Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff especially the receptionist. The room is clean and contains everything you need. The cleaning services also did good work.

The hotel also provides motorbike rent. The motorbikes were not in good condition at that time. But it is not a problem at all because 20 meters away from the hotel is another rental service providing good motorbikes with great services.

Bottles of water in the room were not compulsory which i didn't find out until leaving. Hot water, electricity, and wifi, sometimes stopped throughout the stay but wasn't off for long. Bed was slightly harder than I like but ok.

I spent a week in Phu Quoc and stayed at Ori for 5 days. It was a great place with spas and restaurants nearby. The beech is close which you basically just need to cross the main street. You can walk to the sunset beach as well. The staff was friendly and lovely. They arranged the taxi and let me check in early without additional charge. If you need a motorbike driver ("xe ôm"), one of staff can drive you to places you need at a very cheap price. Thanks, Ori for everything! ^^
