My family and I come to Big Bear multiple times a year. After our first stay here we have been trying to stay here again but have had no luck until this most recent trip. First and foremost Tigran is an excellent host. He has excellent communication and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. His property is clean inside and out. There is plenty of space and room for our entire family. Location is next to everything you do and need. Will definately be staying here again if available!

I don't usually write reviews. But, you need to know about this one! Everything was first class! - Communication was excellent. - Accessing the property was simple. - The house was just as described in the listing. - The house was very clean and well stocked. - The kitchen had everything needed to cook and serve meals. - Large living areas for eating and hanging out. My family had a great time, I would definitely recommend this one!

Wonderful location close to snow summit. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. Would absolutely stay again.

This cabin is a charming property that is accurately reflected in the listing. The host was very helpful. We were scheduled to stay 2 weeks after the serious storms that hit the area and the host was open about our options when it was possible that the roads might not be open. It is convenient to Snow Summit and is well maintained. We will definitely return in the future.

My title says it all! We occupied property the 1st wknd of the historical Big Bear blizzard. Communication was nonstop for our comfort and safety. The house has everything you need to entertain a group. From the floor plan that is perfect for two small families, where we all had some elbow room. The location is central and quiet. We can’t wait to come back and create many more wonderful memories.

From the beginning the property manager was great he reached out to us answering any questions he was really nice and helpful. the property was so spacious and clean and it's really close to restaurants we loved the location. We plan on making this spot our annual vacation home. Thank you so much!! we highly recommend this place to spend great quality time with family.

Oh my God!The house was very clean and cozy. Very artistic , warm , secured . I had some guests from over the seas, I was worried about the place and service. Even though I have had researched on the website before most of the time you get disappointed from one you’ve read to the one you see. This place was great! Tigran was awesome very friendly always available to reach by phone. We felt we were in our own house. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful cabin, be nice with property and be thankful to making beautiful memories .

We had a great time for a weekend with the family in the snow. The place was spacious and warm. The owner was very responsive when we needed to communicate. It's about a five minute drive down side streets to the ski slopes. We spent a lot of time inside and we all had a great time.

Absolutely amazing cabin with great location. Extremely clean and very spacious. Host has paid specific attention to detail and there was nothing we needed that this cabin didn’t have. Would definitely use again for future visits.

Our whole experience was wonderful. Cleanliness was spot on! It was equipped with everything we needed. Kids had so much fun sledding in the large front yard. I would say only thing that change which is small would be kitchen chairs that had no cushion and hurt after a bit. We were a big family, and ate and laughed at the table but you could only sit on those chairs for so long before they hurt.

Smooth checkin process, ample room, & impressively clean property. This was an ideal cabin and location to enjoy the local skiing. The owner was so friendly & accommodating. We hope to use again in the future.

We are skiing for the first time, so we chose Snow Summit resort for beginners. We did not expect that the ski resort is only five minutes away from the cabin by car, which is very convenient. The Cabin is very clean, with all the supplies for basic living needs, and the heating is sufficient, so our family spent five days here happily.

can’t tell you how beautiful, but even more important than that, how clean this home was… you can’t imagine some of the pretty places we stayed and their beds were just disgusting. impressed with their pans, seatings, bedding,… all interior was just really WELL Kept. felt super clean. that is what matters most when i stay up at the mountains (or anywhere else, esp now that the kids come w us). no signs of pets anywhere which is wonderful (pets are not allowed anyways) super ez laundry, kitchen cupboards well stocked w salts, seasoning, and coffee. and my most fav appliance there??? omg the nice electric Kettle. lol i don’t know why my mind is blown about it but it was a lifesaver having hot teas and coffees in a pinch. OH and we used the bbq to grill up some steaks. Excellennnnt when you get back from long day on the cold mountain. would love to come back to this place!

Excellent location with trails very nearby. It was nice being up out of the drama during a holiday weekend!

I've rented places in Big Bear over the 30 years and by far this is in my top 3 places, not only the host, it's everything that this place has to offer, from supplies, location, comfort, roomy spaces, and to top it off the gracious owner, the kindness and compassion for the renters needs, Thank you Tigo

Absolutely enjoyed our stay with our family celebrating my moms 60th birthday!. The cabin was incredible. Everyone loved their stay..beds were comfy and the location was perfect. The communication was great between the owner.. we are definitely trying to come back when there is snow

Tigran was a super chill but also very responsible cabin owner that made you feel trusted and capable of both enjoying your stay while at the same time upholding the basic rules of the neighborhood! The cabin was unreal in its simplicity and beauty, and it had everything one might’ve needed. From cleaning supplies to kitchenware and grilling utensils, the cabin felt as though it was setting me and my family up for a successful trip and I felt I had found a new home since day one! Didn’t want to leave at all but I’m praying God gives me the chance to go back again! Great memories were made here! Thank you Tigran 🙏🏼

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. The location was great for us, quiet and just a short walk from the Towne Trail. The accommodations suited us well, everything was as advertised. Our interactions with the owner were very positive. We would gladly come again and recommend it to others.

We stayed here with two other families and it comfortably fit all of us. We didn’t even use the bottom floor which had the 4th room with two twin beds. It was a clean place with everything we needed. It was also nice to have a long drive way to park our cars and for the kids to run around.

Our family of nine that includes three small grandchildren just stayed in the beautiful Forest Angel cabin for our annual summer family vacation. Forest Angel exceeded our expectations in every way! The furnishings and decorating are so perfect for a Big Bear experience. This gorgeous cabin is exceptionally clean and inviting. There was seating for everyone and much more. We so enjoyed family games and chatting around the large tables. The kitchen island is enormous! There are spacious balconies to relax on and enjoy the peace and tranquility this location offers. There are three levels that provide private space. There is a long, very long driveway that the grandkids played on everyday. They had the time of their lives with all the fun things Papa thought to bring. Cherished memories we made at Forest Angel will last a lifetime. A family friendly all ages walking hiking trail is steps away. Restaurants, stores, shopping, skiing and the Marina are minutes away. What else can I say but Tigran our host was amazing and kind and so easy to work with. Forest Angels shows pride of ownership and a commitment to making your stay an absolute amazing one! Tigren was super helpful in every way despite having a discrepancy on my end, he helped me work it out and made everything right. Our biggest thing was the driveway size, we were able to fit 3 big diesel trucks with trailers and a 4th vehicle on site with ease despite the property owners personal boat being in the driveway already. The pictures do not do this place a justice as other reviews have stated, everything you need from cookwear to cutlery is in the house as well as linens for all 11 members of our group. 10/10 will be staying here again in the future.
