Lovely property to stay at

Dora House was in a great location -good coffee shop across the road and a very short walk into town. It was very cosy with 7 adults and 1 infant. A small courtyard outside was a nice place to sit in the sun. Although there were 4 bedrooms, there was virtually nowhere to hang your clothes [ + no coat hangers] and a few repairs required. For the price, it was good value.

Cosy and well appointed
The property is much cosier than the pictures show. Plenty of room for our family.
I was impressed with how well the kitchen and bathroom was stocked - Not the usual 1 toilet roll and no cleaning products...it had everything we needed.
Should note that there is no heating in the bathroom so if staying in Winter be prepared for a cold room. However every other room has heating.
Would stay again if we visited Orange again.

Beautiful house and very cozy. Very clean and welcoming home! Owners are very prompt with my requests and very helpful. Location of the house is so convenient , we literally walked to the town for our dinners and arrived in 15mins.

We found the house to be in quite dirty condition-mould in bathroom, cigarette butts on back step, BBQ unusable, very dirty couch cover. Kitchen and loungeroom overhead lights did not work, not ideal for a dark house and with early risers.
Beds very comfortable and house in great location but very much let down by it’s overall condition.

The Fab Four
Had an excellent time in Orange. Dora Hall is very central to many amenities - great coffee shop across the road. Beds were comfortable - nice fresh bedlinen and lovely big white towels. Access to the hall was really easy and the aircon kept us nice and warm. Thanks Dora Hall and Orange - we’ll be back!

Wedding Weekend Away
We had a family wedding to attend in Orange and this property was central to everything and was a great historical building. Clean and tidy.

Stayed here, just 3 people. Nice accommodation. Although says sleeps 10, only 1 bathroom which wouldn’t not be ideal.

The property is comfortable and welcoming. Perfect for a family or afew couples.
Though the bathroom is older, this doesn't distract from the property as the location is excellent.

Very cosy and nicely presented on arrival.
Found it very nice, Stuart came to our aid with another fridge which was nice. One lounge chair had a faulty leg maybe get Stuart to have a look at that, and the mat under the table is kicked up on one end which my mum tripped on, do drama but for future tenants maybe look at that.
Overall loved our stay at The Dora Hall :-)

Great location in gorgeous town.
Lovely old building. We visited during a heatwave and would have loved an air conditioner in the bedroom. Check in and out was super easy and a very convenient location. I would recommend it.

An easy family stay
We were comfortable and well looked after on our recent stay. The property is a little run down but that’s what I’d expect from an older home. All efforts had been made to make it comfortable.

Room to move
We travelled with a work group of 5. With 4 large bedrooms we had plenty of room. Good size dining table and large lounge area. Was a bit concerned about the single bathroom but it was no problem and the hot water is a dream.

Lovely home away from home
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and comforts of Dora Hall. The towels were large and luxurious, the wifi was fast and reliable and the kitchen was well-equipped.
We found the beds a little firm, but loved having queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The oven wasn't working when we arrived but Stuart had it repaired very quickly. With ten people, we required creative management to manage a single bathroom without separate toilet, but we made it work. We appreciated having a portacot on the property, and just needed to provide our own linen.
In the end, we were very comfortable and thoroughly appreciated the hospitality of Dora Hall. We would happily stay here again, and thoroughly recommend it!

Orange CBD convenience with nearby cafes
All went very smoothly from booking the property, to checking in. On line photos a true reflection of this lovely property. We felt very at home, and comfortable here. Along with its location, there was the convenience of two fabulous cafes nearby.
