it was conveniently located near westhampton where I had to be for a party

they charged me extra for my service dog and extra for room cleaning. the rooms were not very clean

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean! Right on the water at the marina with outdoor porch and chairs!! Loved the hotel staff, extremely welcoming , friendly and accommodating! Staff quickly responded to any request we had and satisfied us with extreme professionalism and service. Facility has outdoor seating, picnic and grilling areas that were quite quaint. Love how the owner and staff care about their guest!

Great location, rooms were a little smaller than expected but adequate. Hotel is older and some problems were seen but did not affect our stay.

The location is on a marina which is nice already. But then Bay Watch is also right by a larger body of water and a bridge that heads over to beaches and beautiful homes. It really is a wonderful spot.

There was nothing I disliked. My stay was great. And the owner was personable and friendly. You could tell they just care about the hotel a lot and your stay.

The location is perfect, just a mile from a beautiful beach. Close to restaurants. The owner/manager was very welcoming and it was a fantastic get away.

The only thing that could have been better was if I could have stayed longer:-)

Very friendly staff. Quiet and convenient location. Room was well-appointed with coffee, fridge, micro, tv. Nice to have bulk shampoo etc so no waste. Beds were comfy. AC unit quiet unlike most hotels.

Fridge really needed defrosting. Would have been nice to have tea available (not just coffee). No ice bucket or hair drayer, which would have been useful. The big issue? no curtain on the window & the light shining in from the outside was crazy bright. Couldn't sleep. Would be much more comfortable with a black out curtain option!

The pool, bathroom and towels were excellent. also the recommendations for things to do.

The air conditioning was loud and was not central. The futon is uncomfortable.

The owner and her family were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and the location was perfect. Loved that they have a food truck on the premises.

I was surprised there was a kitchenette in the room including a mini stove, plates, sink frig & freezer. It was nice to store drinks and leftovers. Also it was nice there was a food truck serving breakfast & lunch.

The location is convenient to drive to the north and south fork areas.

This is a motel , not a hotel. Room was way overpriced . Bed was a soft, cheap mattress. Bathroom had no provisions for shampoo , soap, etc. There was rust on shower bar, which damaged our clothing . There was no cleaning service or fresh towels or coffee for our three night stay. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the next door occupants clearly. I would not recommend this place.

The lady who checked us in was kinda unprofessional. I explained to her what my stay would look like but then processed to charge me extra. Wifi password didn’t work, the pool was fun but people were slipping and falling

Location. Staff was extremely kind.

As we arrived they had a very bad water situation which caused tub and sink to back up with brown backwash water. The situation was resolved eventually however the areas were not sanitized at all afterwards. The guest WiFi was not working the first day and we noticed the fire alarm had the battery removed. The room lighting was very poor. Lastly we could not block out the outside light when sleeping. Overall was not al all what we expected from any facility spending $300/night in the Hamptons.
