It was the perfect house for the Snirt Run, there were 7 of us. We love the Brantingham area and definitely hope to be back really soon!

This was an absolutely wonderful house! The kids stayed upstairs in the loft, watched movies, played pool and camped out. The adults stayed downstairs hung out by the fire, played cards and had a blast! The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kathleen was attentive and answered texts immediately. I would 100% rent again!

This was the perfect house for our group! We had 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 2-6 years old. The main living space was perfect for hanging out and socializing and then upstairs was good for tv and games. The kitchen had everything we needed and was great to make home cooked meals in. The house is located right on the trail system for snowmobiling which was perfect as that is what we went for and lucky for us they has enough snow to allow for it. The contact with The Melitos was always available when needed which was amazing. We wished we could have rented the whole winter season because this house was that good!

We had a great time at this house. There were 12 of us, ranging from 2-70 and we found this house to be comfortable and accessible for everyone. We had access to a semi-private sandy beach and swim area, which was awesome for the kids (and everyone). It's roped off and shallow with plenty of space for our entire group to sit by the water. There was a floating dock that we had fun jumping off, too. The beach area is a 5-minute walk from the house with a parking area - some days we'd load our chairs into the truck and transport them to the water. There is a staircase leading down to the beach. We also had access to a dock for our boat, which was even closer to the house. This was very helpful. We had a 17' fishing boat, which was the perfect size for this lake. Be sure to check out the sandbar at the mouth of the cove, it's marked with "shallow water" buoys. We anchored there and played/swam on the sand bar - it was only a foot or two deep at the time we were there. The outdoor area around the house was large and suited us well. The indoor space was also comfortable, awesome large room upstairs for playing pool and watching a movie if you choose. The loft bedroom is a steep ladder, great for 8+ but not easy for adults or little ones. Also, the staircase to the upstairs is open and was tough for our 2-year-old, FYI. This is a beautiful lake and we had a wonderful time on this vacation. I hope we can come back again soon, I recommend this house and can't beat the price. The cabin was large. Able to seat ten people for meals. The area was somewhat secluded. Easy walk to the private beach which was ideal for the younger kids. Roped off area and a raft. We enjoyed the fire pit several nights. TV in every bedroom and the family room on the second floor was huge. Worked perfect for us

Very nice large home for large group. Has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Access to lake was a short walk. Floating dock was fun for older kids, beach perfect for toddlers!

We had a great time! A short walk from the house to the dock where we could sit and relax and watch the family fish, paddleboard or pedal boat. We brought our boat so we were able to Scoot easily out to the lake from the cove and water ski, tube, paddleboard or swim. The cottage was very nice and a great size for our big family. Bonfire pit was in the perfect spot and the pool table upstairs was nice on the day it rained. I would definitely recommend this place (in fact I already have lol). I would be a little nervous trying to come down the ladder from the loft but it is a super cool spot. Thank you Melito family for sharing your vacation home!!!

We went here with our family and friends and it was absolutely perfect. So quiet and relaxing close to all small diners and places to take adventures. The home was as exactly as described and listed. We plan on visiting every year with our kids and family!

We were not sure we could use the beach area because the sign said private beach. We found out later in the week by asking a neighbor that we could use it. All the amusement parks and certain stores were open only part of the time. We did not know we were there off season. All in all we had a great time just being together as a family.

Very nice relaxing place,short walk to beautiful lake which was nice for kayaking.nice sandy spot for the little ones to play.close enough for a day trip to old forge.very easy check in process _ owner very friendly.lots of space for our group of 10,ages 2 -64.nice clean home,my only drawback was I knew I had to bring pillows,sheets and blankets but had to go to Walmart for dish soap,dish towels, paper towels and toilet paper(only two rolls there).Walmart is only 20 minutes away so not a big deal,just wish I knew before.overall great vacation definitely would recommend 👍

We’ve stayed in numerous cabins at the brantingham beach club over the years and this was one of the nicest in that location. The owner was very accommodating and promptly answered questions we had. Following are some uggestions for future stays, there were 12 of us in the cabin but only 10 chairs to sit for dinner and we had to purchase a large pot for meal preparation as the ones there were too small. Also could have used a cutting board for cutting meat. But other than that, we loved the cabin and will consider renting it again.

Nice house, nice lake.

The place smelled of recently smoked pot. There were things from a bachelorette party left upstairs. No linens should have been made clearer. Very happy with distance from the water. Happy overall.
