The property is very nice and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Spacious enough for 5 adults. Pool is great.
I had problems communicating with the property manager. I had to call VRBO the morning of our arrival as we still didn't have check-in info. She texted me quickly after saying she had been having problems with VRBO messages. But when I sent a follow-up message the day of our check-in asking for help with finding kayaks she never responded.

The house was very easy to find with beautiful views overlooking the boat slip. Close to multiple delicious restaurants. Location was perfect for us to make day trips to both Key West and the Everglades while staying.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved sitting out on the balconies each morning with coffee and watching the boats coming in and out. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We would definitely return.

We were very happy with our stay. Heather goes above and beyond to make her guests feel right at home. The "Goody" basket for the kids was a nice surprise and they were tickled pink that someone would leave them a special treat. I would definitely recommend this place! Just be reminded that if you are bringing a boat, the fees went up this year and it is currently $25 a day to park the boat trailer and also there is a $15 charge to use the boat ramp each time (in and out). I would book this place again without hesitation, if I am ever back down in Duck Key. Thank you Heather for sharing your lovely home with us!

Very comfortable spot! Stayed with the family… clean, and nicely appointed… visited the turtle hospital and snorkeled at pigeon key… we would love to come back.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The condo was beyond clean, decorated beautifully and had lots of extras like snacks and beach towels. The property manager was amazing and very quick to respond to any emails. I would highly recommend this property and absolutely plan to return. Location was great as well.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The condo was beyond clean, decorated beautifully and had lots of extras like snacks and beach towels. The property manager was amazing and very quick to respond to any emails. I would highly recommend this property and absolutely plan to return. Location was great as well.

Charming meets convenient at this Marathon Key location. The pool was warm and quiet during our stay. We kayaked with manatees and caught Mangrove Snapper just a short paddle from our dock. A scenic day trip to Key West added a relaxing drive and additional variety. I would love to come back here with friends for a chartered fishing trip. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely two story condo on the water. the stairs to the second floor were bit steep but doable with use of the handrail for those of us a bit physically challenged with bad knees.
the kitchen has ample items for all your cooking needs. And the furniture is comfy when just hanging out. mornings were delightful on the deck.
the host was very responsive to problems and came over to see if he could fix them (e.g. TV's not working, fans in upper bedrooms not working) however the host was not able to correct any of these problems during our stay.
we have learned to travel with our Roku or Comcast devise since it seems none of the VRBO's appear to have any TV's that access any meaningful TV shows.
don't use the washing machine during the night since it makes an awful grinding noise that will keep you up.
aside from those few problems, we would definitely book this property again.

Very much liked the property & the settings is splendid! Beautiful area. Interior is very nice but greatly in need of minor repairs. TV's poorly mounted & difficult to understand/use. Many interior repairs need to be made to keep property up. But still enjoyed our trip.

The property was very lovely and in a great location to visit all the keys. The check in instructions were very detailed and everyone at the complex was helpful. We didn’t have a boat trailer but had an enclosed trailer and they let us park it there but since it was enclosed it was $50 a night. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect place to bring a boat, hang with family and friends and getaway from the hustle and bustle. Took our shoes off upon arrival and didn't put them on till we left.
