My wife and I really enjoy the Whaler and this condo is outstanding (great view, very clean, well appointed, and owners easy to work with). This our second year staying at this unit and we booked our return for next year before we left.

We just finished our 2 week stay in this spectacular property. The unit is wonderful and is stocked with everything you could ever need. It is positioned perfectly on the 8th floor of tower #1 so that you have a perfectly quiet stay (it is far away from the HulaGrill's music and the Whaler village air conditioners). It is also far enough from the pool to not hear anyone, but close enough to make it very convenient to go up and down from the unit. The view is beautiful (exactly what you see in the pictures). The king size bed was great for my wife and I and the queen size Murphy bed was so comfortable that my kids slept soundly every night (so much better than a sofa hide-a-bed). The staff were amazing, the host was excellent and had lightning fast replies. The entire property is immaculate. There are BBQ's close by and there is free laundry down the hall. We could not have asked for anything more and have already booked for next year!

Very pleased with this property! Well situated in a prime location - oceanfront with a beautiful beach within footsteps, shopping and restuarants (both sit down and take away) a short walk down the beachwalk, and loads of entertainment nearby. We loved having the Murphy bed option in the living room and a second bathroom - made the condo have the feel of a two bedroom unit. (Perfect with teenagers in tow). Unit was well stocked (paper goods, beach chairs, kitchen equipment). The Whaler property itself it very well maintained. Would recommend.

From planning to arrival to departure, this wonderful experience at the Whaler was perfect! It is a beautiful and welcoming vacation home! The beach is beautiful and the pool is perfect. There is shopping, ABC store for essentials and souvenirs, and very good restaurants just next door. Black Rock by the Sheraton is just next door for snorkeling and cliff jumping. This was an amazing vacation for my granddaughters and me! I would certainly return!

Property clean and spacious. Great lanai and kitchen, refrigerator etc. convient for cooking breakfast. Noticed has stroller beach chairs and umbrella which are all nice conveniences especially if going to other beaches on the island. Easy access to go north or south and east to drive to different locations around the island hwy.

The condo is right in the heart of Kaanapali beach and has everything you need for a great vacation. We watched whales from the lanai and explored west Maui easily.

Looked just like the pictures and I have to say the view of the ocean was better than I expected. We can hardly wait to stay again! I only wished we could have stayed longer!

The updates to this condo are modern and well thought out. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. There were beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. The view of the mountains and the beach were amazing from the lanai. Communication with the owner was a breeze. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great time and experience at this property! Such a great location, access to shops/food/tourist activities is all right there. The condo was clean, updated, beautiful view! Great communication and we had everything we needed. Perfect place for family with kids! Will come again for sure!

This condo will not disappoint. Right in the heart of Kaanapali, a beautiful, roomy space to vacation. My friend and I loved that it had two full bathrooms. The Murphy bed is very comfortable. Although we didn’t cook while here, the kitchen I has everything you would need if you chose to.

So close to amenities, shopping and activities! Great layout of the condo and modern appliances in the kitchen. The view was incredible and we couldn't have been happier with our vacation. We have stayed at The Whaler numerous times. This resort itself is incredible. Everything is in tip top shape. The grounds are meticulously kept and manicured daily. I recommend this resort to everyone I know who is traveling to Maui. So when deciding which specific condo to reserve, it makes it much easier when the owner is engaged and available. Laura was by far, the most helpful owner we have rented from and always responded in a timely manner. She was always helpful and accommodated our specific requests for our stay quickly and professionally. When we walked into the condo for the first time, I walked out onto the balcony and cried....I was overwhelmed with gratitude to be blessed to stay in such a beautiful place. This condo is perfect. It’s been completely remodeled and was very functional for our family of four. Having two separate bathrooms was a huge plus for us. The furnishings are high quality and well appointed. The pull down Murphy bed was amazing. It was easy to fold up each morning and feel like the space was a living room again. Traveler tip: Regardless of how long your stay is, fully unpack your suitcase and put your items away in the closet, dressers, and bathroom drawers. It’ll make your stay feel more relaxing because it will truly feel like your home away from home. And should a need arise, you’ll feel blessed knowing Laura or Maria (her condo cleaner/manager, etc.) will come to the rescue to make your stay everything you have been dreaming it to be. The condo was just as advertised and the view amazing! Very spacious and comfortable! They had beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear making it so easy to head to the beach immediately. They had a pair of binoculars and we watched whales from our Lanai every day! The grounds were beautiful and the location wonderful. The employees were so friendly and helpful. My 17 year old son loved Black Rock and having Whaler's village next store so convenient. Just a short drive to Lahaina. We definitely hope to return! Very nice and clean unit. Nicely updated and sits in a good location on the property for views and later afternoon sun.

The communication with the owner was amazing!! The condo was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms were a must when you go with a teenager .We’ll be definitely coming back to this unit .
