Big and comfortable with fans and AC working well,decently clean and in a very good position in Wailea.

Lovely condo on the golf course.

The apartment was clean and properly equipped with soap, toilet paper and cooking gear. The only comment is the carpet should be replaced with solid surfacing. The AC in the living room is excessively noisy. They are also noisy in the two bedrooms. We did not use them. the ceiling fans were good enough as the apartment is well ventilated. The lanai is large enough to accommodate 4 people, this is hard to tell from the pictures of the apartment.

We booked very last minute and the accommodations - though they looked outdated on the listing - were actually quite comfortable. There were some signs of age on the property (the AC's were struggling, and one had a filter warning sign on it) but everything worked fine. The fridge was clean and the beds were comfortable. A great deal for the price and location!

This was a great location with beautiful sunsets. It sits on the 2nd hole of the Wailea Blue course and has an ocean view. Great lanai to sit and watch the sunset or sit and read a book. The condo is very close to the quiet pool. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. The condo was clean, but hasn’t been updated. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The twin beds were a little too soft for our liking. It was well stocked for a day at the beach, with a cooler, snorkeling gear and beach chairs. When we need another condo in Wailea, we will be looking for this one first.

Great condo for 4 in Wailea.

The property was in a great location and the view from the lanai was amazing! The unit had everything we needed for cooking and also beach towels and chairs. Personally, I am a little picky when it comes to cleanliness, and the unit needs a bit more of it. The mirrors in all the rooms were dirty as were the sinks, toilets, and floors. The host might want to think about a different cleaning company. That said, I would still stay in this unit again due to the location, and awesome owners.

Other than almost drowning at Big Beach, a shout out to the lifeguards , the paramedics and anyone that helped drag me out of the water, this was a very enjoyable trip to Maui.

Property was perfect location nice and spacious house near pool and BBQ which was great for us not much rain on that side of the island great restaurants around very quiet area we really enjoyed the time we spent at the house

We found this property to be perfect for our needs. We have stayed at Grand Champion's many times before and love the property. This isn’t the most updated property but that is reflected in the price. Location to the pool and bbqs is perfect. It had some beach equipment for our use and a great view of the golf course. We will return for sure.

The property can use some updating but my family and I had everything we needed to have an amazing time. We would love to come and visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!

A great choice in Wailea for a reasonable price

We spent 11 incredible days here. The condo had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive to any questions. The grounds and pool area were immaculate (maintenance/grounds staff were -amazing too). Lots of coffee shops and stores close by. Numerous beautiful beaches close by as well. We had a wonderful time with not a single complaint - well other than we wish we could stay longer. We are already looking at coming back in May.

Great location This was my third stay at Grand Champions, but my first at this condo. Here are my thoughts: Let’s get the cons out of the way: • The condo is outdated and needs maintenance. • The bathroom cabinet doors fell off the hinge. • The condo needs a deep cleaning. I had to wipe the medicine cabinet down myself. • Some of the light bulbs are missing from the vanity mirror. • The towels are looking worn out. • No cleaning supplies are available Windex (or something similar) to clean the glass dining table would be nice. • The front door is not easy to open, especially when you have other items in your hand. Also, there is no explicit instruction on where to leave the keys upon vacating the unit and where to find the trash or recycle. Here are the Pros • Location – There is a little beach you can walk to, as well as restaurants and shopping. • The property itself is beautifully maintained • AC units in the bedrooms • Beach chairs and equipment are available (unfortunately, the umbrellas are broken) • Plenty of beach towels to use • The view is beautiful • The furnishings are nice Overall, while this condo does need to be updated, It is a value for the location!

However, if you don’t mind an 80’s decor vibe, a bit of rust on the shower door, or a balcony door that needs a bit of muscle to open and close…this place is for you. The unit is clean, spacious, in a fantastic location, and has almost everything you need for you stay.

Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird, einschließlich Taucherbrillen und Strandstühlen. The condo and location were perfect for our family of 4. Grand champions is an easy walk to The Shops and there are great beaches nearby for boogie boarding and snorkelling. Pros: AC in both bedrooms Great lanai Comfortable king bed Parking in front of unit Laundry in lanai Lots of beach toys for young kids, saw snorkel gear though we didn’t use as we had our own Cooler came in handy for beach Cons: A bit on the older side and could use a big update. As other reviews mentioned cabinets and doors don’t seem to shut properly. We arrived after midnight to find a big stain on the sheet which really grossed me out. Realized it was an old stain and emailed the owner to suggest that she buy new sheets for the next people but never heard back. There were extra sheets so I just threw them on top. The two umbrellas that were available in the closet were both broken and we only found out when we took them to the beach. Very basic amenities available to get you started: a few rolls of toilet paper,, dish soap, some laundry pods, some dishwashing pods, A couple bars of soap. If you plan on cooking you will have to buy everything yourself. There is only one pan

We had a very nice stay and especially enjoyed the location of this place. The place needs to be updated but other than that, it was a perfect place for our family vacation. We would stay here again.

It’s a little dated but the view was great, it was very spacious and the air conditioning worked extremely well which was nice after a hot day at the beach/pool! Would definitely recommend as it is one of the more affordable VRBO rentals in the area :-)

The unit needs quite a bit of maintenance. We arrived to the sliding deck doors being jammed closed. I was able to reset it and the screen door back on the tracks. It appears that this was known before we arrived because a bag with 2 laundry detergent tabs were left inside at the door. The washer and dryer are on the deck. The doors for them do not stay shut on their own. We had a broken shower head, cabinets that will not stay shut, and other small maintenance issues like rust on the mirrors and bath hardware. This was not a big issue for us, but we would not have invited guests over. I did call the housekeeper because I could not find cleaning products other than dish soap, a sponge and the two laundry detergent tabs. She brought over trash bags and dishwasher soap, and let me know that other cleaning products are not provided. Please note that you will need to bring your own coffee filters, paper towels, glass cleaner, etc. There are also not any instructions for finding a parking pass, where the trash is, etc. You may need to hunt around or contact the owner. Hope that helps!
