Large rental as described in the listing. Well appointed kitchen. We prepared three meals a day for 15 people for six days without breaking a sweat. Everything we needed to do that was available to us. Patrick was available and responsive. Thanks for a great time.

We had a large group coming from multiple locations. This home satisfied all our needs. The en suite rooms were fantastic as listed. The kitchen was supplied with the necessary tools.
Pat and Petra were always available and helpful while giving us the space to feel private.
The ski in ski out set up worked great and we were lucky to have great weather. The town is close and provided anything we could want. We all agree it should be done again. Thank you Pat

Our group had an excellent experience during the summer! The home’s theme and décor in each room was quite fun! There were multiple gathering areas and smaller ones for privacy. The kitchen was well-stocked.
The extra fridge in the garage (an additional great “hangout room” with foosball table) was great, since we made most of our meals at the home. The location is awesome! Loved the hike down to the Sawmill Reservoir. There was a note in the home notebook about how the owner donates any unopened food items, which was helpful, as we had bought too much. The washer and dryer were quite small for such a large home. Those machines got a LOT of work the latter part of the week. A few minor issues, and the maintenance person came the next morning.
About the summer, for future guests—The Breckenridge Resort gondola and activities were down for nearly the whole week we went (we could go the last full day and the lines were sooo slow).
We ended up going to Copper Resort and those activities were really awesome, with little-to-no wait. I’m still glad we stayed in Breckenridge and would definitely do so again. There’s the “troll”, adjacent to “railroad playground” park. Also the Country Boy Mine nearby, a robust downtown with shops & restaurants, as well as a fantastic Breck Recreation indoor pool with long slide (& lap pool) –call in advance about when the camp kids use it. And ask the home owner about half-off passes for the Rec Center (it has other great activities, too!).

We had a great time and the host was very communicative and helpful. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Huge footprint, lots of rooms. Quirky layout and lots of stairs but that was part of the fun for us. Had everything we needed and you can not beat the location, you can ski right into the driveway. 5 star experience for us.

We had 19 adults during our 5 day stay at La Hacienda. The lay out of this property is perfect. Not once did anyone feel over crowded. There is plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own privacy including their own bathroom/shower. This property is true a ski in/ ski out! You can throw your skis on and go straight down to snow flake lift or walk 3 houses up the street to be at peak 8! Patrick was a phenomenal host. He kindly gathered all of our groceries before we arrived. On top of that the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to host 20 people easily. They came by and emptied the trash and maintained the hot tub for us. You can get downtown in a few minutes with the free shuttle or you can easily Uber if you want to explore the town. This truly was the best trip I’ve been on ever and would highly recommend La Hacienda property to anyone!

Patrick was very helpful and responsive. He Made the extra effort to take the trash out and maintain the hot tub while we were there. Easy ski in and out and very roomy.

We had an amazing stay and the home was just beautiful. Even the drive-up was just incredible.
Patrick catered one of our meals and he was super friendly and professional. The food was in my opinion excellent.
I would recommend this location for any party larger than 8 people.

The property was clean, spacious, homey....it simply had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of being able to ski from the home + we could be in downtown Breck in minutes. Amazing stay! Patrick was fabulous to work with.

What a beautiful house. It was the prefect place to enjoy our ski vacation in Breckenridge. There were only 6 of us due to the Covid restrictions, but it would have been perfect for all 11 of us. The views are incredible, and the comfort of the home is amazing. Patrick was very attentive to any of our questions or needs. We hope to visit again when our entire family can come.

Fabulous vacation house
What a beautiful house. It was the prefect place to enjoy our ski vacation in Breckenridge. There were only 6 of us due to the Covid restrictions, but it would have been perfect for all 11 of us. The views are incredible, and the comfort of the home is amazing. Patrick was very attentive to any of our questions or needs. We hope to visit again when our entire family can come.

As for the Ski-Out, it only took a few mins and short click-out/walk across a street to get on the snowflake lift. As for the Skin-In it only took me 11 mins to get from the TBar/Horshoe Bowl to the garage and clicking-out.
Overall A DEFINITE 5-STAR review and would be very happy to stay here again in the not-too-distant future.
PS: The private hot tub was always 104 and ready for a quick relaxation after the slopes. Thank you Patrick/Family for this added benefit.

Patrick's home was perfect for our group. The home is very large with plenty of space for everyone and many great amenities. The location is truly ski-in / ski-out with a Breckenridge ski run going through the backyard. Patrick was very helpful and responsive - thanks for a great stay!

Amazing house & host! HIGHLY recommend!
This ski-on/ski-off paradise proved to be the perfect venue for my (very tame) bachelor party. The location could not be better & the house fit all my friends very comfortably. In addition, Patrick & his family are wonderful hosts! We arrived to a fully stocked fridge full of everything we needed. We were lucky to have a ton of snow for great conditions & Patrick kept the driveway plowed for us to make it easy to come & go. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful property!

Top of the line
I was in Breck with a group of guys for a long ski weekend. I can't say enough about the house. There are several rooms to gather, talk, play cards or watch TV. This is an amazing house. While we didn't cook, it had to have one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen for a rental.
While we were there Breck recieved well over 30 inches of snow. Plows came through more than once a day to clean the driveway, and Patrick and Petra kept the decks clean. Ski in/ ski out is one of the easiest and most convenient I've experienced. A short run down to Snowflake starts the day, and an easy out off of 4 O'Clock wins it up.
For a big crowd, this house is a can't miss.

