Acogedora y pintoresca, esta pequeña cabaña se encuentra justo enfrente del lago. Overall, this cottage was clean however there were a few issues. I emailed the owner following our stay, and had no response. I felt she should be aware of the issues we had. The light fixture above the kitchen table did not work. The toilet "ran" unless you returned a minute or so later and wiggled the handle... this worsened over our stay. The water appeared brown in the toilet bowl. The gas grill is a disaster! Major rust on the part where the gas comes out, and it was dirty. My husband cleaned it and we thought we'd give it a try... our beautiful ribeye caught on fire. The bicycles that appear in the photos we found in a corner of the yard against a fence with loads of dead leaves, cob webs, etc. More cleaning than you want to do when you are the renter, not the owner. The house (although clean) was very cluttered - it was hard to find a spot by the couch to set down your drink while watching TV. The "neighborhood" had some refurbished homes, while others (including next door) were very questionable. (junked out yard, etc) The positives: comfortable beds, fresh clean linens, and a nice fire pits and cornhole game in the backyard. I've rented over 25 vacation homes and this is the first one that wasn't as depicted. I would not stay again, but don't necessarily advise against it.

Beautiful cottage
Heather was wonderful to work with. Her cottage is beautifully decorated. She left us a welcome gift of smores and fire was ready to burn.

We decided to rent the Cozy Cottage for the proximity to the lake and the RV Park that our friends have RV's located. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The beds were soft but comfortable and it was really nice of Heather to have a welcome package for us.
We would definitely like to rent the Cozy Cottage again the next time we visit the lake.

Great Proximity
We decided to rent the Cozy Cottage for the proximity to the lake and the RV Park that our friends have RV's located. The cottage was perfect for our needs. The beds were soft but comfortable and it was really nice of Heather to have a welcome package for us.

we had a great time at the lake. the cottage was clean and comfortable. The bikes and boats show how much they care about us having fun in the sun. Enjoyed the fire pit and deck area. Location was right in the middle of everything, short bike ride to the beach, short drive to restaurants and stores.

Unfortunately due to an emergency surgery for my dad we were unable to stay at this beautiful cottage. But Heather was very understanding and easy to work with on finding a future date that we can enjoy her beautiful cottage.

Great location., neighborhood on one side a little creepy, but the cottage makes up for it. Felt very safe. Great and easy checking. Heather seemed very nice.

Mother's Day gift
The cabin was clean very close to the lake. Heather was extremely helpful she told me where I can dock my boat, where stores are and the best restaurants. I would definitely go back here

Serene and Secluded
If you want to spend a few days on a beautiful tree-lined street in a lovely cottage with all the amenities, look no further. We stayed here for four days and three nights. Heather has made sure we had everything we needed as well as a few 'extras'. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a nice meal - I cooked two nights and didn't want for anything. The bed was like Mama Bear's bed and we just sunk into it at the end of the day. The surrounded area is lovely and Cranberries Restaurant was our favorite spot. Heather is sweet, warm and very communicative. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Cute Cottage for the Family
This cottage was perfect for our weekend. We needed a place to stay as we were out of town for a wedding. We enjoyed the tv, outdoor fire pit (hostess provided s'mores!), close location to the beach, and cute decor. The mattress is very soft so if that is not your thing I'd watch out for that. Water pressure wasn't the best in the shower but we made do!

Very cozily decorated
The location at Indian Lake made it perfect for our purposes of touring the western part of the state. It was somewhat disappointing that it isn't right on the lake, but it really didn't matter. The size was comfortable for the two of us, and it was enjoyable to be surrounded by current décor, not bits and pieces that seem to migrate to summer cottages. The beds were just right firm, albeit, a little high off the ground.The owner was quick to respond to questions and that was appreciated. It's a cute property.

Cozy and Cute!
We had a great time! The house decor was so cute and had everything you need for a weekend away. The weather was rainy so we ended up staying in and it was perfect. We played games and just caught up. This was a girls weekend for some college friends that don’t get to hang out as much as we’d like. We had a great time and hope to come back!! Heather was awesome to work with-easy communication and so many special touches.
