Immaculate grounds and room. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Can't say enough good things about my stay. Exceeded my expectations.

Nothing could have been better, it was all good

The location was the perfect middle ground so we could visit all ends of the cape. The ocean access was great and there was always parking available.

The rooms all have outdoor sitting areas, and we heard our neighbors talking outside our door til midnight. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be an issue.

No breakfast provided. In room coffee was good though. Staff was pleasant & mostly accommodating.(more on that below)

My only real criticism is that when I mentioned that the deadbolt door lock didn't work properly, the desk clerk said "Why do you need a deadbolt when you're not in the room? Do you leave valuables in there?" My answer, "Yes, most travelers leave valued items in their rooms when they go out, we don't carry everything all the time" He said " Oh, that's how they're supposed to work, if you see any criminal activity, let me know" Wrong answer! The locks need to be attended to, soon before someone gets robbed.

Staff was really nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was clean & lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing. Location is great. Loved it!

The location is perfect. The beach is steps from the room. Nice place to take a walk, quiet area. The room was a good size and clean.

The bathroom was tiny.

It was extremely clean. The pool was clean and warm. The staff were very friendly 😊
