We sold our home in Roscoe Village a year ago. We enjoyed being back in the neighborhood for a month this fall. This place was perfect for us. Comfortable furniture and beds and everything we needed to cook and eat in.

Everything was perfect for our week in Chicago. The apartment is very accessible for getting on public transport to get into the city. It is also walkable to lots of locations such as Wrigley Field, Southport, Roscoe Village. In a nice quiet residential area.
The apartment has everything you need for either a short or long stay.
Can’t fault anything about this property. Hopefully we will return as we fell in love with Chicago.

This was a great location located conveniently to Wrigley Field (we went to three games) and downtown (using either the Brown Line station a few blocks from the unit or catching a bus down Addison to the Red Line. The apartment was exactly as described and included two shared washer and dryer sets in the basement which we used late at night. We did not have any problem with the shared arrangement. Kim was always very responsive and was a great host. We are looking forward to visiting in the future.

My family and I stayed in July in Roscoe Village. The neighborhood is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and nearby shopping. Easy access to the L half a mile away. Safe to walk, plenty of dog walkers, runners, and bikers. The property was clean and well appointed. No problems!

We were so impressed with how comfortable and charming Roscoe Village Inn was. Kim was beyond helpful after a very difficult series of plane cancellations and travel changes. The space was very spacious and perfect for all our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed for ourselves and our infant daughter and the bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Kim was available and communicating well, and was very gracious about making arrangements to keep our luggage secure since our plane got pushed back so late. Just a wonderful experience and I would highly reccomend.

Really great apartment in a super cute neighborhood. Quite spacious and bright. Pantry well stocked with cooking essentials. Very quiet at night. Trader Joes and Whole Foods in walking distance. Lots of places to eat a short walk away. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the first bedroom.

The Brown line and wonderful restaurants are just steps away and the neighborhood is lovely. Just a great experience.

Easter Weekend Stay
Visited Chicago with our small dog so our family could be together for Easter after many months apart. A lovely stay in a lovely space in a lovely neighborhood! Would do it all over again and hope to repeat another time soon.

As good as the photos! Really appreciated the special touches like the Chicago guest books, tea and coffee, and CDs of fun old movies. In a nice quiet residential area but within just blocks of great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little place.
Kim was great, neighborhood was busy but still quiet and safe. House was impeccably clean, everything in working order, all the amenities of home. Free street parking. Definitely recommend this host and home.

Loved the location!
For what we wanted to do, we can't say enough about the location: block and a half from the village (and bakery!), buses a block away, quick walk to "L", easy access to Wrigley! We did not want a car and never needed one between all our options. Space was wonderful with great light! We have no reason not to come back!

World Series Weekend in Chicago!
Had an awesome weekend in Chicago! We all loved the Roscoe Village Inn as our home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. Located in a very nice neighbourhood, and accessible to all amenities. The owners were wonderful to book with as well. This VRBO gets a five star!!!

great neighborhood location and beautiful home
we loved our week long stay at Roscoe Village Inn - it was the perfect neighborhood place and it worked out great for catching up with family and friends from all over the city. it was great to walk to dinner and also to have easy street parking. we stayed on the 2nd floor which was beautifully updated and decorated with plenty of room and lots of thoughtful amenities (nice travel shampoos, soaps, new sponge in kitchen, etc). we look forward to staying here again soon!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Roscoe Village, the Inn was a great place to come "home" to after sightseeing in Chicago downtown. We liked that there were shops and restaurants in walking distance and the property was nicely and tastefully decorated. I would recommend staying here.

Guys weekend at Wrigley
I met up with my two sons in Chicago for a weekend of Cards - Cubs baseball. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Roscoe Village Inn (2nd floor unit). Easy walk to Wrigley, and Roscoe Village itself was a big bonus! Very walkable neighborhood with multiple very interesting dining choices. The VRBO owner Kim was helpful with restaurant suggestions, and we took her up on Kitsch'n on Roscoe & Victory's Banner for breakfast - both really good - and Village Tap for dinner - nice beer garden with super friendly staff. We also ate at Hot Woks Cool Sushi, which was also good. Coincidentally, there was a street festival going on the weekend of our stay, which was another bonus. I definitely would stay here again on a future visit.
