Este amplio barrio tan céntrico considerado junto al de Triana, uno de los barrios más emblemáticos de Sevilla, ustedes pueden pasear por sus típicas y estrechas calles, sus patios cuajados de flores, el murmullo de sus fuentes, el aroma de azahar..
El edificio es una antigua Casa Palacio de estilo sevillano del siglo XVIII, totalmente restaurada en 2017, pero manteniendo todo su esplendor arquitectónico , se caracteriza por su mezcla de lo antiguo con lo moderno , muchos de los detalles de este son originales (azulejos, hierros, ventanales de madera, bóvedas.) posee una fuente en su patio principal donde su maravilloso sonido relajante te sumerge en la calidez y la paz que se siente en este lugar .
Este apartamento de 95 metros se compone de un mobiliario de diseño y elementos decorativos de estilo vintage , estos unidos a la tranquilidad de su entorno crean un ambiente agradable que le hará sentir como en casa.
Su amplio salón de techos altos hace que su amplitud sea mas relajante, con dos grandes balcones donde la luz del sol penetra dando calidez a la estancia. Los balcones de madera son originales del Palacio .
Si desea disfrutar de la Semana Santa Sevillana será un privilegio para ustedes ya que su magnifica ubicación hará que con tan solo un paso estén dentro de ella. En sus calles colindantes se encuentra las Iglesias donde se guardan las Imágenes mas importantes de esta fiesta religiosa, Imágenes que posteriormente desfilaran por las calles de alrededor del apartamento. Gran ventaja para descasar entre Imagen e Imagen si lo desean.
A la Feria de Abril de Sevilla se accede cómodamente con autobuses directos o taxi, que tienen su parada a pocos metros.
TODO lo que necesita para sentirse como en su casa y esperamos que disfrute en el.
Suplemento 25€ por check-in despues de las 20:00 hasta las 23.30h que se abonarán en efectivo a la entrega de las llaves. Really please with this apartment in terms of facilities and location. Seville was by far the best experience. Easy to check in and out and everything that was promised was in the apartment..

While this apartment is ideally situated near the Cathedral, the Alcazar and old town amenities, it lacks basic requirements for a long term stay. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The owner was called about this problem on the second day. His answer, "I will get a plumber." He never did, nor did he call back to check on us. We believe he knew there was no hot water prior to renting because the plumbing connection was missing. We were here for 7 days and this was a huge nuisance. The apartment was musty with 2 battery powered perfume dispensers which only made the air heavier. It was our over-sight to not notice that smoking is allowed here. We would not have chosen such a place had we been more attentive to this. Yes, as he stated in a previous review, there are 2 windows in the apartment. However, they open onto an enclosed courtyard. In this courtyard, mold is growing on the wall. And, small black flies abound here. There is a washing machine but no dryer. But the rack for drying clothes is broken. We had to hang clothes on the stair railing to dry. On a side note. We have great praise for Immaculada, the attendant who met us, and helped a great deal with a parking garage. Pros: great location. Cons: Read above.

Good location, near to everything and very quiet.
Loved Seville. Having been there before, the apartment was excellent for walking everywhere to see the sights and enjoy the cafes. Going to concerts on the evening was wonderful and our apartment was an easy walk back. everything in the apartment worked well for us.

This apartment is even better than advertised! It is extremely spacious and in wonderful condition. The bedroom is nicely sized. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is very nice . We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is one of the best. You can tell the owners must come here themselves!! We would highly recommend it and the managements great service!!!

we were impresed by the hospitality of Inmaculada. We felt at home immediately. Everything we want to visit was nearby still the jewish part of Santa Cruz was very quiet and full of history. Inmaculata, it was very nice meeting you and we will recommend your house to family and friens.

Nice and quiet
Victoria and Inmma's place is wonderful; it was nice to come home after a busy day of sigh seeing to a quiet and safe place. It has everything we needed. Inmaculada met us and showed us everything in the apartment. Best area in Sevilla---the next door restaurant has delicious seafood and very friendly people. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment. We would stay here again and would recommend to our friends & family!

Perfect retreat in old town Seville!
So enjoyed our stay in Seville. This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of old town Seville and so close to everything. Victoria and Inmaculada are so sweet--a wonderful hostess and so accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Great Location
Our family spent almost a week in Sevilla. We were very happy with the location because we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Inmaculata was very professional in greeting us and providing information. The apartment was a very relaxing place to siesta during the day and sleep at night. We look forward to coming back one day.

FABULOUS APARTMENT AND FRIENDLY

Wonderful
very well equipped apartment located in a quiet area of the city. Plentiful shops and restaurants within easy walking distance as are main touristic attractions. Beautifully clean and well presented. The owner is an excellent communicator and could not be more helpful.

UNBEATABLE SITUATION
Really nice apartment in the middle of the center. At arrival we received a map and explanation about some good restaurants and sightseeings. Is was a nice stay and we would deff. stay here again!

We have stayed in many apartments in 25 years of independent traveling. We are a senior couple, who love traveling. We want to say this apartment really thought of all the extra things you need to live. the young lady's who manage these apartments are lovely. They help you with any and eve very thing you need. They get back to you quickly. We thank Inmaculada for making our 4 days extra special.

VERY COMFORTABLE
The apartment was very comfortable. It was quiet and extremely well located in the heart of the old town., the apartment was clean, properly equipped and happily air-conditioned in the 35 degree heat outside.

wonderful House
Four of us (two couples) spent three nights at Casa at the end of June. It is a beautiful old house, well-maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning was very nice, since the weather was very hot when we were there. Inmaculada met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. It was a 3-minute walk from the historic center of town and the cathedral. We would definitely recommend to friends or family traveling together.

I WILL RETURN THERE ANY TIME
We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful old Sevillan house. The house is very pleasant and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet.
The location is perfect, within short walking distance of the main attractions of the city, in the old Jewish neighborhood, surrounded by adorable streets where you want to get lost, many restaurants and bars, and is located less than 2 minutes from the Casa de Pilatos, a real jewel of architecture.
Inmaculada welcomed us very warmly, gave us all the info we needed, even provided the basic elements for a first breakfast (our plane arrived quite late), but let us live our life without ever intruding. This was just perfect. We knew we could count on them but in all freedom.
I will recommend it warmly to anyone going to Sevilla and will return without the least hesitation!

Excellent location
This apartment could not be more perfectly located. It is in the heart of the barrio, less than 3 minutes from the Alcazar and the cathedral. Very clean and quiet. It is also on the first floor (for Americans) so no stairs or elevators to contend with.
Terrific restaurants within 10 minutes. The bathroom is a little small for more than 2 people sharing. However, even though we were two couples, we were only there for 2 nights so it was fine.
Our only complaint was that the WiFi was weak if more than one person was using it.
We would definitely recommend staying there for anyone visiting Seville.

outstanding location
The apartment is very convenient to most of the sights a tourist would want to see. The only downside was for a person with allergies like mine. It is on the ground floor and was slightly musty and I had a hard time sleeping there. Not that there was visible mold or anything, but for people with those types of allergies, it was difficult to sleep there.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT
We enjoyed our stay in Luis's apartment and appreciated the fact that it is situated in a quite street and is really close to everything: Seville Cathedral, bus station and taxi, . Inmaculada's restaurant recommendations were great. We couldn't get enough of their Andalusian gazpacho.. Luis is a great owner and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, I highly recommend his apartment.
