Piso en primera línea de playa la costilla con GARAJE Y TERRAZA, WIFI, totalmente reformado y equipado (sábanas, toallas, etc.), 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, salón, cocina completamente equipada (lavavajillas, microondas, etc.), solería de madera, todas las habitaciones incluso 2 baños y cocina con vistas al mar, calefacción, armarios empotrados. ASCENSOR DIRECTO A LA PLAYA. Rodeado de todo tipo de servicios (restaurantes, supermercados). Chiringuito de playa a pie del edificio. Rota está situada entre Chipiona y El Puerto de Santa María y muy cerca de Jerez de la Frontera.

Location excellent and sea view as advertised. The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well equipped but would benefit from a a bit of tlc and would probably suit a family group better than adults only (as we were) re bed/bedroom/bathroom sizing. Still had a good 4 week holiday exploring the area again. Thanks

Pablo is simply the best. He communicated every step of the way before, during and after our month long stay. The pictures are exactly how this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment look inside. Nothing misleading. This is right in the heart of Rota with wonderful restaurants and bars in every direction within walking distance. We didn’t need a car ( although there is garage parking). We came from West Virginia and there are several English speaking places that made it easy to order, make friends and communicate effortlessly.
We will definitely return and stay in this beautiful, safe and gated apartment again.

This unit has the best views of Rota beaches and is close to excellent restaurants and bars. Very relaxing location. Pablo was great and made things nice for my stay and made check-in and check-out easy.
