What a wonderful place! Perfect environment to get your energy back, with very friendly owners. The pool is large and clean, inviting to relax, the terrace offers an awesome view and the appartment is nice and cosy and well equiped. We valued the quiet location wich is in a 10 minutes walking distance to the center of the old city of Valbonne.

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunerschöner Umgebung
Anne hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines wunderschön gepflegten Privatanwesens. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss.
Die Wohnung bietet an Einrichtung alles, was wir brauchten
Wir sind als Familie gereist (mit 2 Kindern, 9 und 13 Jahre).
Den Pool durften wir selbstverständlich nutzen und unsere Kinder haben das sehr genossen - manchmal wohl auch zum Leidwesen von Anne und ihrem Mann. Danke für eure Geduld!
Anne ist sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immerwieder Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung alles erleben und besichtigen kann.
In Summe ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub.

14 Tage Entspannung pur
Anne und Thierry sind äußerst nette Gastgeber, die selbst mit im Objekt wohnen. Garten und Pool werden täglich gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr schöne schattige Terrasse mit Blick in die Landschaft und auf den Pool, die Wohnung bleibt auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Sehr angenehm fanden wir die gute Ausstattung der Küche und das geschmackvoll ausgewählte Mobiliar.
Anne and Thierry are extremely nice hosts who live in the property themselves. Garden and pool are maintained daily. The apartment has a very nice shady terrace with a view of the landscape and the pool, the apartment stays pleasantly cool even on hot days. We found the good equipment of the kitchen and the tastefully selected furniture very pleasant.

Location: close to the highway, you can explore easily the region. More, it is at 2 minutes from the beautifull Valbone center or at 2 minutes a "super U » where all food (and more) can be procured.
The flat, it provides enough space to feel exptreamy confortable and the gas BBQ is there to remember that you are on holidays, like the superbe pool with cristal clear water.
And the owners, always there to help on a discrete mode.
I definitely recommend this place.

Tolle Urlaubslocation
Klar, man braucht ein Auto, aber dafür hat man ein wunderbares Grundstück in schöner Gegend, ruhig gelegen, mit tollem Pool, netten Gastgebern und einer wirklich schönen Wohnung. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Anne was very helpful with special recommendations for smaller cities to visit, restaurants and beach destinations that we wouldnt have found in the tourist guides. We and our kids enjoyed the area of france, the property including the pool and kind hosipitality of Anne and Thierry a lot. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Gastgeber
Es hat alles perfekt geklappt und die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben tolle Tipps. Der Garten ist sehr schön und der Pool großartig. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, können wir diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Valbonne ist ein hübscher Ort , den man in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Un long week-end détente
Nous avions besoin d'un logement sympathique pour visiter la région. Le cadre et la vue étaient idéaux pour se mettre au vert et prendre du bon temps après une belle journée de plage.

Très agréables vacances dans le calme et avec une très belle vue
Parfait appartement pour nous trois. La description de l’objet est très précis et nous avons bien profité de la belle terrasse avec sa vue splendide sur la vallée et le beau jardin avec sa piscine et son terrain de pétanque.
Les environs et les jolis villages à proximité, permettent de faire des belles promenades en printemps. Anne et Thierry sont très accueillant et gentil- des parfaits hôtes.
Nous avons très envie de revenir en été pour profiter aussi de la piscine.

Not as described!
We did not stay. We went there especially to relax by the pool as it looked amazing on the site but on arrival it was empty! The BBQ was a distance away, unlit and we would have had to use a torch also there was no proper oven in the kitchen. It would have been difficult to walk to Valbonne as it was some distance away with no pavements. VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ To be fair the owners realised they were in the wrong and refunded us immediately.

nous nous avons bien accomodé à la belle maison, les propriétaires etaient bien acceuillantes, il y avait deux belles chambres et une cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut et une très belle terasse et un chat très symphatique

Prachtig plekje
Fijne plek! Vriendelijke mensen. Helaas geen airco en geen muggen horren. Waardoor we genoodzaakt waren met ramen dicht te slapen, waardoor het heel warm was vooral voor onze kinderen. Verder was alles voortreffelijk!

