Quiet and close to town
Hostess was lovely, friendly and happy to help with anything you wanted.
Very tight. Not much space.
Bathroom outside so was very cold.
No breakfast offered.

There isn’t anything positive about the Lorac B&B, stay at your peril.
Rather than the family room with private bathroom (which remained unoccupied during our stay) we booked and paid for in advance we were accommodated in a standard room with a shared common bathroom catering for up to 15 people. The building was dirty and smelt, with what appeared to be faeces smeared on the WC floor and a Band-Aid on the bathroom floor. Warren wore a grubby dressing gown for the duration, when agreeing upon a refund which never materialised, Warren sat afront me and the dressing gown opened exposing his Testicles, I moved to avoid a further view. This B&B shouldn’t be allowed to operate!

Nothing as this property would not reply to emails asking for a reduced cancellation rate and took all my money.
Totally unprofessional! Between them and Booking.com don't know who was worse. Tried for a week of emailing and phone calls to cancel my reservation due to flooding in the area to no response. No refund what so ever! Absolutely disgusting service! Never again and will be spreading the word!

we have family living in Freestone so this hotel was in a great place for us

My parents are elderly and not able to get around easily we liked the room but a bit more space would have been helpful

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I booked through booking.com for a 2-bed twin share, without an issue, however on arrival I was told that there was no accommodation. Now, when I say I was 'told' what I mean is that I was yelled at by the rudest business owner I've come across. The owner (Warren) told me that it was not his problem, that he didn't care, and that booking.com stuffed up. He then lied about having sent me a cancelation email (we looked it up in his system and no communication had taken place). He was then magically able to find another room, which we later found out was his own room which was full of his own stuff including toothbrush and medications etc, and only had one bed where my mate and I had to share. In the morning he argued with me that I needed to pay full price for the room. Not once did he apologise. The place is littered with junk, is dirty and grimy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Breakfast was good. Location was good too. Not far from the city. The owner and staff were very accommodating. Our room was clean and if we needed something they provided it. grounds well maintained
The information was outdated. Check in times confusing. Not keen in shared toilet and bathroom
