La cubierta principal y el acceso a la playa se encuentran en el primer piso, así como en la piscina comunitaria frente al golfo (solo compartida por otras 4 casas).
Esta casa también cuenta con 2 master suites, cada una con su propio balcón privado y un baño grande. Las dos habitaciones restantes están equipadas con 2 camas queen, y una litera doble doble cada una y cada una tiene su propio baño privado.

The property was located right on the beach that was quiet. Not very many people were staying in that area of the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of its location to many attractions and being able to walk down right to the sand. The property is older and in need of maintenance, such as air vent filters needing to be changed, closet door not hung properly, oven not working, mold on a bathroom ceiling, curtains not hanging on the rod, balcony door screens sticking, and obvious water leak marks in bedroom which is to be expected since it appears to be an older unit. However, we found the property not to be very clean upon our arrival. There were dirty dishes, dirty sheets, and hair in the shower. We overlooked things that needed repairing but it’s hard to overlook cleanliness.

The property is in a great location. Having a pool with only a few units to share is great. The property needs to be updated. The wood floor is heavily scratched. The carpet going upstairs desperately needs replaced. There are gouges on the wall that need repaired.

Blessed is a great place to stay with family or friends.
Right on the beach, had everything we needed including coolers, we all enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again and again.

We had four families at this condo/house. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy in their own bedroom and bathroom.
We had a few issues with appliances. The washer and dryer did not work. The ice maker was broken. The property manager/group was very responsive and came to fix the issues the same day.
This property is in need of a lot of maintenance. The carpet is old and dirty. The closet doors are falling off the tracks. One of the master bathrooms has clear water damage with swelled floors and damage to the downstairs ceiling. The appliances are older. The deck boards and outdoor furniture are old and in need of repair.
We would stay here again because it was right on the beach and it provided the space we needed for all the families.

Nice area and great layout for our group BUT one bedroom door was broken and could not be closed which wasn’t good for privacy (this was reported by cleaning ladies when we got there) . Also felt floors and carpet could have been cleaner. Also didn’t leave starter toilet roll in all bathrooms. We come to beach at least a couple times every yr and I know that’s a usual courtesy. Beautiful and updated place though! Just needs more attention. Tim B. Gainesville GA.

The view and location were great and the property was fine but, several things happened to make our stay in PCB a stressful trip.
Below is the list:
On arrival(4pm) the cleaning staff had just arrived. The place was a mess. We tried to stay out of their way for 2 hours. Then we were able to make ourselves at home.
Ants were crawling all over the living room sofa. We discovered a large amount of sugary debris under the couch. In spite of us vacuuming, the ants never went away.
The pool was mirky(not clear) so we avoided that area.
In the middle of the week, workers started rehabbing the condo next to us. We didn't need to set alarms. Each morning at 7am we were awaken by the sounds of hammers and drills. The workers also took over one of our parking spots with their vehicle and tools.
Late Wednesday, the internet went down.. We had no TV service or the capability to use our computers. (This was not an act of God. The other units in our complex had service.) On Thursday an Ocean Reef representative came out and could not find then source of the problem. Someone else was scheduled to come out on Friday. They never showed. When we left on Saturday, the internet was still out.
All of this has been reported to Ocean Reef. Other than a standard "we're sorry, we'll get back to you" email, nothing else has happened.
I love PCB, but I warn visitors to stay away from properties managed by Ocean Reef.

We have rented several oceanfrount condos in the past. They were all crowded and loud. Blessed was quit and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was absolutely amazing and wonderful.

We loved our stay at Blessed! It’s extremely spacious and such a beautiful condo. Everything was easily accessible. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels we were provided.

The location is ideal, beautiful views and wonderful beach access. The property is beginning to show its age and definitely needs a good detailed cleaning. Parking is very tight.

Relaxing week
The property location was perfect!! Inside it was spacious enough to accommodate our entire family of six adults and four children. We had no major issues while we were here. I think the biggest problem was the parking.

First I would like to say that VRBO, your fee is outrageous!!
Best of all the property and the location was great. The showers in the master bedrooms are a bit small and we had a ant problem in the kitchen the last few days we were there. Overall we had a great vacation!!

Beautiful place to rest and relax!
This was the perfect beachfront property for our family to enjoy a week at the beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and we loved having beach access to come and go as we pleased. Ocean reef resorts is easy to work with, responsive and accommodating. We loved our time here!

Absolutely Perfect
There were 8 of us in our party and the accommodations were absolutely perfect! Roomy, plenty of bathrooms, no waiting. I was worried about kitchen utensils and pans not being of sufficient quantity, no worries there, plenty of equipment. I could have used cookie sheets, otherwise there was more than enough of everything. The KitchenAid dishwasher was a bonus. We live 20 min from the factory and have considered putting one in the house we are building this year. Oh YES! We will have a KitchenAid dishwasher. You had to put your ear to the door to tell if it was running. FANTASTIC!!! The games, books, and puzzles were so wonderful as the weather was too cold and stormy for the beach equipment stocked in the home. I kept in shape this week by going up and down the two flights of stairs. I loved that! A recliner would have been better for my husband who can't lay down to sleep, but he created a make-shift bed with all the abundance of pillows on the large couch. He loved the coffee table with an elevating top. We were surprised to find the wine frig and wet bar so we put it to use with multiple marguerita fixins. Parking was a little tight, but eveyone there at the time used only one spot so there was an empty space on each side of our vehicle. The one owner neighbor we met was particularly friendly and her dog barked once in a very rare while, but she was too cute! We lost power one morning for a few hours due to a storm damaging a transformer. We were well informed by the management company and given an accurate repair time frame (from the power company). Our stay was absolutely perfect and we were all very sad to leave. Thanks!

Great for 2 days until Michael ran us off!
This is our favorite property. We have a large family and there is plenty of room for all of us. The maintenance people are very responsive the few times we have had to call them. We were thrilled to see “our place” survived Michael!

This home was wonderful. We had three families staying within. There was not one thing missing. From the cleanliness to the convenience, everything was perfect. We will definitely return.

Great beachfront townhome!
This was the perfect space for two families to share for our Spring Break vacation. The main floor had a nice open concept, perfect for congregating. Each family had their own floor for sleeping. And the adults enjoyed beachfront master bedrooms and baths!! The bed were comfortable. Decor was a fun beach theme. We had an issue with the freezer and maintenance was there to fix it the next day. Checkin and checkout were a breeze with the Hospitality App. The beach is just steps from the back door. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off with at the bottom of the deck. They were putting all new decking on while we were there. It will make a huge difference and look great once completed!!
We all agreed we that while the couches were comfortable, they seemed quite worn and stained. The back cushions were bunched and made use awkward. An update would make the space look amazing!! The kitchen was easy to get around, but could use a few more utensils, towels and place settings. There were only 2 grills for the 5 units. Rules state not to bring your own and it was very inconvenient at dinnertime as other families were using the grills as well.
