Después de retozando en el surf, la cabeza hacia atrás a la Beachcomber para jugar en el patio grande frente al mar. Disfrute de las fabulosas vistas al océano mientras se relaja en la sala del sol del segundo piso, o relájese al aire libre, en el porche de la planta baja y en la gran sala familiar del primer piso. Con capacidad para 16 personas, esta gestionada por profesionales con 5 dormitorios y 4 baños casa de vacaciones incluye una cocina totalmente equipada; sala; comedor; aire / calor central; cable de television; teléfono, lavadora / secadora y patio privado. El estilo confortable hace de esta una gran casa para los niños en su familia y las comodidades para una fácil hacer vacaciones, televisores con cable / DVD arriba y hacia abajo (3 en total). El Beachcomber no permite motocicletas. La capacidad máxima es de 16 personas. Las sábanas están incluidas. Solo se requiere un MÍNIMO DE 3 NOCHES en ciertas épocas del año. El hogar está disponible para alquileres mensuales de invierno.

We loved the location and the beautiful old house! The house could use some upgrades. Some of the air vents were a little molded. But the nice maintenance man showed up right away and fixed things!

Hiccups and bumps
The kitchen is upstairs -grill was downstairs. Screened in porch upstairs-access to the beach thru the house downstairs. Tub with no shower and a broken unusable tub/shower upstairs.Two showers so small hard to shut the doors downstairs.To leave or enter you must use stairs. 1 person is amputee,2 people had knee and hip replacement &2 person with neck surgeries. This property was NOT handicap friendly and was a struggle to do anything.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in at Booe Reality was quick and easy. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the public beach access right beside the house rather than the path from the back yard just because it was so well done and easy to access and also had a sand shower. It would have been extremely helpful to have a refrigerator in the garage, especially with 16 guests in the house. It caused us to spend a lot on ice. A shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs would also be a big plus. In reference to an earlier review-No bugs were seen anywhere. Overall, it was a lovely old beach home and accommodated our group well.

This property is only steps from the beach. The fishing is not very good but we enjoy walking on the beach & looking for sharks teeth. The sunroom is the best place to relax and enjoy the view. The TV service is not good. We can only watch one TV at a time. All in all, we have a good time and thought this property is very nice.

The location is absolutely perfect and beach access is just 2 mins walk. The major disappointment is the house where we found roaches , grubs and milipede’s.
We had 3 infants and we were just scared and sleepless.we had to clean the beds every day and night to make sure nothing is in there. The bathrooms clogged/slow draining and had to wait for the flush to refill. Sure the reviews were great but it wasn’t the same at all. Cockroach feces were found in kitchen cabinets and we noticed the property is up for sale as well.

The first time all of us have had the chance to get together and we had a blast. The house is huge and accommodated 11 adults and 3 kids with room to spare. Great house and Booe realty made it all very easy and hassle free.

The home was lovely, right on the ocean, really tough to beat this great spot in Myrtle!

We loved the house, the location and we could bring our dogs! The house had everything we needed to cook every night (Covid world), a yard and the beach right out the back door. Loved the week spent with family! We will be back!
