Una propiedad acogedora y especial que se encuentra muy cerca del lago Lanier en la tranquila Taylor Creek. La casa está situada perfectamente para capturar espectaculares puestas de sol reflejándose en el agua. Las opciones para dormir incluyen un Master with King, un segundo dormitorio con una reina y una gran habitación con literas con 2 camas dobles y 2 gemelas que funciona para una pareja pero es perfecta para los niños. Para actividades, puede disfrutar de nadar, pasear en bote, pescar, leer en el muelle, pasear en kayak en nuestros 3 kayaks (1 doble y 2 individuales), asar a la parrilla / fumar en un BGE o simplemente disfrutar de la vista del lago en constante cambio desde el muelle, porche, Cubierta o cualquier habitación de la casa. Traiga su bote y amarre en nuestro muelle. Esta casa fue completamente destruida y renovada en 2010 por los actuales propietarios. Incluye una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y un comedor. Incluye una chimenea de leña para las acogedoras noches de invierno y una fogata junto al lago para los amantes. Incluye un gran muelle cubierto de 32 por 32 con una generosa zona de asientos y sillas. El nivel superior del muelle es perfecto para fuegos artificiales. Ubicación muy apartada y tranquila en un corto trayecto en coche desde el final de una calle. Cerca de 2 tiendas de comestibles y un centro comercial en Dawsonville. Sólo a unos 30 minutos de Alpharetta. Televisión satelital. Estéreo en casa y en el muelle. Grill / fumador para su uso. Un lugar verdaderamente especial que es nuevo en el mercado de alquiler a partir de noviembre de 2018.

The property was just beautiful the kids absolutely love fishing. It was a little hard for me to go up and down the stairs because I’m older and my husband is 83 and he couldn’t do the stairs down to the pier at all. I was just a little afraid to let him do that, but otherwise beautiful view, plenty of room never stayed at a property that was so stocked. It had everything that you need. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.

We spent 6 days in early October at this lake house. Everything was clean and working well throughout our stay. We enjoyed the large screened in porch, green egg grill, spacious kitchen, and large dock with kayaks. I was able to dock my boat and wake up every morning to catch fish. The walk to dock was short and the views of the cove were nice. We have stayed at Lanier with other properties but this one we will visit again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise.

Our family and extended family loved our time at this cottage on a quiet cove on Lake Lanier. Some of our favorite things were kayaking, fishing, and making s'mores by the fire pit. Fantastic dock with gorgeous sunset views, great neighborhood for a walk, and the perfect screened porch and deck overlooking the lake. Well-equipped kitchen with huge island and tons of room in the basement. Colt was a great host, very hospitable, and answering questions on the fly. We would absolutely recommend this home for a family stay!

The cleaning fee for this property is way too high for a house this size. The Green Egg looked horrible, it had moss growing on grate and inside the lid. The fireplace had not been cleaned out at all. Dishes in dishwasher had not been unloaded. The furniture in main room is worn out and chair in master bedtoom was torn and nasty.
On the good side though, the views from lakeside rooms is awesome, the porch furniture is very nice and comfortable. The dock is also very nice.
The so called firepit is sad and has no chairs or anything around it to sit by and roast marshmallows.
Love the kitchen!
If cleaning fee was less and other things corrected would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! We had a very peaceful and wonderful time at this house in a quiet part of Lake Lanier. The house was very well stocked. If you forget or need anything, it's at the house! Beautiful views from the upper and lower dock. Also loved the huge screened in porch. Would love to rent this house again in the future.

The property is located on a small cove of a large, active lake. The cove and floating dock provide a quiet space with easy access to the larger lake if you want more boating activity. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen and screened-in poach. The owner is super responsive and even went out of his way to arranged to bring us more kayak paddles for our kids to use.

Great place on LL w a killer view. Sits as close to the lake as possible and is very relaxing. Cool to have a green egg to BBQ.

Perfectly lovely
Beautiful cottage on the lake. Easy access to dock and managed to catch some bass for dinner. Colt is easily accessible and very nice! We will be back.

We rented this property for a weekend. The first night was a girls' night and the second was a night away for my husband and me. It was perfect. They've thought of everything, including all cooking items you may need (salt, olive oil, coffee, etc.) and had the most comfortable beds. The dock is truly amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Awesome house with spectacular view! Easy walk to a fabulous 2 story dock. The house could easily accommodate a big family. All the amenities you could ask for. Had a great time, will definitely be back!
