Exceptional views and spacious rooms. Worked well for two couples. Did not know there was only one tv in the whole unit ? Swimming pool was said to be heated but was not at all ?

Condo is spacious. Location at edge of cliff is a great view of the ocean and surf. Most kitchen appliances and cookware are very good, although refrigerator and dishwasher would benefit from some maintenance. Beds and bathrooms are good

Great view... Our first impression was seeing the living room couch which was filthy. Other than that, the unit was clean. We covered the couch with bedding for the entirety of the visit. The ceiling light and fan didn't work in the small bedroom. A light bulb didn't work in the main bedroom. The staff was nice and responsive to our concerns. Generally, a nice place with good amenities. New pillows wouldn't hurt.

This was a mellow and private area, and the place we stayed in was perfect, with an amazing view! The condo was exactly as represented, clean, fresh and open. It had little extras that just made the whole experience better! There were some condiments in the fridge, everything you needed to eat in, cleaning stuff under cabinets (just in case), extra towels, extra blankets, fans, and the beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, water toys, etc were a great touch! Along with the other water goodies, there were various sunscreens, etc. There are also blow dryers, etc in each bathroom in case you need one. We fell in love with the place and regretted having to leave.

The condo exceeded our expectations! The owners have done an excellent job appointing the condo to meet guests’ needs. The home is an amazing location with stunning views. We spent each morning with coffee on the porch watching humpbacks whales and each evening watching the sunset with cocktails. It’s an easy trip into Hanalei where we found several great restaurants and shops. Lastly, several beautiful beaches are nearby. The condo is a perfect north shore choice. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Kauai home with us!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was so spacious, impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The view over the ocean was stunning. We made sure we got out early in the morning to do our hiking and snorkeling so we got back early enough in the evening to enjoy the last couple of hours of daylight chilling on the lanai and watching the massive waves rolling in. If we are lucky enough to visit Kauai again, we would have no hesitation staying here again.
P.S. If you love your coffee, as we do, Wishing Well Coffee in Hanalei is well worth checking out. :)

The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped and bed in master bedroom was very comfy….wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the surf! Amazing ocean views! Easy drive to Hanalei or Kilauea…

A wonderful experience with truly amazing views from the wrap-around balcony. Smooth check-in and never had any reason to interact with property managers. Would return again!

Beautiful condo, beautiful views
Condo was great. LOVED the views from the corner balcony and they extended all the way into both bedrooms. While on 3rd floor it’s only one flight of outside steps. Kitchen was well-equipped and we had a couple of dinners “at home.” Large walk-in closet in master with W/D. Has everything you need to go to the beach. Would rent again.

This is a great property to stay at. The ocean is right out your window and you can hear the waves all night. We were able to see Whales, dolphins and turtles as we sat outside. I'd highly recommend and we would stay here again.

The property condo is nice, clean & quiet but the view is to die for. You're about 200 ft up on a lush steep slope looking down to crashing waves below. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Alii Kai 4304 is "No ka oi!" ("the best"... in Hawaiian)
We loved that this unit has been ungraded since we stayed there several years ago under different ownership. Kitchen was well-equipped. Everything was clean and tidy! Only complaints, and they are relatively minor: The TV and associated tech equipment was was not set up properly for easy use (The property managers, however, were very responsive and got things working correctly within a couple of days); and the tile floor was a little bit gritty on the bare feet (maybe from the high winds blowing through the jalousies (?)) But everything else was up to our expectations and we look forward to another stay in the coming year!!

Beautiful condo, beautiful location. The view is amazing! Condo had everything in it that we needed. It was a nice touch to have beach chairs and coolers available to use. Water pressure in master bath seemed a little low but everything else in condo was so nice that it didn't seem to matter. Didn't have the need to contact manager for anything but you can clearly see that this condo is taken well care of. We will definitely be back to Kauai and this will be the first condo I check for availability as we want to stay in it again.

Spectacular Ocean Views
Amazing ocean views! Condo is perched on a bluff overlooking the coastline where we saw turtles swimming in the beautiful turquoise water close to shore. Waves spraying up the volcanic rocks below! There is a path down to the water. Beautiful updated condo!! Very well equipped!! Would return again!

What a location!!
Breath taking is all we can say about the sights and sounds of this property, with whale watching off the deck or a great hike down to a huge cave only steps from the building.
The home is clean, well furnished and supplied and the pool is great for those days when it’s a little too wet at the beach.
Jeff and Shana were awesome with quick responses leading up to trip, and we didn’t need them for anything during as everything well explained in the unit instructions or otherwise working to perfection inside.

Great views, not exactly penthouse quality furnishings
Delightful location with outstanding views of the ocean - excellent well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Living room furnishings were in poor condition (soiled and ripped in multiple places - needed replacement)
Owners claim they are replacing the damaged furniture and at that point this place is worth the price - not before.

Couldn't ask for more!
The view is fantastic, rain or shine. The unit is spacious, with excellent appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated. The bed was very comfortable, with a wake up view that was spectacular everyday. I had a couple of inquiries on procedures when we first got there, and Shanna and Jeff responded immediately and resolved the issues easily. They are very cordial hosts. We appreciate the care and cleanliness they give this property. We will return.

Condo Review
This unit is beautiful and clean. The ocean front views are wonderful from the lanai, and we saw quite a lot of ocean wildlife. The location is great for outdoor activities north island, but quite a drive to locations south and west due to very heavy traffic that moves very slowly due to the roads.
While beautiful, this condo did not offer basic amenities; things like no Kleenex, and we had to go out to buy additional soap for the bathrooms. As mentioned, the lanai was beautiful, but there were two chairs on the lanai for four paying guests, and no table. Long lists of rules with threat of losing deposits were posted in numerous places around the condo. Unfortunately, there was not any option for recycling trash.
We live in the islands, and there are many wonderful condo options. My suggestion for this beautiful spot would be to include some of the amenities mentioned and improve the furniture on the lanai.

Clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are spectacular together with the relaxing sound of the waves really makes this place extra special. We were glad to see the beach chairs, boogie boards and ice chest both large and small to accommodate us at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
