La planta baja tiene tres dormitorios, un baño, más otro baño combinado con el lavadero. La sala de estar con TV y DVD es un área ideal para los niños. Aunque no se vallan mascotas son bienvenidas.
El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene seis literas. Arriba hay una cocina abierta / comedor y sala de estar.
La sala de estar se abre a la cubierta frontal con sensacionales vistas al océano que se extienden desde la entrada de Aireys hasta Lorne. Esta plataforma puede protegerse del sol con persianas UV. Una zona perfecta para el café de la mañana o la tarde chardy. La cubierta trasera amueblada tiene la barbacoa y se abre desde el comedor y una puerta separada de la cocina. Incluso hay un lavabo al aire libre. Una ducha al aire libre con agua fría y caliente para enjuagar la arena después de un día en la playa. What a lovely place! From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house is beautifully built, the views were better than expected & the points of difference such as the kids bedroom & window seat were delightful. Lots of board games & outdoor seating. Enough indoor seating for a family of 5. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed there for 10 nights and we had a relaxing and peaceful holiday . Explored a lot of local beaches and walks
The bedrooms probably are a bit dated and without air conditioning . However , overall we still love this beach house .

Spectacular views- had a whale of a time
We had a great stay at this wonderful house. There was every comfort we needed, including addictive jigsaw puzzles that kept us entertained day and night by the cozy fireplace. The 'kids room' had a fun bunk bed layout, and there was plenty of room for our group. The house is located near the town but why would you want to leave the house with such a magnificent view and friendly local birds coming to visit?

We stayed at Mandy's House with 2 families totalling 10 comfortably. The house was stunning, the view magnificent and the wildlife was amazing and very personable! Every type of Aussie bird you could hand feed and we even had kangaroos visit! Just loved our time here!
