Their bedding’s are dirty, seems like they didn’t change .

Fijn om zo grote vrij rustige ruimte te hebben in de drukte van manila. Je eigen mini huisje alles wat je nodig heb. Ook in de straat van 't hotel heb je genoeg winkels.

Wifi connection is not working well.

Good size room for good price in a great area near the airport terminal 3 in walking distance. Area has a mini LA feel with high end malls and casinos. Comfortable beds. Clearly the rooms are set up for long term let's. So had lots of facilities included full kitchen and a washing machine.

Awful check in process. Was feeling unwell anyway so patience not at its best. However, no WiFi in reception hall and wait 2.5 hours whilst the caretaker property agents ran in and out with papers calling for guest who weren't there and then argued with the property security and building manager. No structure. Complete chaos and when did get to room. It was occupied already. Had to change again and got no key card for reception. A poor start after a long journey

The washroom toilet holder is broken

I booked the unit for its location and convenience. The unit exceeded my expectation and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitley rebook in the future.

Very close to the airport, althougt I would say it is not walking distance, especially if you have bags. Great area, full of shops and restaurants.

5 Minuten zu Fuß von Terminal 3. In der gleichen Straße gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte. Alles was man für einen Stop over braucht.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the airport if you only have carry on but would not recommend if you have lots of luggage. I like the cleanliness, the agent's responsiveness. Very close to nice restaurants, 10-15min walk to resorts world if you like to buy something fancy.

It is very strict policy. Difficult to get guests to visit us. Or change guests eventhough i have given a lot of notice that i will change a guest on our last night because one of the guest already checked out. They have all our details and have been staying there for 2days and i have not shown any unruly behaviour. I don't understand why it is difficult to get people to visit us to allow other guest to register. I understand the security they are trying to promote and i appreciate that but there should be a case to case basis and willingness to allow people as long as there's proper security check which i would be more than happy to oblige should be required to.

Saw a bug crawling in the table.

Proximity to terminal 3 NAIA. Literally few mins walking distance. The smell of fresh clean air as you walk in the lobby of the condo. The place can accomodate a group of 6 and that we were able to cook as it has kitchen. Free wifi too which was really great.

Some of the chairs need upgrading. We couldn't use the telly as we were told that the previous occupants misplaced it or lost it.

The aircon is not working well and not cold. We ask the agent if we can check out @12:30 because it is written in the policy Because we check in around @4pm because of our airplane it's delayed I hope it's considered for the customer also.

Location is okay..staffs are accomodating

Sec guards sent me to another bldg the wrong one then caretake took me there..so i went back and forth..waste of time!

The location and facilities,had a full kitchen ,with hotplates, microwave and fridge ,kettle ,plates and cutlery ,cups ,tv had YouTube and Netflix ,staff were super helpful , location was amazing ,close to terminal 3 airport,and all the best food places are very close ,right near all the other nice hotels , Shereton, Hilton, Marriott ,casino close

The bed could of been just a little bit more comfortable ,but it was still good
