Absolutely the most gorgeous views possible. Everything was exactly as pictured. We had the most wonderful winter getaway from Colorado and were there for the entire month of February '23! Yes. Highly recommend for short or long term. We will definitely being staying here again. Not soon enough but maybe our 20th Anniversary next year! 🤞

My wife, 1.5 yr old and I rented the house for a week over the summer. The house was in great shape. Very comfortable and our host made the process easy. The views are incredible and you can hear the waves from every room with the doors open. I would caution anyone renting the house that the stairs from parking to the house are a HIKE! Going up and down carrying luggage or my son was more of a workout than I prefer on vacation. Overall though a wonderful experience.

Katherine and Rory were a pleasure to deal with and were responsive to all of our questions. They even helped us with the luggage! Note that there are a lot of stairs to gain access to the property, but once you're there it's so fantastic!

Fabulous Stay
The property is unique (designed by a well-known architect) and beautiful. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the spectacular views of the Pacific! Katherine and Rory were a pleasure to deal with and were responsive to all of our questions. They even helped us with the luggage! Note that there are a lot of stairs to gain access to the property, but once you're there it's so fantastic!

This is the MOST architecturally interesting home I have ever been in--the floor to ceiling windows looking out to the mountain side and ocean were breathtaking. We loved sitting in the hot tub on the deck looking out at the ocean during the afternoon and sitting by the grass at night looking at the moon. Beautiful!!!

This was a beautiful property in a wonderful location. Katherine and Rory were very accommodating and friendly. There are a lot of steps, but a beautiful view from every vantage point and a great venue for a family reunion.

This was a beautiful property in a wonderful location. Katherine and Rory were very accommodating and friendly. There are a lot of steps, but a beautiful view from every vantage point and a great venue for a family reunion.

Wonderful views from every room in the house. Katherine and Rory are lively and responsive hosts. Plenty of room to sit outside and follow the sun with an amazing and different view from eac location. Truly a magical site for a house. The walk up and down was definitely worth it.

Beautifully furnished and very comfortable, we were content to sit and watch the dolphins in the ocean and wonder why everyone on PCH was in such a hurry. Perfectly secluded yet close to the action. An owl visited one evening, sitting on a beam above the patio.

Only draw back is steps to get to the property , we had a great work out and ate guilt free.
Katherine was amazing host responded right away to any questions , gave us input about restaurants and beaches.
We will be going back there again.

i can't overstate how wonderful this place is. The Eagles Watch is an amazing property: extraordinary architecture, incredible views, true privacy from the outside community. and it's three stories allow for independence among the residents as well. it is a fantastic location on southeastern Malibu. the host couldn't be mare inviting and charming. a once in a lifetime experience.
