The apartment was clean, had absolutely everything that I needed and more. There was a bag of ice cubes in the freezer when I arrived which was underrated and a really nice touch. The apartment was very cozy and a great space for travelling for business. The TV and internet were top speed, and I could cast YouTube, Netflix etc from my phone which was very convenient. The bedroom was very comfortable and had ironing facilities which was very handy.
The kitchen was very compact, and again had absolutely everything that I could've needed, from cutlery, cooking materials, to salt and pepper.
Checking out was very convenient and easy, as all I had to do was place the keys inside the express check out box and I was on my way in the morning.
The gentleman at check in was polite and helpful with providing the relevant information that I needed to know.
Bentinck Apartments is by far my favourite hotel that I've stayed at so far while working away from home.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Every time that I walked into the apartment, I was always impressed at how comfortable and at home that I felt.

the apartment was a lovely modern spotlessly clean place, lovely to stay, even had Netflix on tv, couldn’t ask for any more.
when the windows were open, you could hear everything outside, but that can’t be helped

Welcoming & comfortable apartments with good appliances.
The studio kitchens lacked serving bowls & dishes that would have made it much easier to cater for our group.
Having stayed here a year earlier, planning another group get-together we rebooked with the expectation of the same layout, so we were a tad disappointed at the reduced living room space. Nice extra double bedroom probs suits others more.

Great appts great location
The deposit is taken incase of damage.. that deposit is then held for a month I contacted the property several times and nothing done.. bank can't reverse it until after the time the property allocate!! A month is ridiculous to hold £300

Beware deposit hold!! I stayed a month ago and an still waiting for funds to be released back to my card..bank tell me its the appt owner causing the problem!! Some kind of scam holding deposits for over a month!!

It was easy to get into the apartment via the key safe. communications were excellent. the apartment was lovely and quiet and well furnished
the tv had sound but no image which wasn’t really a huge deal. that was the only negative

So comfortable and spacious. Everything we could possibly need. We all had such a wonderful time here. The shower is amazing. Beds lovely and comfortable. Lounge is big with comfy sofas. Extra touch with the book shelf was a great idea!

bleeping smoke detector was reported on arrival and to night shift and not sorted so the person sleeping in the lounge was disturbed all night and very annoying for the rest of us , a message left via booking .com and no response received or apology with hindsight should have asked to use another room

Location only 20 mins from St James park and 25 min walk to town. Superb well decorated apartment also very quiet when in apartment Shower was superb. All Mode cons plus cutlery would certainly highly recommend 10 out 10
