The apartment is well equipped. Comfy beds. The host is very helpfull. His reccommendations where to eat are just perfect!

Absolutely perfect! Spacious and comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff, well equipped, very quiet and very central. Not much natural light coming in, but I liked it. If you are with a car. parking might require patience during rush hours.

no drinking water provided. It would be easy for them to have a water dispenser with the 20 liter bottles available for guests to share. I’m adamantly against buying plastic single use bottles. not the additional cost but that forces people to contribute to the pollution problem of the planet. The neighborhood is rundown with abandoned buildings etc even though it’s only 2 blocks off the malecón.

It was a great location. At a really good price.

I wanted an authentic La Paz experience versus a first-time tourist hotel. Here I got an excellent neighborhood to explore all sides of La Paz - I just walk in different directions out the front door to experience tourist, local, or somewhere in between; For this trip I wanted local, and found exactly what I was looking for. The studio itself is well appointed, comfortable, clean, and very secure (two locked doors to pass through!) all with a spacious set up (and fast internet). A handful of studios surround a communal court yard with laundry facilities to sit outside in the sun or shade for an indoor / outdoor lifestyle within the privacy of the small complex. The host is extremely easy to communicate with, exceedingly responsive (even with my erratic travel schedule which changed by the hour), and an overall great person to converse with - thank you! I hope to come back to La Paz, and when I do, I am staying here again - it feels like my very own apartment in authentic La Paz.

Not a negative, just a tip when first arriving: this is a non-descript facade that doesn't immediately grab attention, so be on the look out for the colored door of the complex set between businesses - I passed it a few times without noticing and thought I was lost.

This place is perfect! Stop looking and book it. Location is great, Very short walk to everywhere in el centro. Rafael is a great host, he took me to the beach and out to lunch and gave recs. Bed was very comfy. Shower worked great. AC cooled the place quickly. Very quiet inside the apt. Washer and dryer on site. Very close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Will stay here again next time im in La Paz. Gracias Rafa!

The apartments where exactly as the pictures advertised on booking.com. The location was perfect, "smack in the middle of the Malecon"! The host and the maintenance lady were great communicators and very helpful. Excellent apartments and staff. Very clean.

There is nothing not to like about this place, the location, rafeal and his lovely house keeper. Great apartments and communial area, use of the washing machine. Rafeal communicates regulary to see if you are ok/need anything and sends you links for great places to eat for every budget and taste. Keep up the great work folks. There is a great microbrewery next door and a crackin live music venue and great beer

Close walk to the beach and nice breakfast spots, lovely helpful staff. Nice decor and comfy bed. Wardrobe, sofa etc. Great for 3 nights! Secure locks on front doors, lovely patio area. Free use of washing machine and dryer. Thank you!

Bathroom was a bit damp smelling and there weren’t any spoons or plates etc in the kitchen although there was microwave cups etc.

Owner was very responsive and gave excellent tips for local restaurants.

Located next to a bar with loud music that was open to 1am on weekends and then upon opening or closing would drag tables and chairs around for another hour.

Great location, right in the heart of La Paz; very central to the Malecon and tons of restaurants. It was really convenient having a washer/dryer right outside our door and the appliances are NEW DAX right across the street has paper products and lots of stuff you might need. No beach towels in the unit when we arrived, BUT they are available. Just ask Rafael. Rafael is an awesome host. Greeted us and gave tons of helpful info. Was available by text and responded to ALL of our needs.

I didn't realize that our unit did not have a kitchen sink. That was a surprise. I would have had to use the sink outside built into the outdoor counter. I think some units do have one. Be sure to look at the photos carefully. Also, no silverware, or dishes; just mugs for coffee (bring your own basket filters) Shower is a good size but the bathroom is VERY small. The unit only had one window (in the kitchen area) so the unit is dark. Not enough electrical outlets. Bed okay but it is small double bed NOT a queen, so this may not work for some people. Also, sheet is on top of bare mattress--no mattress pad.

Perfect little studio apartment in la Paz. Very well equipped, good bed, very friendly owner and staff. Good terrace outside for a drink. Right in the center of town but quiet

The room was clean and nice. Rafael, the owner, was very dedicated to the service, he gave us the recommendation to get meals and he helped us to return to the airport.

I think that the address needs to be more clear in the departments information.
