Key code sent to me via app and via email so it we had it without any specific check in. The room itself was nicely appointed. There were great little touches like the decorations and amenities. It was right on the beach. Our first impression was a good one. However, that quickly soured due to the problems and roaches.

The cockroaches crawling in and around the kitchen cabinets, pots and pans and other surfaces we intended to cook off of ruined the experience. They were also on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. They appeared to be the german type that can carry diseases. I don't consider that safe or sanitary. I did raise this to the attention of both the property and Vacasa, the owner of the condo. The roaches were crawling on the countertop, sink, in the cabinets and drawers, in and around the dishwasher, the bedroom and shower. When we opened the dishwasher they came from the sides and crawled into the dishwasher of clean dishes. We also got locked out of the room for an afternoon with our wallets and keys all stuck inside. After returning from the beach, we used the proper code, which was accepted as indicated by the green light flashing, but the door would not unlock or open. It somehow jammed or got stuck in between locked and unlocked (the notes in the app said don't mess with the deadbolt so we left it "as is" but still had this problem). It took me numerous calls to get someone that could actually reach someone local that could do something about it on the phone other than just explain how to type the code in. Then we had to wait for the offsite technicians to come. A backup key didn't exist. Luckily, the 2nd technician that showed up was very kind and helpful and was able to get us in. They should have some sort of fail safe, so if the door fails again guests can get back in their room. We lost a whole afternoon of our vacation because of the door problem. The cockroaches made us not be able to relax or use the kitchen like we wanted to so we had to throw away some groceries.

The room was absolutely wonderful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was large with a full kitchen, living room and a bedroom. Sunsets were perfect from the balcony! We slept in the living room and listened to the waves crashing all night. The water was about 50 feet from the room. We stayed at 4 different places during our Hawaiian vacation. This was our favorite!

They sent us the address to the property and door code but did not text us the room number. This led to some confusion at check in. The woman at the desk was not very friendly and she became frustrated with us for not knowing what room we were staying in. The only other thing that would have been nice at this resort is a hot tub in the pool area.

The view out off of the balcony was amazing. Plenty of parking and not far from the main road, Great whale watching right off of the balcony but that's about all that is good for this place. You will need a car as there is really nothing close by here except for Dollies Pub that wasn't too bad.

This condo is in need of some TLC. The pots and pans are very scratched up and barely useable. Everything worked ok it's just outdated and not what you expect for a condo in this price range. The kitchen cabinets, dishwasher and bathroom are infested with cockroaches. Only one elevator in use when we were there and it's operation was skeptical at best. The water was shut off the first day we were there. The pool is tiny and does not have a view. only two of the barbeques were operational with several people wanting to use each night. There is virtually no one around that manages the place. Both of the condos on either side of this condo are a much better value do not rent in this condo building. The beach is not too good here and unswimmable and there are no amenities at this condo that other condos have such as larger pools and barbeque areas that are ajacent to the beach. I will not ever stay here again and do not recommend it either.

There was no meals included at our home since we rented a condo with a kitchen. We thoroughly loved the balcony with the best view ever! We enjoyed the key code entry. We arrived late in the evening and it was nice to not have to find someone to give us a key. We really loved the location. Being next to the beach was the best part.

The unit could have used air conditioning. When we arrived the lights were all on and the unit was closed up. That made for a very hot entry. I know the lights were on to give us a nice welcome but it cooked us. Even though we opened windows and the balcony door we couldn’t get any air to cool off. The ceiling fans were on but it didn’t help to cool the unit. Also, One of our group slept on the sofa bed. She told us the mattress was too thin and she had a terrible nights sleep. She ended up folding the sofa bed back in and just sleeping on the sofa.

Murphy bed was handy, liked that some chairs, beach towels, chairs were supplied. having a washer and dryer was great

limited hot water in shower. window in the bedroom was to the hallway, not outside. that seemed a little misleading.

Wonderful apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. Quiet and comfortable. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living room.
