated community complex and the external gates are key locked (x2 gate keys would be useful).

Comfortable apartment

Bed clothes smelled really really bad like they hadn't been washed sour and sweat

great location. close to beaches and a nice walk to town.

our only one wish would be more pillows as one small pillow didn’t help a group of 50+ women get comfortable in bed at night.

Good checkin instructions and the property was clean and ready for use.

Damp and dirty walls. the settee was ok for 4 people just! There is only room at the Villa for 2 sun loungers and one was broken. The loungers around the pool are solid plastic and the bar at the pool wasn’t open much. My wife and I chose to sunbathe at the villa but unfortunately building work was going on next door with hammering, drilling and sawing going for most of the days of our stay. Unfortunately, we also had a tropical storm for a couple of night and a day and this resulted in some leaks in the property. It could be really nice but needs some tlc. Only having one key to get in and out of the complex was also a bit of a nuisance when we were 2 couples.

layout and location

not specific about air conditioning only two rooms have air conditioning. en suite bedroom and lounge/ kitchen.

clear arrival instructions. Gated community. property in fabulous position on site, modern, clean and well laid out. Playa Roca is a 20 minute walk into main town or bus stop outside, very regular bus or €3.50 in taxi. No fights for sunbeds, pool bar lovely.

property missing some basic essentials that are usually provided in rental or been left by previous guests. washing up liquid, oil, salt/pepper, sugar, etc Not even a tea towel but I read this before and brought my own. air con only in one bedroom and main living area.

Comfy bed

The location. The smell of the sewers walking along the drab seafront into town. The fact that the property was advertised at a certain price and after clicking pay we were then over charged £81. If we were charged the advertised price we would have been happier. Also the wi fi did not work most of the time. This was reported but nothing was done. There was no face to face contact with either the owner or manager of the property. There were no curtains in the open plan dining and lounge area so there was no privacy at all in this very open room which fronts onto the road.

The Villa is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of kitchen space with amenities including a washing machine. Two bedrooms have wardrobes with enough hangers. one has a full length mirror and one ie en suite. There is a safe too and plenty of towels also tea towels. We were also provided with two toilet rolls per bathroom and washing up liquid. Minor maintenance issues were dealt with speedily. The pool is fantastic… just a little cold!

The outdoor cushions have seen better days and the clothes horse rusty.

this is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at this villa. it’s a convenient location, well equipped and extremely comfortable

it is starting to look a little tired in places so a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t hurt.
