There for a wedding and it was the perfect location. The view was amazing. Beach was beautiful pool was super clean. Very well stocked with cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Five stars!!

Fantastic place! Will rent again.
This place was awesome! The location was perfect, proximity to the ocean couldn't have been better. We could hear the waves crashing at night and woke up to a beautiful view to enjoy with our morning coffee. We stayed here with other friends, that were in the same condo building, for our daughter's high school senior get away. Our group of families enjoyed the ocean, the pool, the games outside, the indoor air conditioned entertainment area for a cookout, and of course the massive
no-drive beach! We were there at the end of March 2022 and the area mostly had families just like ours. It wasn't a big party condo so we enjoyed the civility of the guests 😊 The nights were very peaceful while we walked the beach. There were many great restaurants in the area and even an awesome ice cream parlor within walking distance. 1st time we've ever stayed in new Smyrna beach and we'll definitely do it again, and definitely at this condo! Thank you for keeping a most welcoming place for families to enjoy!

This condo was perfect for a family trip we recently made to New smyrna. The condo was spacious with alot of room to move around and the views from the balcony were amazing. Cate kept in touch and the check in process was flawless. Will definitely be staying at this location again!

The cleaning company mopped floors, cleaned bathrooms and wiped down counters. I spent 1st day cleaning myself.
Blinds broken, laying on floor by couch. Dryer door broken, couldn't use. Guest room trash left. Guest room, comforter placed over unmade sheets on double bed. The couch had trash under cushions. We scrubbed patio at living room. Looked like someone thru up on patio. Drain in guest room tub clogged. A Real Shame . We've stayed at Hacienda Del Sol 1 many times. Looks like that's where we'll continue to stay from now on.

The condo is perfect. The pool sets back a bit from the ocean but they have amazing area to lay out and view the ocean and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. Amazing view from balcony

We enjoyed our stay at the hacienda. Our condo was great . Very nice and clean . Nicely updated and comfortable. Would definitely come back and stay again . Highly recommend.

Incredible view
This property was just as advertised and more! The direct ocean front view was absolutely amazing. We spent every morning on the large patio drinking coffee and watching the dolphins. Cate was in constant communication and we loved every minute of our stay!

The cleanliness of the condo could definitely had been better, but wasn’t terrible. Check in was great. Code on the door so you can go straight to your condo with no stops at any office. Would stay here again. If you are looking for an excellent full oceanfront view, this one had it!

We’ve stayed in New Smyrna many times. This is our favorite location so far. The place is beautiful with plenty of room and two bathrooms was a bonus. If you like to just relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean the place is perfect. The beach is no driving which means very quiet. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing location and balcony!
We’ve stayed in New Smyrna many times. This is our favorite location so far. The place is beautiful with plenty of room and two bathrooms was a bonus. If you like to just relax on the balcony and enjoy the ocean the place is perfect. The beach is no driving which means very quiet. Can’t wait to return!

This was a very nice top floor condo facing the beach. The view is excellent. This is an older unit, and very nice but in need of a little TLC. The door to the beach closet was off the track, mirrored closet door in MBR had a 2” crack, but nothing to spoil our stay. Felt like it was upgraded in the 1990s. If you need stainless appliances and granite counters, look elsewhere. Otherwise, this place is great.

This was a very nice top floor condo facing the beach. The view is excellent.
This is an older unit, and very nice but in need of a little TLC. The door to the beach closet was off the track, mirrored closet door in MBR had a 2” crack, but nothing to spoil our stay. Felt like it was upgraded in the 1990s.
If you need stainless appliances and granite counters, look elsewhere. Otherwise, this place is great.

Easily Accessible to everything
Accessibility to the beach, pool, parking, restaurants and local shops is very easy. This condo is convenient and very comfortable. My wife and I stayed and thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Time away, relax and restoration
Great week at Hacienda Del Sol 11 in New Smyrna Beach , Fl . The condo was fantastic great ocean front room, enough room to entertain and yet relax. The patio is right on the ocean so you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets . Very enjoyable and would stay here again. Great access to pool and beach. Weather was fantastic

Beautiful views
Check in and out went very smoothly. Great communication with Owner and quick positive response to questions and concerns. Very soft beds. Beautiful full ocean views from Master Bed, Balcony, Living Rm and Kitchen. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean without ever getting out of bed!

Beautiful views!
The check in process isn’t made very clear and I never received instructions before arrival. The employees at the “office” where you pay your balance completely lack customer service. With the exception of “which unit” and “here you go”... they didn’t say anything else. It was also extremely unprofessional to have a work order clearly visible in a tray in the front window that said dead bugs were found in the kitchen cabinets of a unit. Our stay however was amazing! The view from the balcony was beautiful, we seen dolphins on three separate occasions! Nothing negative about our unit itself, we just felt it could use some updated kitchen utensils. There wasn’t an ice cream scoop or pizza cutter. Also, the shower in the master bath made a loud high pitched sound the entire duration of every single shower. Nonetheless, we’d definitely come back.

Perfect location
I was very happy with this place. The condo was clean and well kept, nothing fancy but just right. The location is perfect, it is literally right on the beach! The area of the beach that it is located was not over crowded which was also nice. I would definitely come back.

Awesome! We've stayed in other units in Hacienda del Sol II. 513 is best oceanfront unit by far!
The view from this top floor direct oceanfront unit is spectacular. The balcony is huge. The renovation is tasteful, modern and comfortable. The in-unit WiFi was fast enough to stream movies. We had all our family meals on the balcony with the waves rolling up on the beach only feet away. We left the slider in the bedroom slightly open each night and went to sleep and woke up to the sound of the waves. We will definitely unit 513 when we come back!