Perfect Mountain Vacation Home
This house is perfect, especially for skiers! It's located right on the slope, with ski-in, ski-out access. It's very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and had Christmas lights up and poinsettias set out for a homey touch. The property managers, Patrick and Petra, were amazing-totally available but never bothersome and completely willing to answer any questions. The house was stocked and supplied with everything we needed to function during our trip-all kitchen essentials, plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels, and even had games and toys for the kids! The only possible negative (although I don't really consider it a negative) is that the washer and dryer are TINY, especially for such a huge house-but who wants to do bunches laundry on their vacation anyway??? All in all, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home at the Hacienda!

Amazing house in a great location!
This house is an excellent location for enjoying summer in the mountains. We hiked and biked right from the property and enjoyed the nearby reservoir (and fairy trail!) for swimming and fishing. The free gondola is literally a five minute walk from the property, which makes getting to town fun, free and easy. The alpine park with slides and zip lines are right by the gondola. If you are looking to get outdoors and enjoy Breck with a group, this is the perfect property. The house itself is clean, tastefully appointed and accommodates large groups well. The private bathrooms in each bedroom makes group living easy. The kitchen is fully stocked for group cooking and the top floor living space is large and open. The rooms were quiet at night and we couldn't hear people in the other bedrooms. It is important to note that this house is several stories and the communal space is on the top floor. We didn't mind at all but for people with difficulties on stairs it could be a challenge.

Amazing home in the PERFECT location! 5 STARS!
Hosted my company's annual retreat in Breckenridge in Jan 2018, our 10th. This house, by far is the best we have booked on VRBO.
The rooms are well appointed, the house is huge with all amenities, but most importantly, YOU ARE LITERALLY 5 HOMES AWAY FROM THE PEAK 8 BASE! I did not realize you could stay in a private home so close to the base.
The house is spotless, and was well setup for arrival. The owner was great and gave us good advice on the best way to ski back to the house (right into the backyard) at the end of the day.
Highly recommended.

Family Reunion Huge Success in Ski-in/Ski-out home
Best location for skiing ever. When they say ski-in/ski-out they mean it. We easily skied home for lunch each day. No fighting the crowds at the base since the neighborhood lift takes you straight to mid mtn. True 9 bdr/10 bath with plenty to room and well appointed kitchen that we cooked in to avoid holiday crowds in downtown Breckenridge. The owners, Patrick and Petra took very good care of us and even stocked the pantry and refrigerator with groceries for us since we didn't bother to even rent a car.

Family Reunion Huge Success in Ski-in/Ski-out home
Best Location for skiing ever. When they say ski-in/ski-out they mean it. We had 13 staying there with room to spare and easily came home from skiing for lunch everyday. Never have to fight the crowds at the base since neighborhood ski lift brings you to mid-mtn. 9 Bdr/ 10 bath house had plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in every night to avoid the crowd downtown Breckenridge. The owners, Patrick and Petra took care of our every need including grocery shopping prior to our arrival.

Great Location! Right on the slopes
The house was amazing, we were able to ski in and out with ease. It was also a short drive or bus ride down to city. We had 18 people comfortable staying in the home. It was clean and very well kept up. The owner also came everyday to plow the driveway and shovel around the house to make it easier for our group and to get in and out. We look forward to staying there again.

Great House, great vacation
This was a great place for our family reunion of 18 people. We needed a lot of nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and this place had 9 of each! Its an easy walk to the Gondola and getting to town without having to drive was a nice plus. We had a great time.

Excellent value for a family vacation.
An excellent house. Very nice bedrooms each with its own shower or bath. Kitchen is well equipped and convenient as is the dining area. Extra refrigerator/freezer in garage. Lovely porches and patios. Two nice living/gathering rooms. Convenient location away from town but close by. Very nice house for 20 people.

Excellent Home Base
Fifteen of us, mostly ski and ride instructors from a northeast resort spent a great week at the Hacienda. The location is terrific, a short walk to the ski trail and a ski back right to the hot tub. The house was perfect - a great dining room setup and gathering places on each floor for separate groups to get together if needed. You will find the Hacienda kitchen small but well equipped. The extra space is in the dining area and that served us quite well. Lots of fireplaces, great views, a terrific hot tub and even a dumbwaiter to haul heavy suitcases from the entrance to the third floor. Very close to the bus stop. We did not have any cars. Add a great week of snow, and you have all the ingredients to a perfect vacation.

Great Ski House for Our Large Group
Well maintained, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated home. Owners very receptive to their guests. Great location for our large ski group...ski out and ski in. Really good value if looking for a large home for a large number. This is our second year staying here. Only wish would be a large HGTV in the living room. Highly recommend.

We had a family reunion/wedding for 16
Any wedding is great fun, but this low-key celebration was the best. The Hacienda was great. Great location, lots of parking, and really comfortable because each bedroom suite was private and quiet. The quiet ceremony was on the back deck - even had a few deer join us! We hiked from the back yard right onto a lovely trail going either downtown (downhill) or a short, lateral walk to the play park. We have two little ones, and the play park is full of great activities. All adults did the roller coaster (wow). We grilled in the evening and the pet red fox dropped by on occasion. Maybe no weddings in my future, but I would definitely go back to the Hacienda for more marvelous Breckenridge fun.
Patrick and Petra handled some catering for us (yummy) and answered all our questions and concerns honestly and quickly.
