Der S.p.A. Bereich und der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und freundlich.

Wir haben ein Konzert im Olympiapark besucht.perfekte Lage deshalb. Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi direkt vor die Tür. Taxis stehen immer bereit.
Frühstück war das beste das ich je hatte. Absolutes Highlight.
Die Suite super aufgeteilt für uns und unseren Hund. Sehr hundefreundlich das gesamte Hotel. Auch im Restaurant erlaubt!!!
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist in die Jahre gekommen. Angeschlagene Möbel, elektrische Vorhänge, die teilweise nicht funktionierten.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very good service by excellent young educated staff. They were all very polite making you feel like being at home. We also admired the architecture and the interior design of the hotel and we enjoyed the facilities of the spa and the bar at the rooftop. I would definitely wanted to visit this hotel again.

Das Konzept ist gut. Grosszügige Räume. Sauber. Schalldämmung.
Schlechter und oberflächlicher Empfang an der Reception. Absolut schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Front Office bei sndchliessenden Problemen. Nicht 5* und Hyatt-Like.

Meine neue Top-Adresse in München. Unfassbar schickes Hotel, wahnsinns Zimmer (hatte eine Junior Suite) mit sooo bequemen Betten, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, krasses Frühstück. Hab auch noch nie so schnelle Aufzüge gesehen.
- Check-in Prozess sehr kurz und schmerzlos, gerade für den Erstbesuch. Hatte dann wegen WLAN später z.B. nochmal nachfragen müssen.
- Lichtsteuerung in den Zimmern sehr kompliziert, bzw. nicht sinnvoll und durchdacht. (Der Bewegungsmelder im Bett für Nachts ist allerdings schon geil).

Günstige Lage zu den Autobahnen, wer der Innenstadt besuchen will sollte ein Hotel in der Innenstadt buchen. Taxi zur Innenstadt 15€

A beautiful hotel, really well designed. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the road outside - and superb soundproofing. The window seat is a nice touch! I loved the electric curtains and blinds, too. The free mini bar was good too, it saved us buying drinks for the daytime. Another plus is the restaurant - great service, decent food.
Not really a negative, but it’s a fair way from the city centre - but there’s a U-Bahn station withi a few minutes’ walk.

Excellent service, from the staff at the front desk (thank you to the welcoming Llucia), to the design of the room, the amenities, zen-like spa, and bountiful breakfast. It was a pleasure and I look forward to going there again in the future.

Restaurante staff was excellent, waiter Miga and others always very kind, and personal, also even the Chef came to our table to explain how to make a pea soup! Personal service!

Nice Suite. Good Breakfast
Room wasn't ready on check in date after pass 3.30pm. Check in staff was inconsiderate trying to give excuses while we had a hungry baby with us to feed. Check in time is 3.00pm We booked a corner suite. Please have the rooms ready on time.

Everything, it was a very well suited property for my taste.
Tasteful interior, great breakfast, rooftop bar, service, shoutout to housekeeping as well. Wi-Fi no complaints
I stay in different hotels one or two times a week, this one definitely gets my thumbs up
I really liked this about the property but other guests may have different expectations. The walk to the centre of the city where all tours start is maybe 15-20 mins which was great for me as this is the posh part of the city anyways so not crammed with tourists all the time. Hotels at the Center are just too small.

Housekeeping/Breakfast. Hotel restaurant food/Lack of interaction between all hotel departments. Roof top bar access & management. Total lack of professionalism throughout the hotel staff (except those in Reception and in one other isolated case - who was brilliant) clearly due to very poor training and guidance by hotel management
