My husband and I enjoyed several days in this lovely carriage house. We had a late night check in, and were pleased to have a dedicated parking spot and easy, private access to the cottage. The jasmine covering the porch was a special sight. Linen couches and overstuffed pillows were delightful and contributed to our goal of relaxation. The bed was very comfortable and we could see the water from the bedroom window. David checked on us frequently and gave recommendations for meals. We had wonderful meals at The Barrel Room, Sushi Ran, enjoyed coffee and lunch at Equator Cafe, and grabbed groceries as needed from the market down the street. (The croissant with almond cream was insane). After charging our electric car rental at the Mill Valley Safeway, we had a quick drive to places like The Marine Mammal Rescue Center, Sonoma, the City, Point Reyes, and more. Sausalito is a gem, and we loved being so close to stunning views, delicious meals, and a beautiful nest for when we were ready to rest. Thank you Yasmeen and David!

We had everything we needed and it was a beautiful little place to stay. I particularly enjoyed the view out the windows and how easy it was to get around to things. Perfect location to walk around Sausalito. We had a car and drove to Big Sur, Point Reyes and of course, San Francisco.
It was peaceful coming home after a long day of adventures. Thanks for sharing you cottage with us.

I would absolutely stay again in this charming cottage. The hosts are equally charming and the location is ideal for exploring Marin and quick access to work and playtime in the city.
The cottage (and garden) is comfortable, casual, welcoming and quiet. I highly recommend this experience.

After a train trip across the country, with stops in Glaicer NP and the Oregon coast, San Francisco's busy-ness and noise was a shock! We were happy to retreat to Sausalito, and to this lovely carriage house, to finish our journey. We hiked to the Golden Gate bridge lookout and took the shuttle to Muir Woods, all without a car. The ferry to the city is fun and fast. We had a lovely time in this beautiful place.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had to change our travel plans due to the wild fire smoke/air quality in Bay Area and Yasmine was very flexible and accommodating with the changes. We look forward to staying here again someday!

Yasmine and her family are so inviting and sweet. Her daughter even brought us a box of her toys for our 1 year old to play with. The Carrage House was perfect, equipped with everything you need. Every morning we woke up and made coffee with the grounds that Yasmine had given us as a welcome gift from her favorite local cafe. We sat out on the front deck and watched the sunrise with the wonderful aroma of the honeysuckles growing all around. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Ferry. Sausalito is a beautiful quaint town and everyday there was spectacular. Yasmine was full of helpful information, which we greatly appreciated as first time visitors. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful Rustic Getaway
Stayed here for Honeymoon/2nd Anniversary, and our stay was wonderful. Beautiful neighborhood away from the hustle of the city, while still close enough to take shuttle to Muir Woods, ferry to the city, and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and water front.
Carriage house had everything we needed, and Yasmine was so accommodating and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer, but then we never would have wanted to come back home.
We would recommend staying here whether it is a quick trip or an extended stay. Sausalito and the Carriage House were a perfect place to relax, unwind, and get away from the stress of everyday life.

Comfortable, quite, convenient
Sausalito is a wonderful, friendly, safe community but oh how sad the city of San Fran has become. Perhaps a microcosm ( or not so micro) of what's to come of the much of urban CA. The Carriage House cottage was very nice. The neighborhood was so quiet and calm yet a short walk to all the goings on in town. Just a few steps from the car to the front door. Perfect. Highly recommend Sausalito and a stay at the Carriage House.

Cute Sausalito
We enjoyed our Sausalito 4 night break. Cottage spotlessly clean, very nice bedding and extremely comfortable furniture. Bathroom is downstairs from bedroom, and has a small shower area. Thought we would miss a TV to end our days, but the WiFi was excellent so we were able to entertain ourselves or just quietly read with a glass of wine. Sometimes no news is good news, a good chance to break free from all the politics. Only used the car once, and even though the hill steep, we enjoyed the challenge each day on our walk back. Downtown Sausalito and marina just 10 minutes away. We found the steps a better return route option for us, there is a bench halfway up to catch your breath and enjoy the view. Yasmine very responsive to any needs. We had perfect weather. Made use of the ferry to San Francisco, a very convenient place to stay to enjoy the Bay Area.

Quaint and perfect for our busy stay!
Brought my son to SF as a graduation gift. We had such a busy schedule we really didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the cottage, but with the little time we did spend it was perfect for our busy travel schedule. The bed and couch exceptionally comfortable! Because we were in and out so much we didn’t get a chance to meet-up with the owner, but she was very welcoming by messaging us and checked in on us frequently to ensure our comfort. The view at a glance, might appear like you can’t see much at first, but actually it was pretty awesome to wake up to especially in a nice blue sky day. Perfectly Located within proximity to everything. Parking was great every day. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful place!
My two daughters ( 18 years and 23) and I stayed here for a week during our Spring Break! We absolutely loved it! Sausalito is such a cute little town and away from the business of San Fran. The carriage house was set up great with everything that we needed. We got in a little late on Wednesday, but Yasmine's husband was there to let us in (even though the key was left for us!) . Yasmine was so thoughtful and left coffee from Cibo's (a great coffee shop in Sausalito that you must go to.) . She also had a yummy galette (that my daughters wolfed down immediately.) The kitchen had everything that we needed and were able to cook several of our meals there. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but there were space heaters that helped warm us up. As far as sleeping, there was plenty of room for the three of us to snooze upstairs. Two shared a bed, and the other used the mattress pad on the floor. Staying here gave us the opportunity to explore Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, as well as Rodeo Beach which is a short drive (or bike ride) from the house. Once again, we loved the carriage house!!!!!

Perfect-Beautiful and Restful
This inviting carriage house on quiet street with spectacular view of bay and the city is perfect location for a San Francisco area visit. The cottage itself has well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, bathroom, front porch and living area. You can easily take ferry to SF for the day. There are convenient groceries and restaurants in neighborhood. Traveling to Muir Woods, Napa Valley and other surrounding sites is easy. The unit has parking pass which is big help. I highly recommend this unit. I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights to start our CA vacation. It's a gem, and Yasmine and her family are delightful, engaging and accommodating hosts.

Lovely stay!
We enjoyed staying in the Carraige house. It was comfortable and quiet. There is plenty of room to move about. Very good location in Sausalito. Close to good restaurants and for walking. The only thing that was a little hard to navigate is the bathroom. VERY small and we are not big people. Other than that it was lovely.
