Jean Christophe's apartment is very well located - near the local beach, shops, station and a pleasant walk to the beautiful old town / Sablettes Beach. The apartment is very bright, spacious and clean with a balcony with a sea view. It is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which is great for taking up luggage and shopping. The only thing to note is that the description of the kitchen says it has an oven but there is only a microwave (perhaps lost in translation!). It wasn't that hot when we were there but the air con and fan would be great in warm weather. The apartment block is very quiet and well maintained. We would not hesitate to re-book if we return to Menton.

The apartment is very sunny and bright, well furnished and with a great location in beautiful Menton within few minutes walking from the train station, bus station, the beach (you can actually see the sea from one of the balconies - in the living room and the bedroom) and the supermarket is right around the corner. Both rooms have air conditioning and there is an elevator in building. The owner is very nice, on time and always responded within minutes. Thank you!

Appartement très agréable, tout neuf, propre, ensoleillé et calme. Ambiance lumineuse et épurée en centre ville, agréable balcon pour y déjeuner le matin ou y prendre un verre le soir. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques, nous reviendrons surement et recommandons cet appartement