Ein wunderbarer Ort
wir haben in einer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung unten im Haus de sehr netten Gastgeber Anne und Thierry gewohnt und jeden Tag genossen. Von der Tereasse blickt man über den tollen Pool ins Tal, die Umgebung bietet sehr viel (Wald, Meer, Kunst, tolles Essen etc) und Valbonne ist ein entzückendes kleines Städchen.

Super schöner Aufenthalt mit Flair
Unsere beiden Jungs und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und sauber, der Ausblick von der Terrasse wunderbar und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt zum erkunden der umliegenden Bergdörfer, wie auch Monaco und Nizza. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Working in the area.
The property was ideal for us. Quiet , clean, comfortable and warm. Anne was there if needed but not intrusive.
This is a very nice property for two to four persons who wish to use somewhere tranquil as a base whilst exploring more of the area.

Très sympathique endroit pour visiter la région
Bien que nous soyons venues ma fille et moi en décembre, et n'avons donc pas pu profiter pleinement de la grande terrasse avec sa vue magnifique sur les alentours de Valbonne, nous avons pu en imaginer le potentiel en période plus clémente. Et la piscine étant maintenant finie, venir pour des vacances sera une vraie retraite. Décoration soignée. Pratique et confortable. Le lit du salon était un peu dur pour moi mais un surmatelas ferait l'affaire. J'ai prévenu Anne tardivement de notre arrivée et ne lui ai pas préciser mon dos fragile. La chambre est très cosy et ma fille a adoré. Anne et Thierry ont été charmants et très réactifs à nos demandes. Nous aurions aimé avoir le temps de partager un moment avec eux mais étions nous mêmes assez prises. Je recommande vraiment. Je reviendrai certainement avec mon mari.

Très jolie propriété décorée avec goût.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propriété. Un accueil chaleureux et un intérieur spacieux et décoré avec goût.
Certes nous n'avons pu bénéficier de la piscine (encore en travaux au moment de notre séjour), mais la vue depuis la terrasse au petit-déjeuner nous a amplement suffit.
Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle.... Mais d'un autre côté, le calme et l'isolement de l'endroit, malgré la proximité de commerces à quelques encablures combinés à la qualité de l'accueil, en font un lieu de résidence plus qu'agréable !

Angenehme Wohnung
Die Wohnung wird von sehr netten Vermietern angeboten, welche im gleichen Haus wohnen, man ist aber total unabhängig. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, doch um eine perfekte Bleibe zu sein, mangelt es an einigen Details (welche wir mit dem Vermieter direkt besprochen haben).
Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht, eine Umgebung die sehr viel bietet. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, tagsüber hört man die nahe D4, welche doch recht befahren ist. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, allerdings braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Im nahen Valbonne gibt es zahlreiche kleine Restaurants und Spezialitätenläden.

Relax nelle colline dell'alta provenza
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana speciale in questo gradevole appartamento all'interno della villa di Anne e suo marito. La posizione è strategica rispetto al mare, la montagna ed i paesi dell'alta Provenza.
L'appartamento è carino e confortevole con una spettacolare area esterna in cui mangiare con una vista sui boschi nella pace assoluta.
Anne e suo marito sono molto gentili e disponibili....anche alle divertenti lezioni di bocce.
Assolutamente consigliato !

Correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes
La localisation géographique avec à moins de 30 mn une multitude de sites tous plus beaux les uns que les autres, le logement récemment rénové et très propre, doté d'une vue inoubliable accompagnée du chant des cigales, des hôtes fort sympathiques. Rien à dire, c'est un sans faute pour qui apprécie la simplicité, le calme et l'agrément d'une région privilégiée par le climat et la géographie. Un grand merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel et à bientôt.

Gute Zeit und sehr nette Gastgeber!
Anne Meunier und ihr Mann bauen ihre Ferienwohnung seit einiger Zeit auf und aus. Es ist dort sehr schön, dad Haus ist zum Ort hin günstig gelegen und in der heissen Jahreszeit ist man abends dankbar für ein wenig Schatten mit Blick auf das Tal. Kein Lärm, nur Zikaden, eine Boulebahn zu unseren Füßen. Auch ist es für (Kurz-)Urlauber eher selten, zum Apero eingeladen zu werden, was wir sehr genossen haben (einschließlich des selbstgemachten Orangenweines). Gerne wieder, ein Pool ist wohl in Vorbereitung.
