Das Frühstück und das Personal im Frühstücksraum waren absolut top.
Ankunft Samstag, 18 Uhr - Es gab keine Möglichkeit mehr an dem Abend, im Hotel essen zu können. Das Restaurant war mit vielen Externen ausgebucht. Auf die Frage, ob man in der Lobby an den Tischen essen kann, wenn man das Esseen vom Restaurant bestelle, kam der Hinweis, dass es verboten sei. Wir könnten lediglich auf dem Zimmer essen und dies bei 17m2 ohne Tisch. Die Reception machte 1 Anruf in einem Restaurant für uns. Es war ausgebucht. Anschliessend wurde uns eine Liste übergeben. Das Hotel ist am Rande der Stadt und die Restaurants im Zentrum. Taxi haben wir keines buchen können und darum mussten wir nochmals mit dem Auto weg. Hinweis von der Reception: am Sonntag ist das Restaurant geschlossen. Die Zimmergrösse und vorallem die Toilette mit Dusche war dermassen klein, dass es für ein 4-Stern Hotel unwürdig ist. Wir waren enttäsucht von der Reception, der Zimmergrösse und dass wir als Hotelgäste zu keiner Zeit mehr am Abend Platz im Restaurant hatten. Dies entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel nach unserer Vorstellung.

Location was very convenient being near the motorway. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was modern.
The dinner was expensive and the choice was limited. The car park capacity appeared to be at its limits.

Adequate-sized room
Staff made us pay twice the city tax (so two times for 2 persons). We tried to tell and show them that we already payed the tax (and the room) the day before but they rather believed the info on their screen than the numbers in our banking app.
To save paper, we asked the hotel not to print an invoice when we payed. Sadly, they abused that!

It was close to the motorway so easy to find for our long journey. The room was really comfortable. I liked the Humanist element.
The restaurant was superb and food outstanding.
I wish that I had had the option to use the mini fridge in room.
Instructions to open car park gate were very small and difficult to find at 05.00.

the staff is really welcoming and very informative. breakfast is also great, lots of selections. even the location is slightly away from the attractions, it's the right decision to stay at the hotel especially if you drive

Very convenient location close to the motorway but very quiet surroundings. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with a broad selection of food.
The coffeemaker in the room did not work. I found the pillows uncomfortable for my taste. The best view is facing the distant mountains (although there may be some noise from the outdoor pool and serving areas in the summertime). The other side has a view to industrial buildings but I suppose for a single night stay it really does not matter too much.

Everything was fine and the staff was friendly. The free parking lot is very convenient.
Our room was rather small. The location is convenient if you're traveling by car but it's not ideal to reach the center of the town, especially if you'd rather walk than take the car. Because the restaurant was already full we just had to do that: take the car in the evening to go for dinner in town.

In the room we found some dead flies and asked them to remove them. But that did not happen. As well as we towel was not clean and it was not changed neither.

It was a bit of in the middle of nowhere and it took a while to reach Colman and Strasbourg

Great modern decor, slightly away from noise of the city.
The restaurant had a bar, but guests were not allowed to sit in if you weren't also eating.
