It was on the way to where I was going.... and it was clean.

The cost could have been a little less.... the key cards could have been a little bit easier to use.

The hotel was fine

Customer service is lacking they charged me 2 x for the room I called and asked for Manger and no one had called me back

Super friendly, efficient, helpful staff ... quiet atmosphere. The continental breakfast was expansive and delicious.

The front desk manager was so friendly and engaging and she started off our stay right away with a great vibe. The breakfast bar coordinator as well as the cleaning staff were also cheerful and friendly which was very nice.

The breakfast was good for the portions I could eat but need gluten free options. There are so many people in the world that cannot have gluten and it's not difficult to offer some gluten free muffins or GF waffle mix along with the regular. So I was left eating eggs and bacon which aren't very filling when you cannot put a carb with them. The other challenge was the beds weren't very soft; Holiday Inn definitely has the beds beat but the cleanliness at your hotel is far better -tough trade-off.
