Huge house with tons of character. It’s got everything you need to make a fantastic holiday. The enclosed pool area is such an amazing sun trap. It was really windy for a couple of days but not a breath was felt around the pool. Out of the bedroom windows you wake up to the sight of vines in front of the Etang de Thau.
I definitely would come back.

Frederic and his family were very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay at their gite in beautiful surroundings. It was lovely to have the pool on the days we weren’t exploring the area .

Owners were lovely and nothing too much trouble, we hadn't taken bed linen and towels with us so they quickly arranged for us to hire some. It was during the hot spell and there was little breeze so lack of air conditioning meant sleeping was difficult but being able to jump into the pool at any time of day or night was a god send. This is the second time we have been and we would return.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique : soleil, calme et surtout la piscine. Nous y avons séjourné avec 5 enfants (de 1 an à 6 ans) ... quel bonheur, une maison à recommander pour les familles. Que du positif.

Week-end passé dans cette maison afin de donner un avant goût de l'été : mission accomplie. Barbecue, piscine, transats... tout est réuni pour passer quelques jours au calme et faire la farniente ! Grande maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre en autonomie. 3 salles de bain et 4 WC très appréciés lorsque l'on est nombreux, ainsi que le lave vaisselle. Véranda sympa pour jouer aux cartes une fois la nuit tombée, canapés, fauteuils, et tables basses sont les bienvenus. En résumé, super séjour dans une maison où l'on se sent chez soi !

La maison correspondait au photos. Maison de style ancien, mais fonctionnel avec tout l'électroménager indispensable tels que lave-vaisselle, frigos, congélateur, etc. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la piscine. L'accueil du propriétaire sur place était vraiment chaleureux et nous en gardons un bon souvenir. La maison était dans un endroit calme, mais nécessitant un véhicule pour les déplacements. Nous recommandons cette location aux familles pour la place et la piscine.

Très agréable séjour en famille. Un grand merci à MR Sumiens pour son acceuil et sa disponibilité. Grande maison et belle piscine dans un cadre très calme et ensoleillé.

difficile d'ecrire un mot après de si merveilleuses vacances. la maison est formidable le cadre idylique le soleil, la farniente.... un grand merci a Frédéric pour son acceuil et pour sa generosité... ON REVIENDRA CA C'EST SUR Milles Bisous et a l'année prochaine Laurence de Suisse
