We had a great time in Lake City. This house was perfect for us. Waking up every morning looking at beautiful Lake Pepin was a highlight for us. All shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We will certainly rent this property again when traveling to Lake City.

This property is absolutely adorable! Absolutely loved the views from the windows and especially love the front and side porch and upstairs balcony! Great location within walking distance of restaurants ! Also love how close it was to the beach, park and trail!

This is a great place to stay, if you want to fully experience the charm of Lake City. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the marina. Enjoyed morning walks along the lake. Watched eagles from the front window. We hope to come back!

This house is so cute with plenty of room for a family of four. It is close to Red Wing & Wabasha making it an easy drive to see the sights. The house was very clean with all you need to make a lunch or supper. I highly recommend it & will be back soon.

This perfect “Diamond in the rough” house, was the perfect place to stay with a small group. Beautiful lake views, and within walking distance to everything. The decor, and atmosphere in the house was shabby chic meets modern. Absolutely gorgeous! I’ll chalk this up as one of my favorite getaways!

Charm, comfort, VIEWS, porches, peace!

The view is one of the best in Lake City. We used this as our home for April and May. Holly was great as a host. The house needs a LOT of TLC.

My family enjoyed their stay and were very comfortable with the accommodations. We only wished the weather was warmer!:)

Unfortunately some things really need attention. There were pieces of shingle all over the deck, you lookup and the roof looks like shredded cheese. Fortunately it didn't rain this weekend. Also, when we tried to fill the whirlpool tub with hot water the hot water ran out and it was tepid by the time it got to a good level so no nice soak. Above the shower is very water damaged. We recommend rip out drywall and put new tile in its place to prevent further damage. We took pictures if you need to see what we have mentioned. The view, though, is the draw. The house is stocked with linens and was quiet. We wish the outside trash and recycling had been emptied. It was very full. Also, the TV/cable was sketchy. It would play sometimes but most times it just spun a circle. We did contact the owner but she couldn't help because she was out of country. So in all it was a disappointment after the money you spend. Sorry to be negative but after a wonderful experience with vacasa and VRBO this was a let down.

We also took advantage of the beautifyl weather to explore other small towns along both sides of the river. I had just a couple of questions for the host when moved in. These were answered promptly. Check in and check out were easy. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Just a lovely little cottage overlooking beautiful Lake Pepin!! Fall colors just made the view more memorable.

We loved our short stay!

This was the first time Ive used Vrbo or rented a house for a vacation. The whole process was surprisingly easy! The house was perfect and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The location couldnt have been more perfect! Right across the street from Lake Pepin. My siblings and I had a wonderful time and would love to stay again!!
