Elegante, moderno y recientemente inaugurado apartamento que contrasta con la belleza de la fachada del edificio del siglo 19.
Situado en la zona peatonal más céntrica de la capital, La Puerta del Sol y con acceso a pie a una de las más importantes zonas comerciales y monumentales de la capital: el Madrid de los Austrias, a 5 minutos del Teatro Real, el Palacio Real, y la Catedral de la Almudena.
A 5 minutos caminando pueden encontrar tanto la parada de metro de Sol (líneas 1,2 y 3) como la de Ópera (líneas 2 y 5). Así mismo está muy bien comunicado con varias líneas de autobuses por lo que el acceso a cualquier punto de la capital es rápido y sencillo.

This apartment is in the heart of the city. Close to Sol (5 min walk), great restaurants close by, walking street right out front. The only issue was the shower doesn't have a ton of hot water, so you have to space out showers for a family - but still a 5 star review.

this location was close to every major sightseeing area in Madrid. It was about five minutes away from all the shopping in the gran via and it was only about a minute walk away from the opera metro station. It was also only about 30 seconds away from a four star hotel with an amazing restaurant inside and a great one next-door. Overall, this was the best location. the rooms were spatial, the sheets we’re clean and they provided enough towels for six women so that was perfect. Our host was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the two bathrooms are a bonus when travelling with teenagers! Very clean, super fast internet (also good when travelling with teens!), great communication with owner, quick to respond and great tips for places to eat and visit.

We had great stay here. The location was perfect between Opera and Sol Metro stations. It was walking distance to the Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, etc.
The hostess met us in person and showed us the apartment and how things worked.
The apartment was well equipped, clean and very secure; you needed to go through 4 locked doors to reach it.
The pedestrian street was busy, especially on weekends so there may be a little noise in the evening. Weekdays were quieter. There is light from the street in one bedroom so a sleep mask may be necessary for some.
We would definitely stay here again.

We are a group of 6 adults, comfortably sleeps 5 but our 6th person was a little uncomfortable.
Great location and building, safe and secure in the heart of Madrid, close to many attractions.
The property manager was great, very accommodating when our travel plans were delayed.
Nice amenities, including Nespresso machine so bring those pods (original).
Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for our family. And the location was convenient to everything that we wanted to go during our 6 day stay in Madrid. We would highly recommend.

The location is in the heart of old Madrid. Knowing this, understand the streets were crowded with tourist. The apartment is very comfortable. The a/c’s work well. Rocio was very good to work with. Entering the apartment suite was challenging. The lock needs to be re-keyed. We struggled every time we had to enter. Next door to the building is a jamon neighborhood restaurant. We would get a sandwich with ham and tomato to have for breakfast for $2.00. Best deal around.

Excellent location
The location was excellent. Close to everything. Very clean. Air conditioning worked very well. We had 7 people in our party but from the description we thought there was another bedroom. Our 3 children slept on a futon bed and a rollaway bed in the living room. In the description it said it was 2 apartments made into one. We just thought it was bigger. There is another apartment but it was seperate. Ours had 2 bathrooms that were spacious. Otherwise our host was excellent and the property perfect for exploring!

Cannot Beat the Location
Can't beat the location. Its on a pedestrian-only street between Opera and Sol , about a block and a half walk to each square, 2 blocks to Plaza Mayor and a walk to almost everything else. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were informed that the hot water tank was small. Plan your showers to be brief and you won't run out of hot water. You will hear some noise from the street, but that's the trade-off for this type of location.

Good location for Palace, walking, restaurants and metro. Was told at check in not to leave on air conditioning, it was 41C/106F, apparently A/C’s aren’t plumbed in correctly and leak water. First shower was broken. Second shower handle and wall mount were broken. To make matters worse hot water heater is only good for one, maybe two quick showers and takes TWO hours to heat back up. If it was just my wife and I we would’ve gotten by, but I had my 4 children with us and the apartment is a two bedroom and advertised for more than four people. Probably what bothered me the most is that the owner is aware of all this and still rents it out without making the needed repairs...

ottimo soggiorno
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per 4 notti. Eravamo due famiglie di 3 persone (4 adulti e due ragazzi). L'appartamento è centralissimo e identico alle foto, molto curato e pulito. La posizione è ottima in pieno centro pedonale a 100 mt dalla fermata della metro Opera, a circa 200 mt dal Palazzo Reale, e a 200 mt dalla Plaza del Sol. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a Madrid.
